George Zimmerman's brother explains who the real George Zimmerman is: "He's the neighbor that everbody would want to have"

Tonight Piers Morgan sat down exclusively with George Zimmerman's brother Robert Zimmerman. Robert shared with Piers how he is handling the current situation facing his family. Credible death threats are a concern for the Zimmerman family. "I can tell you that I myself have been contacted by law enforcement because there was credible intelligence that could threaten me," he says. Robert noted that he looks a lot like his brother and people easily confuse them.

The Zimmerman family has not be very outspoken since Trayvon Martin died because of the ongoing investigation. "The people who love and support George, his family namely, also respect the system, the judicial system and the legal system that we have in America."

But who is the real George Zimmerman? "He's the neighbor that everybody would want to have," Robert explains. "He goes out of his way to help people he always has."

Enough of this! Too bad Piers didn't ask if George Zimmerman will take a lie detector test to clear up his name. Then there wouldn't be any confusion since he is the only real witness to this tragedy. Facts don't lie. Let's see who is telling the truth.

Oh come on Susan, Pierce was so busy telling George's brother what happened he did't have time to silly things like that. The best thing I've seen on this whole incident is that Revenge does not equal Justice. I'm fed up with the process being jeopardized by bully racists like Spike Lee who can say and do what they want because they are 100% black, Not half black like our President and half the other blacks in our country. We are a melting pot and it's boiling over because of the double standard. When the Black Panthers puts a bounty on a man and NOBODY is outraged, our country has lost the battle.

Keep in mind, the bounty is on a man who shot and killed an innocent kid. It's not like they put a bounty on Zimmerman for having skittles and an iced tea – he killed a 17 year old boy and wasn't arrested.

The double standard goes both ways. Blacks can say what they want and not be called out for racism and white people can commit felonies and not go to jail.

Until we can acknowledge the injustices BOTH ways... there will be no progress.

More people joining the lynch mob armed with nothing more than an opinion.. Just because the police made a decision that you are not happy with does not make it wrong.. Horrible racist remarks and saying a bounty on someones head is OK?? What country do you live in?? If the facts bear out that the boy did attack him it would be irrelevant to the bloodthirsty mob who has already convicted this man..

Piers Morgan is a Socialist pig from England, who has a forum on American TV. He built his name writing for tawdry rags (aka: tabloid newspapers). He should be deported for treasonous acts againts our U.S. society. Let him go back to where he came, and enjoy the country he wants ours to become. His ratings suck. Take your fortune that you made from our great Republic, now it's time to go home, Piers.(b/t/w/, What kind of name is that? Get back, Euro boy.

Haha and people wonder why everyone thinks Americans are so arrogant. People like you confirm those judgments. Piers is highly respected guy in the UK because he goes straight to the point, he asks the direct question and doesn't shy around it like many other interviewers in the US. I personally think he has stopped being so direct because the people sitting on the other side of the desk don't like it when all he's trying to do is get a good interview and the truth. Oh and he's not trying to make America like England, he'd hate that. He just wonders why you all argue and fight so much when you are all supposed to be united as one country, but your not. Your just a shamble.

First of all I think Robert Zimmerman was an impressive speaker. He pointed out so many times that we are all speculating on the events. Shame shame shame on Piers Morgan who kept pushing the story that the media is pushing. Piers should at least PRETEND to be a more objective journalist. His questioning and presumptions SHOULD be balanced to all different possible stories. I'm really disappointed that Piers did not show a more balanced approach. The whole world might be up in arms about Joel Zimmerman but nothing has shown 100% that Zimmerman's story is false. At this point, EVERYTHING is speculation about what went on.

Are you serious? Piers, the English import that is under investigation for phone tapping, starts the interview with "your brother is the most hated man in America." Well, Piers, stand in line because you are a close second for the race baiting so-called interview. This family has had death threats. They are in shock! All of them. He said, very poignantly (look it up if you have a dictionary)....that he understand why the family feels the way they do and how difficult that is.

