Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tells Piers Morgan how he and the Israelis can achieve peace with the Palestinians.
I had a poor opinion of Netanyahu before this interview. I now have a high opinion of him. Maybe he should show himself more on the world stage (perhaps I mean the US stage). Excellent interview.
No offense, Joe, but if this interview gave you a better opinion of Netanyahu, you must have slept through it.
I agree! It was nice to see somebody put this guy to task like Peirs did. I am tired of softball interviews of Israel's leadership
Mr. Piers gets annoyed when Netanyahu answer his question he doesn't wants to hear. All Mr. piers wants to hear from Netayahu was his concession of land without knowing the repercussion or he just doesn't care about the remification. too bad Mr. Piers thats not happening until Palestinian prove they are partner for peace, until Palestinian stop voting for Hamas and until Palestinian recognize Jerusalem as an undivided Capital of Israel there'll be no concession.
Yes, Morgan's interrupting was very annoying. His need for control and need to be the center of attention is too much and took away from Benjamin Netanyahu's comments which, in my view, were stellar.
Mr. Pierce, this new comer who is trying to make a lot of dust and prove his intelligence and command of interviews has a lot to learn about politics and common courtesy and craftsmanship of his job. He should review many hours of master interviewers such as Barbara Walters or Larry King. When you go to interview a head of a state, you should be intelligent and not interrupting if you are not hearing what you like to hear, Mr. Pierce. I bet if your were asked, you could not even point to Israel on that map! Study your subject and all political facts and learn some manners for your next interview!
Bennie is a repulsive THUG that DESPISES America. The only reaosn we exist is to do their bidding and die for them. What's WRONG with you?
What's wrong with YOU?
Your comment is paranoid delusional.
"The only reason we exist"? phulease...
Piers Morgan should be let go by CNN. How can this schmuck talk down to a high ranking official of another country. If that was me I would have walked out of the interview. Piers Morgan kept interrupting Prime Minister Netanyahu and showing no respect. He is a disgrace to your organization.
I agree. Piers Morgan is rude and disrespectful. Terrible interview. Cnn...get rid of this guy. I don't know how Netanyahu kept his cool and didn't walk out on this guy. He was goading Netanyahu about being "the Guy" to achieve peace....as if it is an ego issue. Netanyahu kept saying he needs a partner for peace...someone who is not bent on the destruction of his country. Morgan just blew right past this....putting all the responsibility on Israel. What a jerk.
ITA, Jim. Could.not.stand the constant interruptions & changed channels after the 2nd segment. He ended the 1st & 2nd segments by saying “When we come back, I want to talk TO you about blah, blah.” Where the hell did he learn his grammar — you don’t talk TO someone, you talk WITH someone, especially the Prime Minister. What a poor excuse for an interview — it made my stomach churn. Piers Morgan is a know-it-all jerk!!!!
Not happening :(. If you noticed they made a point of stressing that there are 300000 Israeli citizens living on West Bank – and kept absolutely quiet on how many millions of arabs live in Israel freely and how many of them are Israli citizens.
I wouldn't call this an excellent interview. Mr. Piers Morgan showed himself to be a terrible interviewer, trying to bully his guest to say what HE wanted to hear, with complete disregard (or maybe he is just ignorant) for history. But then what could one expect from a talent show judge?? Just because Piers Morgan has a British accent doesn't mean he is an intellectual. Shame on CNN!!!
Piers Morgan's interview with the Isreali Prime Minister is best described as a troubling attack on Isreal. I find troubling that he made the comment that the rest of the world would view themselves as probably 'pushing Isreal away' and are in fact prepared to move on without Isreal in the peace process. Thank goodness that the Prime minister rejected that idea and reminded the one-tracked minded Piers that holding Isreal as ULTIMATELY responsible for peace in the middle east (as he implied time and time again saying the whole world is looking to Netanyahu) is not only wrong but unfairly buts blame on the party who has given concession after concession while not holding the other side to keep their part of the bargain. The entire interview shows exactly why Piers ratings have been falling.
I agree completely. I, too, felt that Piers was constantly attacking Israel and Netanyahu. At least one time, Netanyahu pointed out that Piers held different opinions than most Americans.
CNN – please get an American to take Larry King's place. Piers is not who we need to take Larry King's place.
Ron and sky99 I TOTALLY agree. This whole interview seemed anti-semitic to me. And every time Netanyahu was saying that BOTH the Palestinians and Istrael need to do their part to come to a peaceful agreement, Piers would repeatedly come back with they question of why Netanyahu would not "make this happen" and why Netanyahu would not be the "bigger man". Well Piers, sir, it takes more than ONE party to come to an agreement. When Netanyahu tried to say that Istrael was their ancestral home land of the Bible, Piers quickly cut Netanyahu off with another question. Not once did Piers say anything about the Palestinians not keeping the peace. I never liked Piers' style of interviewing anyway because no one can get a word in edge wise. His show is a waste of CNN's time in my opinion.
