Newt Gingrich sat down with Piers Morgan for the hour last night and spoke in-depth about the direction the campaign has taken, beating Mitt Romney and religion. "This is going to be Armageddon" he says of the upcoming South Carolina primary. Gingrich said a win in South Carolina will give Romney "huge momentum" but he will not give up. "My goal is to win on the 21st ...then we go to Florida. It is a brand new game."
With religion playing a big role in evangelical South Carolina, Gingrich talked about Romney's Mormonism:
He said "Im not judgmental about how people go to God." He said it will be Mitt's job to explain his beliefs to the people of South Carolina.

Why is piers pushing newt so hard as a candidate. And he never criticizes him for blatant errors. "I have balanced the budget" Which one? Both Presidents Bush ran up collossal deficits, Clinton managed to balance the budget.Did Newt work for Clinton? Surely Piers should jump on anyone on his show and cut them down to size. This is an election not a PRO show.

Piers you lost your job once because of your malicious comments, becareful you don't loose it again. When asking a question give the other person the time to answer, stop cutting in and interrupting all the time, you are not sharpest pencil. I think what annoys alot of people, is that Piers you come across as Mr Know it All – and you are not the smartest person on this planet
How would Ms. Jodi Kantor like someone to write about her thoughts without being asked about them? I am sure she would not. That is really bad journalism.

I seen your show tonight with Jessica lynch. I Must say as a Veteran of Desert Storm and Iraq Freedom. Your report was far from fair and balanced. It is exceptable to cut the enemies throat from ear to ear and watch them bleed to death. Throw a grenade and watch someone blown to pieces. You and other civilians (including Jessica Lynch) have no idea what it is like to fight for your life while the enemy wounds and kills fellow soliders. I will say, what the politically correct people won't. War is ugly and media has no place in it unless it is balanced. Show a video of a young American losing his leg from a road bomb, watch him bleed to death...Then ask fellow American's about urinating on the enemy.
Tony, Thank you for your service and sacrifice for your Country, I pray that life's returned to normal for you. You are spot on in defending your fellow soldiers, and I agree that the media isn't doing a good job. Take this as a whole, Americans don't swallow everything the media spews. Be well my friend.