This whole incident got out of hand. The tide is changing because now that everybody has played dirty, it occurred to someone that maybe we should use this thing call the justice sytem. Like it or not, we do not have a different set of laws for different colors of people in this country.

Pierce is the typical anti gun Brit who believes that anyone who carries a gun is probably looking to kill someone rather than the fact that having that gun might have saved his life. He has obviously decided the man is guilty like many in the media because he had a gun and someone is dead. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? If law enforcement thought he was guilty they would have charged him. Let them do their jobs without trial by media.

Piers also asked, Robert actually avoided a lot of questions, and responded with nonsense answers. He said that if Piers, had chapstick and a toothpick he could put him in fear of his life. He also didn't say he had threats on his life, he said "he COULD have credible threats". I'm not taking sides because we will never know the whole story because the other half of the story is no longer with us. Did George do something wrong, I don't know, Was Trayvon a victim? I don't know. But we should all pray that the truth somehow comes forth.

Trayvon Martin's shooting is a visible manifestation of the invisible slaughter of millions of African American youths (and their future descendants) since the murderous Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade. Yet, I do not hear about anybody wearing hoodies at Planned Parenthood's racist eugenics clinics that poison love in impoverished African American communities. Although I applaud their efforts on behalf of Trayvon Martin, it would take much more courage for celebrities to transform Martin's tragic death into a "liberation movement" for voiceless unborn African American babies, the "Trayvon Martins" who have been and are being "terminated" each day with President Obama's full support. These unborn children are our nation's most powerless minority group. Because of the federal government's callous indifference toward these unborn children, African American potential continues to be snuffed out, as the "born" sacrifice the "inconvenient" unborn, thereby attempting to solve deep-seated social problems through secret, high-tech violence. I urge all people of good will concerned with this horrible shooting to have the bold courage to make Trayvon Martin's death meaningful by launching a campaign to stop the murder of unborn black youth and all unborn youth.

I consider Piers program and interviews most balanced, but last two nights have been most slanted and biased that I can't believe he would be a party to this. How did "do not follow" get translated into "pursue", which implies an intent to harm in the very word? Giving credence to a video of a "post-detaining" arrest about head injuries, he wasn't displaying serious injuries, etc. not blood flowing, etc. Just unbelievable that a credible news commentator would be a party to this. Pretending to hold all of this as "alleged" is disingenious. And what about the picture of Travon put up on the board behind the interview??? By the way, when were those pictures made? How old was he when those pictures were made? Any autopsy report yet about distance of shooting?

The photo of the 'young boy?' Yeah, that photo in and of itself is a blatant example of media bias. A 'young' boy is not a 6'3" 17 year old that just got thrown out of school that day. Yet, Pierce refers to him as a 'young boy'. If he gets fired as an anchor, maybe he should to go law school Oh wait, then he'd find out that wire tapping is illegal.

When I first heard the story, I was outraged like everyone else. In fact, my son and I had wondered why the media hadn't picked up on the story. Because the story that made the initial news was this 'young boy' with Skittles and Arizona ice tea. Then the photo of the 14 year old version in a red jersey and that innocence still in his smile.

I raised 4 sons and there is a HUGE difference, both physically and mentally between a 14 year old and a 17 year old. What amazes me with this story is that the victim is innocent and the shooter is guilty. Period. No system, just revenge.

This country has hit a new low. CNN should have Anderson handling this story and they should export Piers back to England...Ooops, wait he doesn't want to go home, he might get arrested or have to see his other kids... what a jerk.

So, let me get this straight.....when he was 14 yr old, it wasn't ok but at age 17 it is? Seriously? Out of two people involved, one is dead. He has NO voice. He is gone forever. The person who did the shooting is the victim? The Zimmerman family is coming out (one after the other)to defend and get their executioner son/brother off. George Zimmerman is ALIVE and Trayvon is dead. There is no other story. ARREST GEORGE ZIMMERMAN!

