With the second presidential debate now roughly 24 hours away, this evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomes four of the five sons of Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
Joined face to face by Craig, Tagg, Josh, and Matt Romney, Piers Morgan plays a video clip of FOX's "New Girl," during which a fictitious Romney brother – "Tugg" – is introduced.
"We took a vote, we want to replace him," says Josh Romney of his real brother Tagg. "That guy ["Tugg"] looks like more fun."
As their father has recently enjoyed a boost in the national polls, Morgan asks his guests if they've begun to entertain the idea of moving into the White House.
"To borrow a sports cliche, we're taking it one day at a time," insists Craig Romney. "We honestly are."
In decisively outperforming Barack Obama in the first debate, Tagg says America finally got a good look at a man he thinks is suited to lead the nation:
"All of us have been on the trail a lot the last couple weeks, and there was a dramatic uptick in enthusiasm, as people got to see who the real Mitt Romney is, and see how good of a person he is."
As inside information points to the incumbent adopting an intensified, more combative approach for Tuesday's event, Matt expects his father to be ready:
"My dad's very good. He's got an incredible intellect. He's has great principles, he knows his ideas. He's been prepared, we were tough as teenagers, but really, he'll do a good job. I think it's going to be a good debate. I think my dad is certainly someone who's very witty and intelligent."
Watch the clip, and listen to the interview, then tune in at 9 to hear how the Romney brothers react when compared to "New Direction" and described as a "political boy band."
