Russell Brand on containing his temper: "For the first time in my life I do more meditating and yoga than I do having sex"

Tonight Piers Morgan sits down with funnyman and notorious bad boy, Russell Brand to talk sex, comedy and Brand’s latest television endeavor.

The host asks brand how he is managing his infamous tempter lately. Brand quips:

“Pretty good," Brand says. "For the first time in my life I spend more time meditating and doing yoga than I do having sex.” The ladies’ man is quick to add, “That’s only because I do a hell-of-a-lot of yoga. And they’re still neck and neck!”

The two then turn to Brand’s new project, BrandX —a new show on FX highlighting Brand's unfiltered viewpoint on current events and popular culture. The star described his show as “the stories behind the news,” finding humor in the “agenda” of those that publish the news.

“It’s usually pretty funny, like, the way that they’ll [the media] use the nationality of a stories protagonist to take it in a particular direction,” Brand explained. “I just think there are peculiar stereotypes and agendas served.”

Watch the clip, and listen to the interview, then tune in at 9pm for the full, hilarious, and honest interview.

I don't blame Piers Morgan for having Michael Vick on his show. From what I've read about these appearances, they are well scripted before Vick even gets there. Supposedly, agents for Vick will dictate to the producers of the show what the can and cannot say to Vick or ask him. I have no idea what Mr. Morgan personally feels about Vick, but from what I've read, Mr. Vick would refuse to be a guest on any show that would make him too uncomfortable. If anyone notices, the reason that many of us feel Vick is so insincere is that he basically says the same things over and over again in every public appearance he makes. There is very little spontaniety in his responses because he knows what questions will be presented and what he will say.
I don't think Piers Morgan should be ostracized for what the producers dump in his lap. We all know they want ratings and we have to admit that people like Michael Vick will definitely get the viewers. I don't like to see that dog-killing thug getting star treatment, but I'm not going to blame Mr. Morgan unless he publicly swears that Michael Vick is a changed man and should be forgiven.

We thought the video qsoetiuns were much better than the ordinary debates;however, as usual, Anderson's own bias was present in the video selection and in his arbitrary picks about who answered what. We think a balanced group of people should select qsoetiuns and there needs to be some balance of fairness for the debaters. We think Anderson Cooper should be more of a journalist and less of an editor.

that women are property and not rllaey people so, yeah. Also, the Bible clearly shows that marriage is not between one man and one woman as multiple figures in the bible have multiple wives. Also, man and woman are pretty suspect terms, as rllaey it was more like man as in a fully adult male with a woman more like an adolescent girl, who was sold to him for an agreed upon price.Kirk Cameron is a holder of many bigotted views that he justifies with a cut and paste approach to biblical understanding.