So is the victim guilty and the person who followed him and shot him innocent? Were you there? Don't misunderstand me, if I feel my life is in danger I am going to fight back. But the fact still remains from the 911 call, "Don't follow him. By the same token, what if Trayvon felt his life were in danger and taken George's gun. Should he have killed George? Would Trayvon be justified and able to "Stand his ground." THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. WE WERE NOT THERE.

Wow, Leah. Excellent point! I do not think that anyone has considered that question. And, I wonder why. What would WE do if someone was following us? Let's say for the sake of argument that Trayvon was trying to get Zimmerman's gun... Wasn't he justified to do so considering that he was the one being chased? Couldn't Trayvon have believed that his life was also in danger???

@Shayna I understand you think the story that has been told so far by the media is conjecture and we, the public, don't know the real facts but I have seen, heard and know of evidence that supports 100% the events unfolding the way everyone said they did. The 9-1-1 tapes, the witnesses, the tape of George arriving at the police station all show one thing-George killed Trayvon. No, we don't know how the confrontation happened and no we don't know the words that were spoken between the two, other than what Trayvon's girlfriend HEARD, and we probably never will since the Zimmerman family have not spoken honestly about what happened. Everything they have said has been disproven by FACTS so I don't see any reason Mr. Morgan should've let him sit on his show and LIE! Robert Zimmerman JR. is not an impressive speaker, in my opinion. He's a LIAR!!!! Just my opinion. Oh and Shayna, I'm glad you think Trayvon's murder is a tragedy. Hopefully you feel that way about all people who are unjustly KILLED for no reason!

What facts disprove Zimmerman's story? Instead of listening to his family who we all know for a "fact" wasn't there that night why not consider a deep look into the evidence. First, George says in his 911 call that Trayvon is running but doesn't exit the vehicle until 6 seconds later. It takes a few seconds for the operator to recognize that George is running (or jogging who knows) after Trayvon (note: he had a 6 second head start), the dispatcher says " we don't need you to [follow him]", George then STOPS following Trayvon and continues on the phone for several minutes. Considering that Trayvon was only 2 houses away from his destination and that he was running in that direction why didn't he just go inside? Maybe, I dunno, because he doubled back and confronted Zimmerman. Yah.. Innocence at its finest. *rolls eyes*

  11. Injustice

In 2008, I (an African American male) caught a kid trespassing and harrassing homes in my neighborhood in the middle of the night. I was arrested and charged with felonies. I exercised my rights as a citizen to make a citizen's arrest and hold the person for the police and I was the one arrested for "assault". There was no loss of life and I was the one who was arrested. Zimmerman is wrong and justice will come. His story as told by his brother does not make sense. The judicial system moves very slowly and it is probably a blessing in disguise that he was not arrested that night because there is the possibility that the police could have made mistakes and violated his rights which would have been a reason to dismiss the charges. The charges will come and it is better that they come from the states attorney after an investigation this way they will be harder for him to defend himself against.

I believe the brother stayed composed. He didn't really answer any questions that the media hasn't already put out on behalf of Zimmerman. I'm really trying to be honest here... would I fib to benefit my brother; I think I might.. yet, my conscious would tell me not too. I don't envy anyone in this situation. Certainly not the parents of a dead teenager. No, I don't suppose George will be he same person. Unless you're a serial killer, it must weigh heavy on ones soul. I believe George should take a lie detector test at a minimum to back up that which no one else seems to have been witness to. I do not believe there should be any vigilante styled justice in this.. in our country, it's not justice.

You people seem to forget something: Robert Zimmerman is as human as the Martin family. BOTH SIDES think there version is the truth. And maybe it is, maybe it isn't. My outrage comes from the fact that 1) a black teenager was killed. 2) Blacks have terrorized the other party publicly and in writing 3) There is a bounty on his head and NOBODY is outraged. 4) Nobody is stopping the insanity.