I totally disagree. I think more and more Americans are waking up to what Israel's agenda really is: stealing every inch of Palestine and to be rid of the Palestinians. It will never happen, but it is obviously the Israeli plan.
what more do you want the Palestinians to do? remember, Hamas was voted in by the Palestinian people and straight away the US and Israelis with the help of Dahlan tried to conduct a coup, engineer a blockade and then broke the ceasefitre! I am not a Hamas apologist but remember who gave them the weapons and the money, Mr. Sharon himself! I though Haaratz were so honest (no American news organisation would dare say this) when Sheik Yassin was killed, "Well done Arial, you have killed your prodigal son"
What is the Israel and the US going to do if the whole region turns democratic? iraq was not a tremendous success as nobody who was America's man came to power!
I couldn't agree more with Ron. Piers definitely had a pro-Palestinian agenda. He was pushy and rude to Mr. Netenyahu, whom I think conducted himself with great dignity, considering he almost never was allowed to finish a sentence/thought!! I probably won't waste my time watching him if he can't be more fair than this.
Hey Morgan – do a story on the American pad-for White phosphorus, that the Israelies dropped on defenseless Palestinians. Do a story on "spitting on Christians in thV holy Land. THEN to a story on the decades old coverup of the USS Liberty attack.
Israel is a monstrous vampire. They've looted TRILLIONS fr omthe USA. They are vicious thugs, criminals, and killers. Psychotic RACISTS. Evil beyond comprehension.
I am really surprised to see this kind of stupid remark from you Denis. You must have taken the wrong drugs this morning.
You are either blind or hallucinating. I wish you or your children will get to live in Iran for a year. I am sure your perspective on things will change than rapidly.
Trilions, TRILLIONS, TRILLIONS!!!, I tell you.
Some people just don't get how foolish they are, and look.
We all know they took QUADRILLION!!!!s
girl you don't know what you are talking about...you havent lived long enough to see the truth
Piers Morgan's interview of Mr Benjamin Netanyahu was a masterpiece. It was delivered with due respect and contained the necessary hard balls to make it highly informative and interesting for those who want a just and lasting solution for the middle east.
It's unclear to me how you can possibly replace a legend like Larry King with someone of the likes of Piers Morgan. This evening's interview of Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was a missed opportunity to enable viewers to actually hear the point of view of an important leader. Mr. Morgan may as well have interviewed himself tonight because he did not give the PM a word in edge wise. He constantly interrupts to the point that is truly annoying to watch an interview with him. Piers- we're NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR OPINION! That's NOT your job! This was probably the worst so far! Please get rid of this guy already! Charlie Sheen is looking for an intern – couldn't think of someone better for the role.
I agree with DB! Piers Morgan appeared to be constantly attacking Netanyahu. He acted like he should be the prime miinister instead of Netanyahu. Piers totally ignored any of the wrongdoings of Palestinians – the family that was massacred, the rockets that are lobbed into Israel from Gaza. The security of Israel is Netanyahu's main goal, not some goal that Piers makes up for him. Hamas' vowed objective is the destruction of Israel, and Piers thinks nothing of this.
Who picked Piers Morgan to take Larry King's place? Can't we get an American? Piers Morgan does not hold the views of many Americans, myself included. Besides the fact that I don't like Piers' opionions, I felt that he was very rude to Netanyahu and was frequently cutting him off. I think Netanyahu handled him with a great deal of grace - more than he deserved.
Are you really interested in getting an "American" or just a Jewish American? The first half of the interview, I thought Piers totally pandered to Netanyahu, but then he actually got serious. I must have missed where he "interrupted" the Israeli prime minister. I didn't get that at all.
of course it is those four legged Palestinians who only commit atrocities! reminds me so much of South Africa
I wondered how long it would take Americans to complain about a British interviewer. I find that as arrogant as his role in this interview. Yes, Morgan was egocentric but he's also new this job and trying (maybe too) hard to do a good job.
I agree completely. Piers was rude, disrespectful and annoying! I have not been impressed with him so far and this interview was the worst. He kept injecting his own opinions. I won't watch him anymore. CNN, fire this guy!
Couldn't agree with you more – Piers Morgans is an obvious fool. Who @ CNN made that hiring decision?? Really, seriously, inquiring minds want to know.
Wow, DB! DITTOOOO!!
CNN, are you listening? Get rid of Piers.
It's quite obvious the lobby is alive and well for the Apartheid state.
I agree with others on this post, Piers Morgan did not treat the President of Israel respectfully. The continued interruptions and challenges made the show more about Piers Morgan than President Netanyahu. Did Piers feel a challenge to Mr Netanyahu to "step up to the plate and make a peace concession" was going to suddenly happen on national TV. More hubris please.
I agree. Piers should have asked him why he leads a country that has killed thousands of human beings, displaced hundred thousands of them, and still feels that he can act like a moral person. And why he should not be tried for crimes against humanity.
I think for many of us who've lived in pre-defined bordered countries it's very hard to envision the right to be a settler outside the borders–may be in Mars. But the right for a "promised land" beyond the green line is just unfair and unacceptable. Why such unfair practices are received with such favorable votes in the US? Is it a matter or religion? I can't imagine any other reason. This is strictly about the settlers- not Israel.
Please don't confuse the "green line" with a border. The green line is the armistice line set at the end of the 1948 War of Independence bought about when the nascent State of Israel was attacked by 6 Arab armies. What will be the final border remains to be seen when and if the Palestinians decide to make peace.
"If and when the Palestinians decide to make peace?" Are you kidding me? The real truth is that Israel has never been serious about peace. They've never agreed to allow Palestinians the right to return, Jerusalem as the Palestinian capital, or to stop building settlements on stolen Palestinian land. These are basic in the establishment of peace, and under international law, absolutely within the Palestinian's legal rights.
