Tonight: Robin Meade Guest Hosts, welcomes Jane Fonda, Chris Noth, and families from Newtown

Coming up this evening at 9, "Piers Morgan Tonight" continues "Guest Host Week," handing the keys to HLN's lead anchor, Robin Meade.

One night after being preempted for Barack Obama's State of the Union address, tonight the primetime program returns for a full hour, as Meade invites a handful of guests to share their insight and expertise on some of America's most talked about topics.

As the Carnival Triumph remains at sea, family members of passengers, as well as travel experts, will all attempt to place the nightmarish voyage into proper perspective.

Meanwhile, the host of "Morning Express with Robin Meade" will continue the conversation on "Guns in America," as now two months removed from the tragic school shooting in Newtown, Conn., she'll visiting with families impacted by the heart-breaking events.

Additionally, Meade will also add some celebrity spice to her guest hosting stint, as she'll welcome Jane Fonda, and then Chris Noth, for a pair of primetime exclusive interviews.

Tune in at 9, as the 1992 winner of the Miss Ohio pageant brings her mix of personality and professionalism to the "Piers Morgan Tonight" studio.

Please replace Pierce Morgan with Robin Meade – she is fantastic!

Robin Meade might be the worst interviewer on television next to Gayle King. She is not ready for prime time and this is a horrible show tonight. She has no listening skills and just asks random questions that the person already answered. Painful to watch.

You're being much too kind, Mr, Plummer. I say fire the new guy for putting her on this show. Jane Fonda is keeping the show from sinking rather than the hostess making it newsworthy. Go, Jane! (Hey, she'd make a great newswoman/hostess.)

Robin Meade is the reason I watch the news, so those who trash talk her, shut the hell up. If yall think she's terrible, then dont watch her.

Totally agree with you. Please don't make this woman a regular. She has no skill, finesse, or talent in interviewing people. The questions were low-level and since when does an interviewer not allow their guest to answer the questions. Robin Meade, in an interview it is about the guest – not you.

I renamed my AR-15 "Piers" because it is loud, chatters endlessly, and is extremely dangerous unless carefully and forcefully aimed.

Please let people know that there is nothing better than a cruise vacation, it all depends on the cruise line. Carnival Cruise line has had many problems and like they say you get what you pay for.

Most of us will never forget that, or forgive it either, and the only reason Ted Turner married her was that she told him she was a virgin.

Every time she is asked about her actions in North Vietnam, she apologizes. Mr. McKeeve, it would do you a world of good to practice mindfulness.

      Boycott "Hanoi" Jane Fonda

She is directly responsible for the deaths of 3 American Soldiers during her visit to Hanoi during the Vietnam war.

      She owes America an apology.

This show was a load of nothing. No questions were asked of traitor fonda. A load of guff. We are all against violence in any form against women. However if the country is at war you do not expect your 'film stars' to sleep with the enemy whilst the servicemen are being tortured. She shoul loose her citizenship and apologise to the brave sevice heros

She should have been jailed when she got home from Viet Nam, but Somebody must have been protecting her. Was that feinatic Feinstein in Congress then? I forget.

Worst interviewer ever. On top of the traitor (Fonda) incorrectly stating Valentines day was a day to honor women, when its a day for couples to honor one another. Ridiculous.

CNN is this the best you can do? Robin Meade is totally inarticulate, makes grammatical errors and can't pronounce LES MISERABLES. The "s" on the end is silent. How difficult is it to check the pronunciation? Really insulting putting this airhead opposite the very intelligent and articulate Jane Fonda. But then as Fonda just said, the decision makers are men. Robin Meade might do well as a receptionist but don't put her on Prime Time TV!

Poor Jane Fonda. She came on CNN to promote a great cause and to inform the public. But the total airhead "interviewing" her spent more time babbling about oscars and valentines. I am embarrassed for her (Meade) but she seems to be unaware of how horrible she was. She wasn't listening. She had no good questions. A real lightweight. But at least her teeth are white. CNN knows what's important.

Hanoi Jane should just be getting out of jail now, if there had been any real justice in our government in the '60's.

Tonite you had Jane Fonda as a guest....I find this very offensive...while my 19 yr. old nephew died in the jungle of Viet Nam , she was on the radio for North Viet Nam...it was hard enough to see her not held accountable..in any fashion, but to see her in all her glory on your program, was extremely painful....forgiving is not a problem, but it is not possible to forget

I just wanted to say how offended I was as a woman, that you would talk about what people are wearing at the Oscars. You had a great opportunity to interview an intelligent woman about a Great cause...Instead you turned it into a mockery. I turned on this show expecting a serious interview, instead I witnessed an insult to woman across the planet.

MS. JANE FONDA!......I am going to use tomorrow (Valentines's Day) to smother ALL THE MALES in my life with affection and respect.....that includes my two wonderful sons, my Dad, my brother, my uncles, my grandfather, male friends and co-workers with AFFECTION and RESPECT! Reality check Ms. Fonda... NOT ALL MALES ARE BAD! I resent your radical feminist views spewing disrespect and resentment of males when there are bad apples in BOTH genders. I am one WOMAN who never bought into this feminist "myth" of so called female 'POWER".......I don't want to ever have "power" over anyone! Why don't you focus on a more URGENT cause like protection of rapidly disappearing wildlife species and climate change.......you know really URGENT ISSUES! I'll respect you then.

As a Brazilian, I would like to express here that I enjoyed the interview Jane Fonda gave, specially regarding to Valentines Day acroos the globe with people rising against violence on women. Very Imortant. What I would like to add is that in Brazil we do not celebrate Valentines day BUT, what Jane Fonda forgot to mention is that when she visited us recently whe had the oppportunity to know the progress Brasil has made in this matter. Here we have a specific law to handle violente against women. It is called Law Maria da Penha. And there are also the Womem Police Station where all servants of law are prepared to received specially women who sufferred violence by men. This is a huge progress that could be followed by others and is reducing the violence against women in Brazil. Thank you very much.

Please do not invite Robin Meade to host again. She is inarticulate, does not listen, asks inane questions, and was an overall embarrassment to watch. "How do you feel?" is not what one asks to begin a discussion with the spouse of a Sandy Hook victim. Her RESPONSE to their answers were utterly superficial, as was her affect. And who cares what the venerable Jane Fonda thinks about Valentine's Day? There was so much more I wanted to hear from her. These are but two brief examples of bad interviews. Robin Meade was an awful choice. I look forward to Piers Morgan's return.

I am a watcher of HLN but when I saw her office and all she has is pictures of herself all throughout , I got a strong impression that she has a pride and vanity issue. She should show a little humility It really put a bad taste in my mouth about watching Morning Express.
