Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was a guest on "Piers Morgan Tonight" to talk about her new book, "No Higher Honor." She discussed Moammer Gadhafi and more about the Arab Spring. "Weird, and a bit creepy," said Rice of Gadhafi's video photo album of her. "I had actually known that he had this fixation on me."
She also talked about disagreements in the White House, with Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld:
Said Rice: "I don't think I went to the Vice President crying about something in the press. It doesn't sound like me and I'm pretty sure it didn't happen."