Exactly! Every time you hear one of those pro-Palestinian loudmouths pontificate about the "1948 borders" or the "1967 borders", you can stop them right away and ask "what borders?". There are no borders. There are only cease-fire lines. By definition that means they are temporary and fluctuating depending on how long the parties will take to sit down, agree on where the borders will be and sign the peace treaty that will seal the deal. That's the way it's been done since the beginning of time. But the Palestinians think they are special. They are owed everything. They have done nothing wrong. It was "their" land (it wasn't) and they want it "back" (how can you claim back something that you never had before for the simple reason that you were not even a State yet?) That's the definition of being delusional. So there you have it. Have fun interrupting anyone you hear utter "1967 borders". There are no such borders. And the more the Palestinians wait, the more the borders move east. It's their choice. One last note: there was not a single Jewish settlement in 1967. Always waiting for a better deal has been the Palestinian strategy, and it's been and still is the wrong one. Time to cut your losses and make a deal.
IF is the correct and most important word.
Some people want to grant a murder pass to the PLO and the vast majority in the US won't buy your delusion.
The reason the US supports Israel is not due to any type of 'lobbying', its because Israel is in the right and we understand the truth about the aggressive nature of its genocidal neighbors.
You may fool a few uninformed or your fellow-travelers, but most folks get the basic facts and know who the intransigent aggressors are in this fight...
nice try though.
What is your real motive?
chai- Hi from the USA!
Here in the USA, we have been bombarded with Israels propaganda for over 50 years.
Part of the reason it works IS religious, but that is only one tactic The strategy has been to control the narrative , to repeat their message over and over until everyone believes it. here are some "buzz words" and phrases you hear here for decades- and you will hear them during the interview from PM Netanyhu , and again from the full time Israel apologists here and else where commenting.[ or Hasbara-ing it up]
"Tiny Israel", "Defensive War", "Palestinian Terrorists",[or Palestinian Militants},"suicide Bombers", "The only Democracy in the Middle East", "The Jewish Homeland", "Settlers ", "Settlements", "Thousands of rockets reining down on Israel", "Security Wall", "Judea and Samaria", "Jerusalem must be the undivided Capital", Arabs who"wish to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth", "Arafat was offered everything he wanted, but refused"[a lie], "construction freeze [not]","natural growth", " they wont recognize Israel as "the Jewish State", "Iran is dangerous" ,"Iran is about to get nuclear weapons any minute, and they mean to use them on Israel,[who does Israel mean to use THEIR nuclear weapons, that they ALREADY have, on?]" "other nations are doing WORSE human rights violations", "everyone is picking on Israel", "anti-semitic","holocaust deniers"," Iran Iran IRAN IS THE PROBLEM!", "the settlements are not the problem", "the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not the problem", "they raise their children to "hate Jews", "Israel wants peace, the Palestinians don't", "they are "against building homes for Jews","Israel has made"many conssetions", "Tiny Israel", etc....
Mr Netanyahu controlled the interview with his customary adroitness, going on and on to hit all his talking points, NOT answering questions put to him directly- Mr Morgan "interupted" him several times to try to get him back to the questions he didn't want to answer- didn't work, but I give him credit for trying,[more than Larry King would have done], It was frustrating and downright horrifying to hear Mr. Netanyahu coming right out and saying that Iran should be bombed, and furthermore the USA is the one who should do it! Not that informed people don't already know that this is his dearly held wish, but to hear him push for it over and over, truly scary
All the billions that the US gives Israel every year is hard to swallow for many Americans, as is our UN Veto that we use to protect Israel from the consequences of her actions. Public opinion is turning against Israels policies SLOWLy, but surely. It has been said , by Mr Netanyahu himself, that the last UN veto was gotten "with great difficuly", lets hope the next is more difficult still.
I don't want to make this a long response to your long ranting.
You talked of the billions given to Israel. How about the billions given to the Palestinians? What are they doing with it? Are they building schools or are they building madrassas? Are they developing agriculture, technology and better housing, or are they buying rockets to send to Israel? How come Arafat had 6 billion dollars in his personal bank account when he died, and his adored people were living below poverty line?
Gaza has its own autonomy. Israel pulled out. Hamas took over. What are they doing with their billions of dollars?
I rest my case.
And of course, "God said we could live here!'
No sir. The UN in 1948 said we could live there!!
After 2000 years of persecution, denial of citizenship in our host countries, antisemitism, pogroms and finally the holocaust, the UN said that we could live in Israel. And if the Arabs had not tried to finish Hitler's job in 1948, we would have been living in peace since then.
In our state, the interview was not aired. AC360 ran instead for 3 hours
Piers Morgan should have skipped this interview and provided that interview to a better calibur reporter like Fareed Zakaria.
Even Larry King could have asked better questions.
You keep building those illegal settlements on lands that belong to Palestine, violence will follow.
Even those illegal settlers are counter productive.
Peace is determined when both sides decide on peace, this Netanyahu is not a leader of peace for Israel.
