• Eurozone approves new $173B bailout for Greece: "Eurozone finance ministers sealed a deal Tuesday morning for a second bailout for Greece, including €130 billion ($173 billion) in new financing. The finance ministers from the 17 nations that use the euro, known as the Eurogroup, gave Greece the funding it needs to avoid a potential default next month."

Rick Santorum denies Hitler-Obama comparison: "Rick Santorum on Monday denied he was comparing President Barack Obama to Adolf Hitler while using a World War II analogy the previous day. During a speech at a Georgia church on Sunday, Santorum paralleled the election to America's slow response to the swelling Nazi presence during the late 1930s."

Quran burning at Afghan base spark protests: "Some Qurans and other Islamic religious materials gathered for disposal from a detention facility at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan were improperly burned, the commander of the International Security Assistance Force said Tuesday. Hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside the airfield Tuesday, furious over reports of the burning."

Dominique Strauss-Kahn questioned over alleged prostitution ring: "Authorities on Tuesday questioned former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn as they investigate an alleged prostitution ring operating out of two hotels in France. Last year, Strauss-Kahn urged police to question him, saying it would help clear his name."

• FedEx deliveryman predicted Jeremy Lin's fame: "Ed Weiland spends his days as a driver for FedEx, but once he punches out, he goes to work at his true passion: finding the best college basketball players in the country. He publishes his assessments on the sports blog hoopsanalyst.com. In 2010, he chose Harvard senior Lin as his top point guard prospect, when no one else was paying much attention to the Ivy Leaguer."

    As a Registered Republican and a US Veteran, I stand at odds with you. You fail to show respect for the office of the President when you refuse to refer to our elected President as President Obama and instead call him Barack Obama. Please explain your position!
