Clips From Last Night: Bill Richardson on North Korea's failed rocked launch; Zimmerman's attorney on the Trayvon Martin case

On the back-drop of Thursday's failed North Korean rocket launch, last night Bill Richardson joined "Piers Morgan Tonight" to offer his reactions.

The former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. and former secretary of energy, Richardson says he expects the United States will likely have "to proceed with some kind of security counsel condemnation of this effort" in reaction to North Korea's defiance of warnings from President Obama and other world community leaders.

Richardson also surmised that Thursday's result could cause North Korea to reconsider any future such endeavors:

"North Korea may reassess their behavior. This was a failure. And what they need to do is see what is their next step. Do they want to continue in this isolated state? Maybe this will spur them back to negotiations."

Meanwhile, as the Trayvon Martin case continues to develop, last night Piers Morgan also spoke with George Zimmerman's new attorney Mark O'Mara

Echoing Morgan's assessment, O'Mara expressed that an important factor in the case is determining who was "the aggressor" during the altercation which lead to the fatal shooting.

"Certainly, the interaction between the two, how it began, how it continued, how it started, how it accelerated, how somehow it got from that point to a point of shooting and a death is going to be the real analysis that has to come to pass. And that may well identify that a self-defense or what's now called the "Stand Your Ground" defense is an appropriate one or it's part of a defense, where you have a long way to go before we decide those issues."
