Barbara Walters: "We have to go beyond what is best for our national interest"

Tonight Barbara Walters appeared in an extended interview on "Piers Morgan Tonight" – about Egypt, Pres. Hosni Mubarak and more.

Walters gave her unique perspective, bringing in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the way the Obama administration could step in, behind the scenes. "I think we have to go beyond what is best for our national interest," said Walters. "Again and again we have said what is in our national interst, and not thought of, because we didn't really know, what is in the national interest of the country.
