Tonight Piers Morgan welcomes Congresswoman Michele Bachmann to the program, for a face-to-face, spirited discussion on everything from Rush Limbaugh to Barack Obama to Kirk Cameron.
In response to the recent controversy surrounding Limbaugh's comments on Sandra Fluke, Bachmann addressed the overwhelming amount of attention, drawing from her personal experience:
"I have gone through myself, and experienced, more things said about me and I have never seen this level of outrage on the left about what left-leaning commentators said about me."
As the fiery sit down continues, the Republican from Minnesota details what she deems to be an imbalance in criticism and negativity as related to gender and political party:
"If you're a conservative woman, it seems like there is no level of vitriol that's beyond the pale. I've been on the receiving end of it. We all know Governor Palin has been on the receiving end of it," Bachmann tells the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host. "I think that maybe that's what we should learn out of all of this, is that on both sides, we want to pay attention to what we're saying."
Tune in this evening at 9 p.m. ET/PT as the lively chat with Michele Bachmann continues on such topics as gay marriage, the economy, and healthcare.
