Would Donald Trump have fired Rep. Chris Lee?

The Gawker writer Maureen O'Connor who broke the Rep. Chris Lee story exclusively tells Piers Morgan how it happened, and Donald Trump says whether he would have "fired" Lee after his Craigslist scandal.

"Piers Morgan Tonight" had its first live studio audience tonight.

YOU must be boring to think that Piers is boring. The man is both brilliant and delightful.

    Hi Piers,

Hi Donald, Don't bambooze us. You want to be president? You start off like a guy who want to have his lunch and eat it too.
Speculators have discovered that they don' t have to create anything. They just have to multiply the money, wether in china or on wall street. It's even if better if they just trade in Currency. No other cost than commissions. That's what all busineses want, including you. Don't lie to us.

Morgans show is the best. Very lifely, right to the point, and a totally neutral point of view

Race Card !!! This is the Only thing that the Liberals try to throw in our Faces. Maybe why some are afraid to tcicirize the President."Aw gee....I don't want them calling me names,so I won't say anything" .... Sad, very sad !!

Donald, if we want to win over China, we just need to tell our kids to stop looking up to guys like you and any other scam artists. You are cheating. All the politicians are cheating by not telling us the truth that we are left behind because we stop valuing hard and honest work.

How do we combat the brain drain. India has more honor students, than we have students. What can we do to protect our knowledge base and stay one up?

Hi Piers, I hear where youʻre going…true democracy is like the true church. Which is, the people. Each having an imput, where they are gifted, and learning from each other, all men equal and working towards the common goal. To not appreciate our opponentʻs gifts would be to ignor our own. The Donald, knows how to nogetiate. To communicate and bring things together. Heʻs decisive and he moves on with purpose. And heʻs ammune to the media. Heʻs respected. His VP should be someone that, among many other great qualities, would lead by example, grace and fairness. Donald should be involved with foriegn affairs including the military. VP needs to be concentrating on "Home". And to our infrastructure, buiilding jobs for local workers only. Tax $ to the people. Go back to the basics. Keep the money here. Limit the amount of dollars being sent out of the country. So many root needs that need attention. i could go on and on.
Thanks for letting me rant. rjm

I was watching your show tonight with Donald and you asked him about drinking, smoking and doing drugs. I am 54 years old a retired Arkansas State Police Trooper. I have never had a drink of alcohol in my life, never smoked, and never did any drugs in my life. There are a few people in this world that can say that. We are not perfect people, but, we made choices in our lives and stuck with them. Thanks for a great show. Maybe I can be a guess one night? Wishful thinking.

Seriously I came here to say that Piers Morgan is the worst talk show host I have ever seen. It's a travesty he was hired by cnn. His recent coverage of Egypt just shows how arrogant and naive this man is on world politics. It's a joker that he gets prime time on a world news network! Not only should they ban him from cnn but tv as a whole. We don't need another american ido judge wanna be spread his donkey stubborn opions.

The problem with this arcopaph is that many of us here probably would support a third party candidate in certain cases, just not this third party candidate. (Like, what if Ron Paul goes independent again? To me, not formerly a Ron Paul fan, he's looking better and better.) So, suddenly we're rallying around the Republican party with the unity principal, when barely two weeks ago or so the general consensus at channel Worm was how sucky the Republican party was? That protest vote, and the potential protest vote, is a good tool to chastize the Republican party (that's a good part of the attraction of the tea party isn't it?). I don't want to throw that tool away because Donald showed up to punk the primaries. Isn't it better just to call him on his antics, and, especially, focus on his political record (like Mark Levin has)?

Seriously....Mr. Trump is brilliant, no doubt about that....but President?

His one comment about finding Bin Laden....because he's 6 ft. 6" tall? Hiding in a different cave each night no doubt, in barrenhills and mountains – needle in a haystack.....a huge haystack at that !

He too got into financial trouble....and then there was the lovely Marla while he was still married....so he
need not moralize either. Of course we've had some real Don Juans in the White House...but hopefully
they knew more about the topography of the Middle Eastern territory.

Yawn. Sharpton is outraged and makes antcsacious of racism. So what? That is what he does for a living. Just ship him around the world, pull his string and listen to his cries of racism. It's old, who is even listening anymore?

Excellent discussion between Morgan & Trump tonight and YES, Trump for President in 2012 is just what this country needs! We need a man who takes a business approach to government waste and lack of action. Trump not only has a proven track record but a no nonsense approach to business. Those may critize his past financial trouble; however, he not only learned from those situations but has gone on to be bigger and better. He is family oriented, well connected throughout the world and I beleive he has what it takes to be a terrific President in 2012. He would be a welcome breath of fresh air to blow out the stagnant Washington air, bust through our current economic disaster and get this country moving again. I certainly hope Trump decides to run in 2012. He will definately have my vote!

Donald, it is truly your time. I like your approach; I would vote for you. One problem CNN-why did you have the advertisement promoting China air during that interview?!

The race card is dead, Al. It's not that he's a mulatto, it's that Obama is a mumconist/fascist. I'd have voted for Alan Keyes in an eyeblink, and I'll vote for Allen West even faster, and both of them are blacker. This does not matter. What matters is the intent toward this nation.
