On last night's "Piers Morgan Tonight", Piers Morgan interviewed Red Cross CEO Gail McGovern about the relief efforts in Japan. "Each disaster is different, and having seen the aftermath of earthquakes personally I can tell you its difficult to measure which is worse," said McGovern. As for where your donations go, McGovern said 91 cents of every dollar go to the relief effort. "Food, shelter, medical supplies – those are the top priorities," she said.
