Aaron Sorkin on why he gets to write idealistically: "I'm a fiction writer"

Tonight writer and executive producer Aaron Sorkin and actor Jeff Daniels join Piers Morgan to discuss their new HBO television series "The Newsroom," which premieres Sunday on HBO.

During the interview, Morgan inquires about the challenges of bringing real-life situations into a fictional newsroom, to which Sorkin replies, "I'm a fiction writer."

"I don't have to live in the real world," explains Sorkin. "So I get to write a Democratic administration that can get things done and I get to write about a very idealistic newsroom where these guys reach unrealistically high, so they fall down a lot but where we're still rooting for them anyway."

Tune in at 9pm EST as Sorkin and Daniels describe the newsroom atmosphere at ACN.
