Rick Santorum received a congratulatory call from Mitt Romney after winning the Iowa caucuses Thursday, the former Senator reveals to Piers Morgan. "It was a nice call," Santorum says. "I called him when he won New Hampshire. He was kind enough to do so here. We said, 'let's keep going.'"

In Charleston for the South Carolina debate, the GOP candidate tells Piers Morgan about the significance the reversal holds for his campaign.