Yep it's those Joose who are responsible for all those attacks by Muslims on Israeli civilians and children s school buses in the 1920s thru 1967. In fact it's also Israel's fault that the PLO was founded in 1964 when Israel lived behind the Auschwitz borders. It's time to stop the propaganda perspective that Israel is a bad guy and judging Israel by a different standard than every other country.
Maybe if Mr. Netanyahu's brother was not killed in the botched Raid on Entebbe decades ago, this man's vision of peace could have materialized much better by now. Also, notice how Mr. Netanyahu thinks before he responds to the questions?
Ronald, I didn't see him "thinking" before responding. It was the same old nonsense to me. He reminded me of a parrot, repeating the same junk over and over. It was painfully obvious that Netanyahu could care less about peace and that he wants the US to start yet another war for Israel in Iran. This man (Netanyahu) disgusts me to no end.
And Rebecca, given your posts on here, I can conclude that you're an arrogant bigot.
Botched?! You reveal yourself with that comment. You know absolutely nothing of what you talk about. The Entebbe raid was arguably the most daring and most successful rescue mission in history. So...are you merely ignorant, or an anti-semite?
Uh oh! Someone is attempting to rewrite history! In truth, Entebbe was the most masterful hostage rescue in history!
Well, better to think before answering a question than asking a question without thinking, like Piers Morgan did!!!
Ronald, I think that you are confusing the raid on Entebbe, July 4, 1976 with Jimmy Carter's raid to rescue American hostages held by Iran a few years later. The first was extremely successful and is studied to this day in Military Academies all over the world. By contrast, the raid on Iran was botched and a total failure, and ended with US causalties. Bibi Netanyahu's brother, Yoni, was the Israeli commander on the ground and was the only Israeli army KIA. More than 120 hostages threatened with death by the Arab and German terrorists who hijacked the Air France plane and flew it to Idi Amin's Uganda, were rescued. The free world and decent people all over the world were thrilled as the good guys won one that had seemed hopeless.
Botched raid? The Raid on Entebbe was one of the most daring, complex and most successful hostage rescue missions in history...
You call that an interview? I call it a Morgan rant. Unlike Larry King, Morgan seems to think that by cutting off guests mid-sentence, he can appear to "win his argument". The more controversial the subject, the more interruptions by Morgan. At the end of the hour, I definitely knew where Morgan stood on Israel, but wasn't he supposed to be interviewing Netyanyahu? How pathetic. When's his contract up?
Dead on! – Morgan is no foreign policy expert, certainly no journalist and by all appearances full of himself. Where did CNN find this goof? DM
I think Piers Morgan was very kind to this Israeli war criminal.
Indeed! Morgan's flushed faced and pursed lips were too much! His interruptions were rude. CNN give Morgan a course on interviewing because he is under the false impression the audience is watching to listen to him.
Dear Mr. Morgan, I just watched your "Bold & Honest" interview with the Prime Minister of Israel and I was impressed with your diligent struggle to persuade Mr. Netanyahu to take "Big Steps" to bring peace between Israel & Palestine and the whole Middle East Region.
Please, let me offer My thoughts about the TWO Options to establish "Permanent Peace" between these two Nations:
1) The States of "Israel" and "Palestine" become "UNITED" exactly like the "United States of America" and a "New Land" will emerge. The Names of "Israel" and "Palestine" will convert to "Holly Land" that is recognized by Jews, Muslims; Christians and the United Nation.
The Names of "Israel" & "Palestine" will become "History", but the people remain in the same area. No one will through any one in the "SEA !" and no one will kill any one for the "Promissed Land !"
Finally, after 3000 Years of WAR and Blood Shed in "Holly Land !", these Two Disturbed Ethnics instead of Fighting & Killing each other for "LAND !", will become UNITED and make PEACE and Create a New Nation called: "HOLLIES !" that hopefully will eventually wake up and respect "GOD" and "Holly Land" and will STOP KILLING EACH OTHER FOR LAND OR ANY OTHER REASON.
Exactly like "Americans" that are formed from Jews / Israelites; Muslims / Arabs & Palestinians; Christians / Irish / British / Europians / Mexicans / Asians; etc., the "Hollies" are formed from Ethnics of Jews, Arabs / Muslims and Christians and any one else who lives there and becomes the "Citizen of Holly Land".
The New Government of "Holly Land" will include both "Palestinians & Israelites" as Fifty Percents Jews and 50% Arabs that could be both Muslims & Christians.
The New Government realizes that they are there for the "People" to "Keep Peace"; and without any prejudice "Prevent any further CRIMES commited by any one".
Hopefully, the same way that both "Israelites / Jews" and "Palestinians / Muslim Arabs" live together in the U.S.A. (New York; Los Angeles; Washington; etc." and do business with each other in peace, they can do the same thing in their own United Land and will enjoy peaceful trading and living with each other in the "HOLLY LAND".
I believe this is the best way to bring "PEACE" between "Israelites"; "Palestinians" and the whole Middle East that as we all know affects the "World Peace".
2) Another solution is an "Economical Solution" that "Israelites" will pay for the Land that they captured from Palestinians during the World WAR II and declared a new establishment as the state of "Israel".
Exactly, the same way that American paid Russians and bought Alaska from them, Israelites also will pay for their "Promissed Land" and will BUY that Land from Palestinians.
Israelites will understand that their God can NOT authorize them or their prophet "King David" to Slaughter the People who were already living in that Land since 4000 years ago! But, they can negotiate with "Palestinians Authorities" and BUY the LAND that currently, Palestinians claim to be theirs.
