Coming up this evening at 9 p.m., "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomes actor and screenwriter Billy Bob Thornton for a remarkably candid and revealing face to face interview.
A veteran of more than 50 films, Thornton was famously married to Hollywood mega-star Angelina Jolie from 2000 to 2003. Now, nearly a decade since the pairs divorce, Thornton details his relationship with both Jolie, and her fiancé, Brad Pitt.
"I only see her occasionally when she comes to town, and I talk to them on the phone sometimes," reveals the 56-year-old actor. "She's a great friend, and would be there if I needed her, and vice-versa. And Brad's a great guy and I love them both."
On the heels of Pitt and Jolie's recent engagement, Piers Morgan asks his guest about the possibility of attending a "Brangelina" wedding:
"If I were invited to something, I would go for any friend of mine. Like I said, they're friends," says Thornton of the A-list actors. "If I didn't go, it certainly wouldn't be because of being uncomfortable. It would be because I don't go anywhere."

What a stupid interview! yOU HAD THIS VERY INTERSTING actor/person with you and all you did was ask about Anjolie and his relationship. How stupid can you get. Is that all you can think of?
When did you get the hair transplant?
Probably because he's afraid to mention anything about a topic Billy Bob has chosen is off limits, like his useless drumming and singing.

Terrible terrible show. Billy bob Thornton has been married five times and exhibits a variety of pathologies and yet you take seriously his social commentary. He spent the hour preaching about what WE need to do and how WE have become so abstracted and how celebrity isn't what it used to be because of social media. Boo hoo! Social media has enabled multiple revolutions in parts of the world that would otherwise remained in the dark ages. Piers spent the hour nodding along and concluded by saying how normal his guest is. He said thebsamebabout Charlie Sheen– who has since admitted to being cuckoo for a spell. You suck Piers, and you should invite real intellectuals to talk real social commentary.
Since Larry left I stopped watching the show I dislike Piers never watch the show with him never will ,he should respect this man he is married to another woman ,Angeline is in his past she not made him famous..... I talking because I hear the comments here but I will not waste my time watching his show!
Piers!! What about Billy Bob, Angie, Angie, so wrong, so very wrong. Bob, as perceived tonight, is relaxed about it.. Mr. Thortons comment regarding "OCD", I understand...there is so much more that can be said on that topic.
Billy should dye his soul patch the same color as his lid. He looks ridiculous.
Bob was stone all the time when he was with Angeline remember she was on drugs and lesbians before ?now she is a matron lol lol Bob left her when she adopted her first kid he dissapeared of her life leaving her alone to riase that kid ....... talking nice about them is neccesary his PR's require that! otherwise will not look good on his appeareances ,is all baloney !