The news will beat this story to death and then when the truth comes out, good or bad, it will be buried in the 3rd page because we have to know what the Ki girls and snookey, all tramps, are wearing for their maternity clothes. Innocent girls, no doubt....

Goodbye CNN. The section of the video of Zimmerman at the police station that shows the BACK (not top) of his head was cut out of the video when you ran it. (You can see it elsewhere on the web.) Do people here realize Zimmerman and his wife (yes, he's married) were mentors to two black kids recently? The kids' mother says she saw no signs of racism at all. How much else do readers here not know? And yet half the readers and 90% of CNN coverage is based on the assumption that Zimmerman was not provoked and he murdered in cold blood out of hate. I'VE HAD ENOUGH BIASED JOURNALISM. CNN, ADIEU.

" Read the article and you'll see she also said it was too dark to tell which man was on top during the struggle. How much could she actually see? Absence of cuts or blood and yet she couldn't distinguish between the men's size and the color of what they were wearing.

it is such a thing not being able to distinguish a person's clothing, but you can see if the person is walking straight, struggling or falling down, just by their behavior...two different situation. The truth, if Zimmerman was indeed beat as he said he was, the time he reached the police station wasn't enough time for him to have completely recovered without needing assistance to get out of the car. Where is the blood around his shirt collar? Because if you have a bloody nose, it will bleed prufusly...worked in the medical field myself.

Getting punched and having your hit on the head is definitely not necessarily enough to make a person struggle or fall down while walking. Why would he need assistance getting out of a car? You can clearly see the cut on the back of his head in the full, uncut version of the video. The doctor he saw the following day would have made a report (and maybe took photos) and the police probably took photos, too. Why are people deciding who is guilty when so much information is unavailable at this time? Little information is coming out on the Zimmerman side partly because of death threats. Maybe they want the legal system to handle it, rather than the media. BTW, I'm a liberal democrat who tries very hard not to stay informed about ALL sides of the story.

well remember his brother said today that George said he was on the brink of passing out? and he said he was beaten so bad that he was afraid he was going to die? After all that is what he is basing his reason for pulling the gun out. His brother said, he was moving to the grass because he said if he continued to get bash, he knew he was going to die. If he was able to get up and walk as he did, he was not getting his butt whipped as he claimed. Politics has nothing to do with justice and what side of the politcal table you sit.

As someone in a different thread said, boxers get their faces and heads totally mashed up, and then walk off fine. The next day they are sore. Also, I interpreted that to mean Zimmerman feared he would die of the pummeling continued.

@NAR: I watched that video many times, very closely. And nowhere do I see the wound on the back of Zimmerman's head of which you spoke. (???) I guess, no matter what, we only see what we want to see, and not what really is. Further, his family said he had a broken nose – there is zero sign of a broken nose in the police station video. A broken nose is very evident from the moment it is broken, even if the break is only slight.

Of course there's no question - Zimmerman told the police he did it when they arrived at the scene. The question is, was it self defense. If it was, it was actually illegal for the police to arrest him because of Florida's law. Read up on it. Lots of information on the web.

Since the "self-defense" should have been immediately questioned – the dead kid was unarmed, there were many witnesses whose stories seemed to go against Zimmerman's (or the police, for that matter) – an arrest would have in no way been "illegal". However, because of the "Stand Your Ground" law, if it were decided that he indeed was acting in self-defense, he would not have gone to jail.

I am appalled at the lack of integrity. Piers Morgan was behaving like a used car salesman. The 911 call by Zimmerman clearly shows that when t he 911 operator informed him he did not need to follow Martin, Zimmerman replied okay. Then he proceeded to provide the operater with background information on his address etc.
This part was clearly edited out of the transcript played and when the brother attempted to point it out, piers just talked right over him and attempted to confuse the issue by claiming the operator said ok when actually the both said 'ok' on th 911 call.