Dear Mr. Morgan, I hope you find these TWO suggestions, reasonable solutions to discuss them with Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu and perhaps with Palestinians Authorities too and collect their opinions in a CNN Interview that everyone watch.
I also suggest that CNN collect a POLL to see the opinion of people; Israelites; Plestinians and also Other Nations. We can also subcategorized the voters as: Jews; Arabs; Muslims; Christians; Bahayi Faith; American; Europian; Iranians; Asians; Others. That will be an Interesting Sociological Experiment to see the opinion of Educated people who have access to computers and can vote!
Please, let me know. I eagerly look forward to hearing from you and witnessing the "Creation of World Peace".
Thanks for your time & all of your considerations.
AMIR AZARNIVAR, M.D.
My problem with your solution, Amir, is that how can Israel pay for what they have done? How can they "buy" homes that were never for sale or are still wanted back by the original owners?
Amir, your post is too long. No one's going to read that. But hope you got it off your chest.
Amir I think you missed the fact that the government of Palestine is a terrorist group that wants to see the Jews erased from the surface of the earth.
Dr. Amir, you need to learn history.
First of all, Israelis did not capture land during WWII. In 1948 after the declaration of the State of Israel by the UN, 5 Arab countries attacked with the intent of destruction. The Arabs that lived in the area left. Israel won miraculously, and they were not allowed to return.
Second, the majority of the land of Israel already belonged to the Jews and were bought and payed for since the 19th century.
Third, Gaza and the West Bank were captured in 1967.
Forth, the displacement of 600.000 Arabs in 1948 is equivalent to the expulsion of 900.000 Jews from the Arab countries where they lived, and their lands and properties were never payed for. The difference is that these Jews were absorbed by Israel and other societies they chose to live in, like the US, and other European countries. The Arabs in their infinite love for their brothers and sisters, never absorbed the Palestinians and always treated them as pariahs. From 1948 to 1967, Egypt could have very well absorbed them into their society. The same can be said of Jordan. But they have been kept isolated and used as a pawn to destroy Israel.
The day the Palestinians change their statutes and recognize Israel's right to exist, then you can start talking about peace. Anything else is hypocrisy.
I'm assuming that Mr. Morgan will now treat us with a similar interview of Abu Mazen during which he will display the same level of aggressively obnoxious and hostile questioning? Given what Netanyahu told him, he has now all the information he needs to grill the PA president and ask his views as to why there is still no peace. I was really impressed by the sensible arguments the Israeli Prime Minister managed to slip between Morgan's rude interruptions, as well as the way he remained cool and collected all through. I would have ended up decking Morgan. CNN would be well advised to take this idiot off the air.
Seems that Piers Morgan, like much of the world, has his ears closed to what Netanyahu, and his country, have been saying loud and clear to the Arab Palestinians and that is "come to the table for direct negotiations; we want peace". Of course the Fatah faction of the Palestinians insists on intermediaries and preconditions, like construction freezes that make no demands on the Palestinians, while the other group representing the Palestinians, the Hamas – in its very charter – proclaims "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors."
As Netanyahu makes clear, Israel’s overwhelming concern is simply living in peace on the tiny strip of land that it already controls (even less after potential negotiations for which it is always prepared).
Whenever true peace is in the offing, Israel makes huge concessions, like ceding the entire Sinai Peninsula or uprooting 10,000 of its own citizens from their homes and businesses of 30 years in Gaza.
In stark contrast Radical Muslims, like the Hamas, reject an Israel (a very small secular democracy with 25% non – Jewish citizens) in any shape or form since fundamentalist Islam cannot tolerate non – Muslim hegemony in Israel or anywhere on the globe for that matter.
No, Piers, it's just NOT in Netanyahu's hands to make a "bold move for peace". The dominant radical Muslim plurality among the Palestinians will settle for nothing less than the dismantling of Israel and that is a "bold move" move no Israeli PM can make.
morgan is playing intelligent with Ben...real impressive...lets see him converse with who Ben has to negotiate with......Case closed.
Rotem, this case is far from being closed. Look at who the Palestinians are negotiating with: someone who has never been serious about peace. Netanyahu's vision is for a "greater Israel", nothing else. He isn't even good at pretending to be interested in anything else.
Rebecca you already have your prejudiced mind made up without any sense of what risks Neytanyahu and Israel have taken for peace. Peace does not come from people who hate, it comes from people who want to stop inciting hatred and want their children to live in peace. Israel does not teach their children hate nor do they strap bombs on their children. When the incitement to hate is stopped by the Muslim side, only then can there be peace.
jjs110 is a good example of the muddleheaded posters buying Netanyahu's propaganda. Because Piers Morgan doesn't, you all start asking why CNN doesn't have a loyal American interviewing people. Typical American jingoism.
Over 300, 000 settlers are squatting on stolen land. Jewish judge Richard Goldstone reported on this and was vilified for it. The way Israel treats Palestinians is disgraceful, and many Jews have spoken out against it. Netanyahu carries on with an anecdote about Palestians murdering Jews. Let's talk about Palestinian children grievously wounded by Israeli phosphorous attacks. Amir has it correct. Israel has gotten a pass for years for its behavior. As soon as somebody questions it,they're an anti-semite. More propaganda.
