Piers Morgan's guest tonight for the hour is comedian George Lopez, and the TBS host opens up about his turbulent childhood, the break-up with his wife and more. But he also talks politics – and his dislike for Sarah Palin. "If Sarah Palin becomes President at any point, I will say allegedly, I will move to Canada," he says. "I will go further North. I've been South, I will go further North."

I don't blame George for saying this about Palin. She takes stupidity to an entirely new level. I think she appeals to so many Americans because they identify with her ignorance and are intimidated by other more intelligent public figures. The only difference between Palin and a redneck hillbilly is that she still has her teeth. The woman is an incomparable idiot and there's no getting around that fact. It's a true miracle that she ever got as far as she did in life and I think she did this on her looks alone.

An American is someone who understands our system; it is not perfect; it is flawed. But it's the BEST the world has to offer. Americans work with the system, work to get the proper people elected, and keep our freedoms intact for the next generation.
George, I sincerely hope that you are not making empty promises, because I am sure the majority would like to hold you to your word. I wish you the best of luck and I'm sure you'll make plenty of Pesos to support the lifestyle you enjoy in OUR Country.

Watched a little of PIerce's interview w/ George Lopez. Disagree w/ his opinion on not many Latino's on TV. There's plenty of Lantinos in various TV series, National News Programs to local TV programs.

George Lopez wants to move to Canada if Sarah Palin will run for President because she doesnt have political background likewise he wants to run for mayor of Los Angeles without any political himself.

That's when he should've said, "Hmmm, I thought Sarah Palin did have some executive experience as a Governor, the head of the Alaskan National Guard and took on those in her party over energy issues". Jorge said that he wanted to be Mayor of LA because didn't believe you needed to be a politician to know what needed to be done, and that LA was his city. Within about 60 seconds, Piers asked Jorge about Sarah Palin, and in explaining his loathing for her he said he liked his politicians to actually have political experience. You could see about halfway through his answer he realized the contradiction in what he was saying but it was too late. Guess what, Jorge? I agree, politicians should have some experience. Please take your corny sitcom shtick and your conformist, thoughtless celebrity views up to Canada now. Maybe all of La Raza will follow you.