I have two questions, any takers?

    1. Why is there not blood all over Zimmerman if trayvon was atop him when he shot him?

    2. From the 911 tape, it appears Martin ran off and George lost him. . How then did they meet up again ? I mean if Martin did not double back to confront George. Are we to believe that George caught up with and overtook Martin before Martin could make it home? It doesn't seem like he was that far from his home when George lost him and Martin as a football player may likely have been able to outrun George.

Zimmerman's brother said that Zimmerman was not patrolling the area; he says that's only the media's conjecture. He says that Zimmerman was not patrolling but that he was on his way to "Target." Give me a break, who goes to Target or any other department store with a loaded gun stuffed in their pants? I've never went to the Target, Wal-mart or any other store packing heat. Zimmerman's brother says that Zimmerman was defending himself when Trayvon tried to take Zimmerman's gun. Question: How would Trayvon know that Zimmerman had a gun unless he was reaching for it or had taken it out already? There are too many inconsistencies in Zimmerman's story; he really does need to take a polygraph.

The truth of the matter the Sanford Police department does not know the full stand your ground law because Jeff Bush one of the co writer's of the bill said that Zimmerman does not qualify for this law. Meaning that the man was supposed to be taken into custody. Whether Zimmerman racially profiled is a question, but one thing for certain, the police department did. He wants us to believe that his brother had been beaten so badly that, as he puts it, "the last thing he remembered is moving his head off the pavement so he didn't need to be fed the rest of his life", and yet barely thirty minutes later, he's walking around the police station unassisted, with no signs of visible trauma, and no blood on him?
And their continually evolving story is no better. An unarmed kid sees an armed man following him, and attacks while saying "You have a gun, you're going to die"? And after being shot, manages to say "you got me" before dying? What crazy stupid western film are they pulling lines from? And let's not forget that Trayvon was supposed to be on top of him when shot. The guy should have blood all over him.

That was an Inquisition not an interview. I noticed that Mr. Morgan has nothing to say about last years murder of Air Force veteran David James in front of his eight-year-old daughter by black bus driver Trevor Dooley. Because of the law Dooley was arrested and immediately released just like Zimmerman. None brings it up because then there would be no race angle, just abad law.
The difference is Morgan makes his living talking to celebrities so he's got to make sure that he shows his rage at evil racist America. In the United States you are innocent until proven guilty. Workings questions to Zimmerman's brother were the equivalent of have you stopped beating your wife yet? .If you hear the non redacted tape of Zimmerman's 911 call you can tell that CNN is trying to do a Lynching of George Zimmerman. His leftist bias shows whenever he deals with a serious subject. His interview/interrogation of Robert Zimmerman was a disgrace. Robert Zimmerman did an excellent job of taking Morgan's leading questions apart. If George Zimmerman “had his hand up to his forehead” and seemed worried, is it possible he called his father for advice on what to tell the police?
Could he have called him on that same cell phone he called 911 about Trayvon Martin?
To be sure, Judge Zimmerman knows a thing or two about the facts that make out a self defense case. He certainly has plead a good case in the media - though he was also careful not to tell us what his son told him and thus keep the prosecutors from impeaching him with conflicting stories.
No matter, they can still call the Judge himself to the grand jury room and asked him where he got his facts. They can also ask him if he talked to the police that night, or if he went down to the station house in person to take care of things.
Judge Zimmerman has been presumed to be a non-player thus far, but may have played a critical role at the initial stages of the investigation - that important time when the police decide whom to charge, and what to write in their reports to justify their actions.