If you believe the "ancestral homeland" logic, then you believe that any aboriginal tribe that lived in New York 4000 years ago has a right to take the city back. Do you? I wonder.
Nothing wrong with an interviewer taking an aggressive approach but he did not seem to be listening to the answers he was given.
Goldstone was reporting on Gaza, not the "west bank" and the overwhelming majority of those "settlers" live on land that was either public land owned previously by the Ottoman Empire (and then Jordan) or private land that Jews legally purchased; none of that qualifies as "stolen". Israel regained that land in a defensive war altogether and it was land anyway carved out of the British Mandate and given to Jordan (Jordan was given 70% of Palestine), rather than being divided up between Arabs and Jews.
Israel actually treats the Palestinians MUCH better than they are treated all over the Middle East – in spite of the fact that they are dominated by a violent radical Muslim plurality that seeks Israel's destruction.
Palestinian terrorists, like the Hamas, actually use white phosphorous as well, and Israel only finally went in to residential areas to pursue Hamas terrorists when there was no alternative.
Israel regularly risks the lives of its own soldiers to pursue terrorists on the ground. However, when the Hamas was armed to the hilt by Iran and thoroughly infested the civilian neighborhoods of Gaza, Israel had no choice but to bomb from the air. Of course before bombing Israel dropped warning leaflets for civilians to evacuate – but what did the Hamas do? The Hamas deliberately moved civilians into these areas, knowing that Israel avoids shooting in the presence of civilians, but that, of course did lead to civilian casualties. The Hamas also regularly uses Red Crescent ambulances to transport weapons and explosives and that is why Israel has had to delay ambulances for inspections.
Civilian injuries were and are the DIRECT responsibility of the HAMAS in Gaza.
These are facts, not propaganda, and even Goldstone acknowledged that in his subsequent reports.
Again, Israel sits on land that was either repurchased in modern times, received by international mandate from those who conquered it from other conquerors, granted it by UN resolution, or was regained in defensive wars. None of that qualifies as "stolen". Its ancient claims to the land only provide a moral basis for Israel's valid modern legal claims to its land.
I Have been trying to establish peace with Mr. Netanyahu for years, but his administration's hard liners do not want peace.
Passing the blame my way does respond to your faults.
I I suggest you contact my office only ten minutes away and do something more than talk about peace.
You are simply misrepresenting Abu Mazen who refuses direct negotiations and insists on stalling tactics like demanding preconditions to negotiations (Israel froze construction for 10 months, following his demands, during which time he did nothing at all). Besides, Abu Mazen is rather powerless anyway, only representing a fraction of the Palestinian Arabs; the other half are commandeered by the radical Muslim Hamas whose very charter declares: "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors."
Abu Mazeen is Israel and America's man, but he can only do so much, look he was willing to give up Jerusalem and the Right of Return, what more do you want from the man, I know he is getting paid a lot to do Israel's dirty work but really,
If the Palestinians wait on Israel to make peace, they and Palestine will no longer exist. The world community is going to have to act on Palestine's behalf.
Rebecca, why don't you hold the Muslims as accountable as the Israelis? Why don't you look to them to make any concessions? Your one sided view is an example of why there is still no peace
Rebecca – I think Jews are congenitally incacaple of introspection, and comprehending thier vicious racism, and very malignant narcissism. Unless you are crawling before them, and licking their boots, they scream "victim". The Jews here are trashing Morgan cause he's ASKING QUESTIONS – and not mindlessly giggling and drolling over Bennie N, and the Self-Chosen. America is the vassal state – but America is cracking at the seams. When the USA falls – there will be nowhere else for the Tribe to go. The brainwashed American Evangelicals that fawn on them, and pay for them, and they DESPISE, will not be able to offer safe harbor. China is the new host, for the Tribe – but China is on to their game. China will not tolerate or indulge their garbage.
And then – a Reckoning is coming.
Yeah sure... for people like you who are trying to downplay the Palestinian and Islamic terrorism and justifying their cause. I have no-doubt that if today was one of the day in 1940s you don't have problem as hitler going along with Mohammad Amin Al-Husseini calling an end to world jewry and many arabs including Bosnian and other Balkan Muslims support the third reich in case you don't know. You said jews are playing with victim cards and call talmud the most hateful book – That clarified your real intention and who you really are.
Rebecca, how do you suggest the Palestinians make peace among themselves, because so far they have expelled Abbas from Gaza and the kill any Palestinian that will stand up to them. Today they attacked a manifestation of Palestinians who were demanding the unification of the two governments.
So Rebecca, what is your solution for Hamas and the PA??
Mr. Mazen – Israelis willl not be satisfied until all Palestinians are exterminated.
Until Israel can be sure they have a real neigbor for peace there won't any territorial concession or two-state unless Palestinian prove it. It seems after Israeli left Gaza and southern part of Lebanon what are the result Israeli get from that? Rocket attacks and kidnapping of Israeli soldiers. Until that stop and until Palestinian recognize Jerusalem as undivided capital of Israel there'll be no concession on Israeli side.
Piers Morgan is bad at what he does. It appeared that he fancies himself a foreign policy expert not a journalist, although we must concede that impossibility given his tabloid credentials. Prime minister Netanyahu obviously showed great constraint in dealing with such a fool who repeatedly cut him off in order to advise him what he thought should be done. Absurd. Absolutely absurd – that CNN employs this goof. DM
Yes, Piers should be restricted to celeb interviews, at most.
