Actor and activist Sean Penn was a guest on "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Friday, and talked about President Barack Obama and the 2012 GOP field. "Barack Obama is as capable of being a great president as anybody we've got walking," Penn told Piers Morgan. But: "I would love to see Barack Obama be Bulworth. Somebody run as a one-term president and show me people aren't stupid."
Sean Penn also talked about his work in Haiti:
Said Penn of the new Haitian president: "If people do continue to stay interested in Haiti now, then those who might seek to unseat him from within...this is the most important moment now for people to be understanding what they're contributing to, but to be contributing."

I find the Tea Party to be an absolute riot. They opposed the bail outs and corporate corruption, but also oppose those who want to pass laws to end corporate corruption and instead, support the same-old GOP pro-business, pro-outsourcing policies that got us in this mess. They said to keep government hands out of Medicare, but support the people who want to totally end Medicare. They complain about being overtaxed, and then support a guy who will definitely raise their taxes with his 9-9-9 nonsense – while giving more breaks to the corrupt bankers. They make zero sense and are so blinded by their obsessive hatred of Obama and all things "other" that they can't see they're biting off their own noses.
