Clips From Last Night: Donald Trump on Obama's speech; Whoopi Goldberg on... Donald Trump

Piers Morgan interviewed Donald Trump, Chuck Schumer and Whoopi Goldberg last night. Trump talked about Obama's speech yesterday (as well as those "birther" claims). "I think it's terrible for a lot of reasons, including the fact that you're talking about big tax increases," said Trump.

Meanwhile, Whoopi talked about Trump – and she's angry.

"It makes me really, really angry," she said of Trump's "birther" comments. "The facts are there. You're pissing in the face of facts."

I’ve noticed that the camera work for Morgan is completely different than for Larry King. It seems they cut away from Morgan quite a lot, as if he’s just there to ask the questions, not be part of the interview. Good! The less I see of the smarmy piece o’ crap, the better!

Congratulations and thanks to CNN's camera crew!

Larry King wasn't exactly attractive to look at.

Piers is a pretentious Brit, playing a winning game. The American mind loves the British accent. His performances are great as he is playing to people that have chosen to forget that the US fought the Brits because of how they treated people. Now that the US is falling apart there is a sense of comradery between the US and the UK – and the Tea Party goes on – even if not the same philosophical approach. Anything that Piers ays is not questioned. I have no idea why?

I hope people at least listen to the concept of cutting corners on foreign subsidies instead of repeatedly cutting my paycheck. It makes sense to me to stop pouring so much money abroad at least until we can take care of ourselves first.

When Piers Morgan asked Whoopi Goldberg about Donald Trump's call for Hussein Obama to provide a full copy of his birth certificate, I have to say that she definitely played the proverbial Race Card. Basically stating it was ludicrous to think that the president of the United States should have to answer to the people since no one could reach that level without all of the appropriate checks etc. She obviously is very naive if she emphatically trusts the government and that everything is always "above board".

Piers, Donald Trump is a racist. It is quite unfortunate that the Republicans have to choose his likes.

Piers, I can't stand your show and I'll tell you why. I think you are one of the worst interviewers ever. You're too awestruck by your celebrities to ask anything worthwhile and insightful, instead, you're like a giddy little school girl glowing with infatuation. Plus, you constantly interrupt your guests and don't give them the opportunity to finish their current thought, before you're off to the next topic. It's really frustrating to witness it all because, as the viewer, you're constantly left hanging. By the way, that one question you asked Whoopi last night about if she had to choose the best 5 minutes of her life, shows you're grasping at straws in trying to establish a rapport with your guests. I won't be tuning in any longer.

Why has CNN helped in outsourcing yet another American job? Why is Piers Morgan even on American TV? No one in America wants to see that "bad-toothed" arrogant troll, Piers Morgan, and no one in America wants to hear that stupid british accent. Why couldn't CNN hire and AMERICAN to replace Larry King?! Of course this post will probably never get past CNN's censors because... the British are coming! PLS stop sucking up to the brits.

Piers Morgan Tonight is on CNN International as well, so really the US is just one country of about two or three dozen watching this. Mostly the reporters are American, but it's not such a problem. It's global community... Get used to it.

Why does everyone hate rich people so much?
And why does everyone hate businessmen so much?
If I go into business and succeed without hiring anyone who isn't white then would you automatically hate me as a racist rich person?

It is so amazing to me how Donald Trump can put so much fault about the Direction of this Country on the President & not look at himself. How much wealth has he sewed to poor people that need it how much time has he given help volunteer to Homeless Shelters. In stead of waisting so much money on GOlden rooms & trying to run for President inwhich anyone with good sense would not vote for him, he needs to look at himself not clain bankruptcy anymore & share alot more wealth to people that need it. There is nothing wrong with being rich but there is something wrong with being greedy & wasteful spending to gain popularity contest. GOD gave riches to you to trickle down to the poor & unfortunate.

At one time Trump was respected as a good businessman but lately he seems to be taking a page from Charlie Sheen and going off the deep end. It must be very worriesome and embarassing for his family. He is probably scared stiff that Pres. Obama gets re-elected because then the cushy Bush tax cuts for the rich will be repealed and that will affect greedy moguls like himself. As long as the media props up folks like Trump, Bachmann, Palin and other similar candidates, then the Democrats are just thrilled. Trump and others are sure giving a bad image to the Republican party.

He sees America going down and he is right.
Lets cut the RICH and RACIST labels and get down to the issues.
America is going broke...we are giving unfathonable money to other countries for questionable reasons....hmm doesn't add up.

If you had followed Trump's speeches over the years, including the time George Bush was in office, he has been bullish in attacking each Presidents except requesting any of them but President Obama to show his birth certicate. My impression of this guy is that, whenever he fails in his deals makings in china or elsewhere, he blames on the US government.
