READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
Whether you fell asleep early, stayed out too late, or simply want to watch it again, we realize it's not always possible to get your entire "Piers Morgan Live" fix from television. As an answer to this, we offer the below labor of love – "Piers Morgan Live, Rewind" – dedicated and designed to getting you caught up and connected to the conversation.
On Thursday evening, "Piers Morgan Live" shared a portion of an interview with the daughter of alleged kidnapper and rapist Ariel Castro. Speaking exclusively to CNN's Laurie Segall, Angie Gregg shared her reaction upon learning that her father is being charged with these heinous acts:
"It was like everything crashed down. Like I just wanted to melt into the floor. I just wanted to die. I couldn't believe it and then everything, like all these weird things that I've noticed over the years," Gregg explained. "Everything is making sense now. It's all adding up. I'm disgusted. I'm horrified."
Joining the host for a face to face, sit down interview, on Thursday evening Jada Pinkett Smith offered some details about an app she's invested in that's designed to keep children safer:
"It's pretty much like a new 911, where you can have your guardians and you can press a button that will call 911, will call these guardians immediately," explained Pinkett Smith in discussing bSafe. "There will be a GPS that starts to track you and then starts to video record what is happening to you right then and there."
A mother of two children with hip-hop and acting icon Will Smith, Thursday's guest offered some insight into her own parenting techniques:
"I'm a different type of mother, in the fact that I share harsh realities with my children. I feel like I have to prepare my kids with what is really happening."
Reporting live from Cleveland, veteran reporter Ed Gallek shared his personal perspective on a case he's been covering for the better part of a decade:
"This is one of the things that I still carry around in my bag of reports. For 10 years I carried this report around. This is the original missing persons report of the Gina DeJesus case. Ten years old, coffee stained, tattered, and I always thought that someday this case might break," he told Piers Morgan. "Now I don't want to hear anybody say we always knew it would end like this. No, people always thought this case might end. Nobody predicted it would end like this."

How does someone get a message to the message to the neighbor that he must not blame himself. My heart went out to him tonight on PIiers Morgan. I have no doubt that if there was something he could of done, he would of.
quit interviewing people who say ac was a good guy a nice guy ,he never was,how do you think that makes those girls feel?everytime they see these interviews, did you ask yourself why none of them are saying anything bad?could be because they are being paid by the uncle or somebody lining them up for his defense,i have been on that street many times and just driving thru never seen anything at that house but i sure noticed all the people sitting on their porches all day and night across the street from that house,so do you reporters really believe they never saw anything? they want you you to think their good people, the street is dope houses and dealers they constantlyare on the look-out
Get a life Judy. May you never experience anything like this. Even the parents were friends with him. Are the parents drug dealers also ??
Sounds like we're hurtling down Conspiracy Crescent here,Judy, your words 'could be' leading that way:it's the first I've
heard of any drug activity,or people sitting across the street waiting to score. That needs to be proved.
Bravo Jada! and Brilliant Pierce and your network for allowing that to be aired!
Thank you for reinfocing that...
"I'm a different type of mother, in the fact that I share harsh realities with my children. I feel like I have to prepare my kids with what is really happening."
I feel like the minority sometimes in allowing my daughter to know reality @ such a young age.
A simple thanks to remind me I'm not alone in my parental journey!
Amen!
I think if you're upfront with kids about things they can handle it.Maybe for the best...
