In the aftermath of part one of Lance Armstrong's interview with Oprah Winfrey, Piers Morgan sat down with Tyler Hamilton. The former professional cyclist and former teammate of Armstrong talked about the doping culture in professional cycling during his time as a young racer.
"It was almost like being accepted into a fraternity," said Hamilton. "Originally I was just pledging the fraternity and once they thought I was good enough, they kinda brought me in."
Hamilton also shared with Morgan his feelings upon hearing Armstrong publicly confess to using performance enhancing drugs during this professional career.
"I never expected this day would come," said Hamilton.
As to whether Armstrong was completely transparent and honest during his interview, Hamilton said the following:
"He's made the first step. There's many more steps to come for Lance Armstrong."