CNN – Piers Morgan and Anderson Cooper – have tried and convicted George Zimmerman of Martin's death (garnering support for its guilty vertict from such law school alumis as Lionel Richie, Shaka Khan, and Mike Tyson) before the man has even been charged with a crime. The incoherent tape recording of Zimmerman's voice the night of the incident (Anderson Cooper's slack faced sidekick first TELLS us we should hear a racial slur, then TELLS us what the racial slur is, plays the gargled recording, then TELLS us HE ALMOST positively heard the slur. These types of antics belong on late night comedy shows, not a serious news outlet.. Sadly, once the media is through destroying the character of George Zimmerman (his brother did an amazing job of correcting Piers Morgan's "facts"), Trayvon Martin himself will be next. Rest in peace, Trayvon. The truth will out.

The REAL PROBLEM: GUNS – The right to bare arms and the right to be held responsible
1 There needs to be better regulations for better gun control
    1) Every GUN owner, distributor and manufacturer should have to carry GUN INSURANCE, before the gun gets into a person's hand.. It can not leave the manufacturer and distributor without GUN insurance or be sold without insurance.
    2) Every gun sold in USA must have a ID marker from the manufacturer ( like keys do ) and tracking device
    3) Every gun holder and owner will need to have it registered and insured, like a car with the state
    4) the owner assume's all the responsibility of the gun and it's actions
    5) Mandatory rule's and regulations and fine's on all guns that are illegal and not registered – just like a car.

Let's discuss the botch job they did. Someone mentioned that a black guy shot a white guy the same way and no one is talking about that. I often wonder do people use their common sense. The reason this is in the front line is because this was brought to media attention when Zimmerman was not arrested. We should learn to put on our thinking caps before making statements that has clear, (if you can think clear without hatred blinding) answers. I read where people are just grasping at anything and often wonder if they just like to see their names on the page or do they really and truly think their reasons are logical?....too funny, keep writing...this is beginning to give me a laugh

Spike Lee is guilty because he has tried and convicted a man who has not even been charged with a crime yet.
Spike Lee has put in grave danger two elderly, completely innocent people who have nothing to do with this
situation. Innocent until proven guilty Mr. Lee

I'm so disgusted with Piers, people and the media at large! I was, until this last week or so, a huge fan of Piers, but this Martin killing and Piers' handling of it has turned me completely off of Piers. He wouldn't even give Zimmerman the opportunity to tell his side of the story. I agree with Piers that the Stand Your Ground law in Florida is crazy! But that's not what this case was about. As more information comes forward it looks as if Zimmerman may have been attacked in some manner. This Martin kid was in all kinds of trouble and was actually detained with burglary tools and jewellery in his possession. His Facebook account refers to killing a person over a slight involving another person. He was suspended from school three times. This kid was no angel by any means!
The media, especially Piers, is painting a picture of Martin as if he was a little kid. This guy was 6' 2", 160 Lbs. Zimmerman was 5'8 – 5'10", 170 Lbs. The kid was very athletic and entirely capable of pounding this guy. Piers as yet to play the remainder of the 911 audio tape to the point where Zimmerman replies to the 911 operator that he will adhere to the instructions from the operator and he says O.K. to their instructions.
It's starting to look as if this kid did in fact run away and then ambushed Zimmerman and tried to take his gun. A struggle ensued and a shot went off killing Martin. Terrible and tragic, but Zimmerman is not a racist. In addition, Zimmerman is Hispanic, not white. Piers looks so unprofessional in his reporting of this case that I'm shocked by his actions. Piers doesn't mention the fact that 93 per cent of the black youth murdered in this country are murdered by other black youth. Ridiculous to say the least!
Then to top it all off, Piers brings Chaka Khan on his show to speak in a manner that manifest her inability to deliver a comprehensive discussion on the matter. She may be a great singer but she has very little skill in communications. Chaka Khan herself talks about the drugs that she, Whitney Houston and Natalie Cole used to take. They admit going to the local street corner and buying these drugs from the local, no doubts black dealers. These people bring these drugs into their neighborhoods, use them profusely, then commit violent crimes on each other, then blame someone else!
As stated, the Stand Your Ground law is insane. That being said, 93 per cent of murdered black youth are committed by black youth on each other. 70-80 % of black families have no father figure. The rate of incarceration amongst the black population in America is insane as well. High school drop outs, teenage pregnancies and unemployment amongst the black population is extreme. There must come a point in the this discussion amongst the black community whereby the black population has to take responsibility for the facts. These numbers don't lie! If you visit most black cities in America you will find these figures. If blacks are the majority in a city and these numbers that we all know are in fact true, how can this be the fault of others. It's about time the black population stopped blaming everybody else for these sad facts and address these issues at large.
I'm sick from watching these events and even more disappointed in my Hero, Piers Morgan for not addressing them.

