Clips from Last Night: Katie Nicholl on the latest rumor; David Frost on Princess Diana

Piers Morgan is in London all this week reporting on the festivities leading up to the big royal wedding. Last night he talked with royal correspondent Katie Nicholl and jeweler Eric Deardorff about the latest rumor surrounding the wedding: the tiara. "Bets have been placed that the King George the third tiara is the tiara that Kate will step out in," Nicholl told Piers.

Why is this tiara unique compared to the other dozen or so Queen Elizabeth owns? "The fact that the queen wore it makes it extra special," Nicholl said. "She's going to want to give Kate something that means an awful lot to her." Deardorff noted, "a historic trend is that the queen either gives or loans a tiara to the princess to be on her wedding day."

Piers also sat down with the great interviewer Sir David Frost. What would Diana be like if she watched her son get married this week? Frost knew the joker in Diana: "while being thrilled [she] would be full of the most marvelously irreverent jokes."

Piers mentioned it was good to be home when his driver asked him what route(pronounced root) he would like to take. He said Americans say route (pronounced rout.) Not here in NewEngland. We NewEnglanders say route(root). So Piers, if you get a little lonely for England take route(root) 95 and visit us. Not exactly England, but lot's of English heritage and traditions. Stop by my town. Milford,Connecticut, founded 1639. Connecticut is the gateway to NewEngland. Take a nice vacation or holiday for yourself.

Piers find out why they made Edward VII abdicate for marrying a divorced woman, and it was OK for prince Charles, the future king! Do different rules apply? Should he sign off in favor of prince William??

Donal Trump is morally derange and corrupt. He should be sued by the American people for wasting there time and energy on Obama's birth certificate issues when there is important things ahead for Americas. Our education system is failing, our elderly need help and our children need health care not to forget our economy is in shambles since Chaney took over our country making it his own and all this stupid man with orange hair and his Tea bagging friends want is Obama's birth certificate? Get real people and the media we need to stop this utter rubbish. Obama is part black is this what is bothering FOX news and Trumping baggers ? I find it ironic that Piers Morgan is covering the Royal Wedding for CNN. Have you forgotten that he was Editor of the News of the World, The Sun and the Daily Mirror when all of these tabloids were hounding Princess Diana – up to and including her death?