His inability to actually listen to Netanyahu's responses, apparently due to his own predisposition, was farcical.
"Farcical"? Where did you dig that word up? LOL!
Rebecca, if you bump into a word that you don't know, how about opening a dictionary and learn what it means rather than laugh? Here is what you would have found if you had bothered to do that:
of or resembling a farce, esp. because of absurd or ridiculous aspects: a farcical tangle of events."
If I were you, I would refrain from displaying your ignorance of the English language for the whole world to see...
jjs110 – its harder when English is not your native language. Cut him some slack.
wow–that was such a disgusting interview. what an obnoxious interviewer. "Palestine" has always been the legitimate homeland of the Jewish People. This comes from the Bible–the one that US Presidents take their oat of office over. They tried to impose a 2-state solution in 1948 and of course the Arab nations surrounding Israel attacked and lost more land that. It happened again in 67. Here's what i think: there should be an international colation that makes it very clear to the 'Palestinians' that if they don't stop firing rockets into Israel and recognise the Jewish homeland, then they will be removed by boat and plane and sent to antartica.
I am sure the First Nations would like to have had an immigration policy towards the Europeans coming into North America!
can you honestly conduct foreign policy based on a book written 2,00 year sago?
M, get help. I'm more inclined to agree with Helen Thomas. Europeans need to go back to Europe, and the sooner, the better.
Rebecca, I think you need to get some help. You've made yourself quite clear by your numerous replies that Israel can do no good in your eyes. It's obvious you're a person filled with hate and anger and would rather skew facts than look take an objective view of the situation. It takes away any credibility you might otherwise would have in regards to your points.
Netanyahu spoke incredibly well considering he was being questioned by an individual who obviously lacks proper interviewing skills. Many times I looked forward to Netanyahu's answers and many times he never had a chance to finish them because Piers was on to the next question. And Rebecca, if you're so educated on Israel's wrongdoings, maybe you can tell us a little about Israel's positive achievements, you know, advances in medicine and technology and the like. Also, maybe you can enlighten us on Iran and their policies. As a woman, I'm curious to know your thoughts.
Rebecca – my posts are being censored – but you are right. John 8:39-44
How about back to Jordan.
Those pesky palestinians. There must a final solution for them. Oh. I forgot. It already started.
Such hateful disgusting rhetoric.
Finally an intelligent interview with an important person! I had almost given up on Piers because many of his interviews were with stupid Hollywood celebs like Sheen and the Kardashians. I began to think Piers had replaced Showbiz Tonight rather than Larry King. Please continue interviews with world leaders and stop with the numb nuts in Hollywood.
How about the Palestinian Papers? haven't the palestinian authorities been more than willing to give up jerusalem and most of the West Bank? sorry top say, Israel was a colonial experiment that is not going to work, it is going to be the one state solution especially if the rest of the region takes a democratic route and respects all of its citizens, Israel will be the country left out, then waht doe sthe west do?
Why not the first part of interview presented here?
Immediate aftermath could be : Ahmadinejad
and days later both at once.
at the end of the day..
aren't they best friends?
one is helping the other achieve his most precious dream!
I was very disappointed with your interview with Mr. Netanyahau- you interrupted him through out. Isnt that the first thing they teach you not to do in "journalist school.".. were you afraid of his answers??????? You pressured him on making peace like it was as easy as walk in the park.. and all up to him.....i think you should go back and do some homework. tThen maybe you will realize not only how difficult it is -but even more when the people you are trying to achive peace with are extremely difficult.
What kind of peace could there ever be with such hate from the Palestinians? What kind of "thing" could stab two babies and kill a family, by hand, and walk away feeling good about it? Stab a baby...in the heart...over land. They have no more point or arguement in my eyes. They just lost the battle and the fight.
Isn't it the job of the interviewer to be the "devil's advocate", so to speak? Didn't the PM ask Piers for his opinion?
I liked the interview! I think both men were good. Clearly this cycle has to be broken. Israel needs to get serious about peace and not just give it lip service. Palestinians should stop the hate culture and accept the jewish state in an honest way. Future can be bright for all if these guys (arabs & israelis) simply get on with the program. Peace is the only way to go!
NOTHING is more hateful than the Talmud
Clearly you've never read the Talmud, but thanks for your uneducated comment.
'cept Denise... and Rebecca Dent
I think your interview of Benjamin Nethanyahu was nothing short of an attack on Israel. You exibited the typical british anti-semitic style in this interview. Never once did you say anything about the palestinians who cant ever agree among themselves. You only replaced Larry King, no one made you the Henry Kissinger of television.
I agree with you. This was one of the most disgraceful interviews I have ever seen towards an Israeli leader. Not once did he ask about the thousands of palestinians driven out and murdered by Israel. Not one one question about Shabra and Shatila. Not one question of Operation Cast lead. Nothing about the Naqba. Nothing about the Palestinian children murdered in cold blood by Israel. Nothing!
Piers you did a great job with your interview of Netanyahu. You have earned my respect! Most American's have never seen Israel's leardship put to task like that. Thanks for being a real journalist!!! Stay true.