The fact that you continue to refer to blacks as "these people" leads me to question your ethnicity. The statistics are irrelevant in consideration of the events that took place with the victim. While Zimmerman may be able to utilize the "stand your ground law", isn't it also a fact that Trayvon can utilize the SAME law? And, if he can, then the question is who is MORE guilty.

How can a situation go from a rphone call to death. This was an execution, like Oakland. Stop the hate. Also the us times article how in the world does this situation relate to the Panthres, I would be horrified at the abuse this whole "investigation". Just the loss of my son, if almost unbearable. Let alone having the details piddle out through press, rather than know.

If this is the law of Florida, I don't want to ever go, again. I don't go to Oakland or NewYork. Shame on all of usl

The media is NOT a court of law (although it appears to believe it is, by powerfully influencing public opinion on most subjects). The search for truth, and not blind blame, should be our ideal. The fact is, we know very little of the real story (except via the media, a notoriously inaccurate information source) and it may never be revealed - Especially if we do not listen to both sides. This a tragedy for everyone and we need to stop having a mob mentality.

    I do not understand cricket.
Piers Morgan does not understand what's going on in the Zimmerman case.
I have had a broken nose. Twenty minutes later I was in a hospital and I was so shocked to see what a mess I presented. I knew I felt bad-but wow the ruin my body and clothing had become.
The way the Zimmerman clan has put forth this poor excuse-is absurd.
Twenty minutes after a life changing beating by a hostle boy–and the shock that he had just
killed someone, And being in pain and hurt himself.
Really Zilmmerman bounces out ot the back ot the police car like he going to pick up the winnings from a lottery ticket.
But no --we are told he was all beat up.
Voice tapes can be put through ticks to reveal identy.
Less than perfect film can be made crisp.
    The truth will out.
But the harm done will not be undone.
Flordia is out as a happy place for a lot of people now.
The stench of this will halt visits to the Sunshiine state.
Take the kids to Flordia–what could happen?
Sad times for a place that's already hurting. But help is on the
way a big new group can not wait to get to Flordia. The gun happy. In Flordia you can just shoot anyone for any or no
reason claim self defense have a quick and causal visit with the local police and retun home with wonderful vacation
    memories.

I don't even begin to understand why PIERS MORGAN would interview the brother, what he said was more than predictable and right out of the mouth of the shooter! How stupid was that!
Until Zimmerman gets arrested and we know some kind of truth, I for one, will not be satisfied. So far the entire case and police dept. is being investigated, the last chief "stepped down"...why I wonder. BUT HOW LONG??? ANOTHER MONTH?...It's been long enough

Gawdfre Daniels!!! " Paul is Dead! " Play it backwards, backmasking, ! What a crock of subliminal suggested B.S.!

Subliminal messages backwards or forward are prejudiced. You hear what you want to hear. Nothing is clear at any speed. If you play this backwards, you'll probably hear Obama's state of the Union address.

Much ado about wind and subliminal noise.

Pierce Morgan needs to be shipped back to England in a sealed container. This arrogant clown with his mock accent and his pseudo-journalism is proof that we have entered the phase of complete destruction of western civilization. People who put this failure on air are partially responsible for the end of reason. Tonight his biased 'interrogation' was possibly the lowest race baiting ever to be seen on TV. Go home, Pierce. Nobody can stand your sight!

