Coming up Friday evening at 9, "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomes one of the most celebrated and scrutinized members of today's Hollywood fraternity, Charlie Sheen, for an honest and revealing primetime interview.
Joining Piers Morgan for a face to face conversation, the former star of CBS's "Two and a Half Men" details the status of his relationship with the show's creator and executive producer, Chuck Lorre:
"I still haven't spoken to him," says Sheen. "Nothing, zero."
Saying he very nearly bumped into his old boss in a hotel lobby, the 47-year-old Sheen explains how he'd have handled such a chance encounter: "I'd have walked right up to him and said, 'hey, man, you know, good luck with everything. Sorry about that. And, um, see you - you know, see you on campus.'"
At least that's what Sheen thinks he would have done, admitting that deep inside, he may hold other ambitions:
"The fantasy is walking up and dropping him, but that's not - that's not who I am. It's not who I am. You know, I'm not a violent guy."
Admitting that he does miss being a part of the show that made him the highest paid actor on television, Sheen fondly remembers his early days working on the sitcom, and teaming with Lorre:
"When I look back at ... the pilot of 'Two and A Half,' it was an absolute gem," he recalls. "I almost agreed to do that show based on his [Lorre] enthusiasm, and his track record without seeing a script. And when I said to him, I said, what are you going to call it? And when he said, 'Two and A Half Men,' I knew it was a hit."
Asking a question that may seem simple, but proves telling, the host asks his guest about the actor who essentially replaced him, Ashton Kutcher:
"Is the show as good with him?" wondered Morgan.
Feigning modesty, only to succumb to his own pride, Sheen responds:
"No, and not because of ... well, yeah, because of me," he corrects himself. "What they did Piers, is they got rid of, they unloaded their anchor. They cut off their anchor, and they went adrift."
Watch the clip, and listen to the interview as Sheen reveals whether or not his old show can count on him as a regular viewer.

"I promise you, Pierse. Lance Armstrong and Barack Obama will save many of lives, I just don't see how??"
When I saw the first episode of, 'Two and a Half Men", I knew it was going to be a hit.
When I saw the frist episode of, "The Big Bang Theory", I knew it was going to be a hit.
The way Charlie presented himself in Pier's interview was the way he should look and act. He is such a high profile as an actor he has an image to maintain. His behavior as a drug addict was hard to watch. I haven't liked him in so long, the interview was refreshing.
thought you might like this youtube link about how the British feel about guns since you are for gun control Pierce.
