Jeff Bridges' Picture of Rejection: "She's got a broken nose and two black eyes and she's just gorgeous "

Last night Piers Morgan sat down with actor Jeff Bridges, also known as "The Dude." They talked about everything from his long acting career to politics. One of the most important people in Bridge's life is his wife Susan whom he met on the set of the 1975 flick "Rancho Deluxe." At first she rejected him though eventually they caught up with each other and he won her over. He said, "whenever I think 'was she the right woman?' there is no question."

Jeff Bridges, you are the BEST! Love this story about your wife rejecting you on the first round. Luckily she didn't on round two. Good luck and more years of happiness to you both.

Piers, you must be enjoying the fact that the spotlight brought on you by your past phone hacking and other illegal practices was deflected by the UK riots and the market volatility, but it won't go away. Everyone I know is disgusted by what you did (or still do?)

Pears, it is a pleasure to see some new faces being interviewed, after Kathy Griffith's two thousandth appearance. Now a suggestion, PLEASE interview Kevin Smith. This guy is one of the top draws at the San Diego Comic-Con every year. He made his first film, "Clerks" with $35,000 on his credit cards. His newest film, RED STATE is already threatening to make filmmakers completely re-think the traditional model for releasing and distributing movies. Guaranteed that a Kevn interview will attract an entire new demographic to your show, along with their parents, and probably even many of their kids.