Piers Morgan your interview/discussion with Toure was painful to watch. He made his point within the black community, however it was unfair of him to verbally punish you for not understanding the full extent of 'the black pain' or 'the white pain' in America. (These are the words he did not say out loud).
His remarks to you was unfair, he knew it, but felt the need to address what he saw in you as a weakness in the interview with GZ's brother. You are white, you are British, and you will never be black, no matter how long you live in America. There will always be those who will challenge you, not because you did not do a excellent job but because there is a language disguised within the culture that you will never be able to decode. White men can't dunk. This is a farce but it depends on who is saying it, a football player or a basketball player.
You have earned your right to be where you are. Do not let yourself be caught up in a verbal battle about dues you cannot be expected to pay. In the interest of good journalism you did what you do best. Toure is just saying what is not being said out loud, but he should have approached it differently, his bad.
Piers I have lived in a foreign country most of my life, I speak the launguage like a native, but there are things in the culture that still amaze me and I sometimes am hurt because no matter how good I am I will never be really part of this culture which I admire. I have been confronted with this human delima often , but it has been my choice. We need to sometimes remember we are privilaged just to have the experience. This by no means mean we are less worthy. We are professionals bringing our experiences and special angle to each story in our walk through this life. Peace.
What I was watching hurt, it simply hurt.

Piers! i was told in your colonial england that i may only be a british commonwealth citizen or a british but i can never be an englishman.you may never understand what it means to be african or african american.if i could amplify Toure's thoughts,he wanted to tell you that your six years in america is not enough for you to get into this fight about the degrading treatment that africans and their decendants have had to endure from the days that your anscestors set there feet on the shores of africa the cradle of the african americans.your anscestors shot his anscestors, colonised his anscestors in the plantation over there in africa.enslaved his cousins and uncles ,shot them, jettisoned some of them in the sea, shot them in the plantation along the mississippi river, shot them in alabama, shot their moses(MLK),shot their joshua(X). lynched them in texas, hanged them in louisiana, burned them in virginia..........now he just shot a 17 year old boy and he asked his smooth talker brother to mesmerise us on your show.that brought back the memories of how your anscestors shackled the african slave in the basement of their churches while having sunday mass upstairs with their family.Piers, the feeling is stronger than you may fathom, stay out of it.

Have the hatred that is hemmed around your hearts persuaded you all not to think logically? We have people in here talking about slavery and how the blacks sold each other! We have people in here saying that Trayvon was a thug, insinuating that he deserved to die. We have people in here stating that Blacks want someone to pay for their losses.etc. etc. Have you all just stopped for a moment and listened to what your heart is spewing out? I won't go into details about the trial, because people, well let me rephrase, decent people with a decent heart already know, that Zimmerman was supposed to have gone to jail that night because of what he had done. People who can look pass their hatred even realize this. I am so grateful there are good White people still in this world and the few of you all only exist in the corner of this country's history. I tell you, you all preach democracy, yet you don't carry it out. I just want to say to those decent White folks who understand the laws and even if you do not care for the Black race, your character should be applauded because apparently your foundation is strong enough whereas you don't have to try to dog others out to make yourselves look better. It's people like you that allow this country to be what it is. The other rift rafts have so much hatred hemmed around their hearts, and so much weight to carry around until they've become sickening, yet they don't know they are sick. Just like there are unattractive blacks in the country, there are unattractive whites in it as well. So continue to talk about slavery days, or how violent Blacks are, etc etc, because trust me, there are stories about your race also. I will say this...you all are always talking about the black communities, the black men with the hoodies, selling drugs and doing drugs. Well I am going to say this, and it may sound mean, but it's the truth... I see more young white sons and daughters in search for the Black man with the hoodie than anything. You don't like our neighborhoods, and you don't like our sons with the hoodies, but your sons and daughters do.
