Although he won't be re-starting his Twitter account, he's a fan of the service. "I love the fact that it's an immediate source of information. On the whole, it's quite a good-spirited thing," he said. "It's quite equalizing." (But "you can't rant in 140-characters" he said, so he's not getting on.)
