Coming up tonight at 9, Piers Morgan leaves his New York studio barren, inviting CNN colleague S.E. Cupp to fill the void, as the "Crossfire" co-host quickly gets comfortable for a primetime performance that airs three hours later than her traditional 6 p.m. slot.
Expertly serving as a single host, Cupp welcomes Glenn Beck for a captivating hour of candid and entertaining television.
Known for his conservative views, and honest approach, Beck is in shock at some of the stories that are pacing the week's national news cycle:
"I mean look at what we're doing. This week, we are debating a 'Duck Dynasty' comment," he declares. "And whether or not Santa Claus is white or black."
Tongue in check, Beck has an "earmuffs" moment that would make Vince Vaughn and the "Old School" cast envious, calling for an adults only moment of honesty:
"If you have kids in the room, turn the TV off for 20 seconds. I'm going to give you time. Turn it off. Find your remote. It's probably sitting next to you in the couch," he says, while looking at his watch. "OK, time's up. Santa Claus isn't real. He's a fictional character. I don't know what color your imaginary friends are. OK, you can tell the kids to come back out."
Truly aghast, Beck simply can not get passed the amount of focus being placed on the gentlemen from the backwoods of Louisiana:
"And we're talking about 'Duck Dynasty.' Really? Really?"
Watch the clip for more of Cupp's interview with Beck, as the longtime Republican voice offers an example of a story he thinks should be at the forefront of the media's attention. And for the full interview, watch tonight's edition of "Piers Morgan Live" at 9 p.m. on CNN.