Ask benjamin about the thousands of Palestinian human beings that his country has murdered over the last fourty years.
Piers Morgan was rude and disrespectful to Prime Minister Netanyahu. CNN please send Piers Morgan back to Britian.
My comment is Piers has a very bad habit of interrupting people with further questions, it is rude and annoying and something he needs to correct immediately !!
What good does it do to post? I did it for the first time in my life last night and there were almost 200 others. Today only 72. Can't find the others, including mine. WHY?
Chris J. – Your posts, and others, disappeared because you re NOT allowed to criticize or question Jews in ANY way, You are only allowed to worship them. And do whatever they tell you to do.
Well,Denise you blew your cover, not that what you weren't already transparent. You don't just hate Israel. You hate Jews. Your generalization about all Jews tells us what you are: a Jew hater.
Dr. Mr. Morgan,
I watched with interest your interview of Netanyahu last night. I do hope that you will have the opportunity to interview him again. When you do I hope you'll be far better prepared than you were last night. There were many unexamined assumptions underlying your questions to Bibi. Netanyahu, in return, was allowed to respond to you in a reactive way. If you had educated yourself you would realize that every concession Israel has made to achieve peace has encouraged, not discouraged, terror. YOu might have asked Bibi why he continues to push negotiations in light of this terrible fact. Are you not aware that the real objection the Arabs have to the State of Israel is its very existence and indeed the presence of "infidels" in the mid east. Arabs do not really seek a "state" of their own. Indeed, the idea of a state is a modern concept somewhat foreign to their orientation. They truly seek extermination – the PLO as much as Hamas. You also might have questioned Bibi about the rational opposition to his policy of "land for peace." With more insight you might have questioned the Arab demand that even if it establishes its state it must be Judenrein. You are certainly aware of the brutal history of the PLO and Hamas – yet, you asked if Bibi would sit down and negotiate with Hamas. In retrospect, do you think negotiating with evil in the form of Hitler, for example, is sensible? Simiilarly, is negotiating with people who support the murder of their own children to murder Jewish children a moral step and do you believe such people can be trusted to keep their side of any treaty? Are you not aware that Egypt allowed guns to be smuggled into Gaza on a regular basis?
Finally, I suggest you "bone up" in your understanding of Zionism – its main goal is NOT a Jewish State but rather acceptance of Jews by the gentile world (see Herzl's writings;read Livni's speeches etc). If you had some awareness of this fact many questions might have presented themselves to you.
In short, you allowed Bibi to answer in a way that he thought would be acceptable to you and your audience without questioning the underpinnings of his answers (which unfortunately, accept the underpinnings of your questions).
Chaim – why do Jews wnt Gentiles to "accept" them? So it's easier for Jews to enjoy being the slavemasters, for the Gentile, without any trouble?
"The sole purpose of non-Jews is to serve Jews, according to Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the head of Shas’s Council of Torah Sages and a senior Sephardi adjudicator.
“Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world – only to serve the People of Israel,” he said in his weekly Saturday night sermon on the laws regarding the actions non-Jews are permitted to perform on Shabbat."
That rabbi is Bennie's rabbi.
I said that Zionism's goal is to gain acceptance from the Gentiles. I am obviously not a zionist. Zionist philosophy is an assault on Torah. I meant to provide a reason for the irrational behavior of Israeli govts. that compromise and sacrifice the security of their citizens in an irrational effort to find favor with the Goyim. At the present moment in time, the most serious explanation for NOT making peace with the Arabs is largely ignored: doing so is a gamble (it's not even that since it's clear what would happen without a doubt) and is therefore an irresponsible and even criminal act on the part of the govt to even negotiate as even negotiations place Jews in danger. One further point: politicians should not be making decisions about security issues!! Only active military experts have the expertise and objectiveness to do so and they all, without any dissent and throughout all the years of the State of Israel have cautioned against "land for peace."
You might have wanted ask him why he is a murderer of Palestinians for a start. You might have wanted to ask him why the only country with nuclear weapons in the middle east, is the one waging a constant genocidal war against their neighbours. You might have asked him about the Naqba. You chose not to. You might asked him about the millions of Palestinians, "Pals, or towelheads in your racist vernacular" that have been displaced by terrorism, force, and "administrative measures". You may have wanted to ask him many things Piers. But you didnt.
Here's what happened under the Israeli Occupation yesterday:
Settler fanatic's barbaric killing of children's horse
Israeli terrorists open fire on West Bank village homes
Israeli terrorist opens fire on truck
Incursion: crops bulldozed – homes and agriculture under Israeli fire
Israeli soldiers open fire on pedestrians – abduct 15-year-old boy
Home invasions: Israeli troops beat up 75-year-old man – hospitalisation
Home invasions: Israeli troops set dog on mentally-handicapped man – hospitalisation
Night peace disruption and/or home invasions in 9 towns and villages
3 attacks – 20 raids including home invasions – 1 beaten – 2 injured
1 curfew – 17 taken prisoner – 17 detained – 101 restrictions of movement
That's just a day in the life of people who live in the Illegally Occupied territories. I was there 3 weeks ago, it's a disgusting display of human rights violations
It is ok for people like to see Palestinian to massacred jews but to wage war in self-defense by IDF or to strike back because Hamas launch rockets in Israeli territory is terrorism to you
This is what you called double standard practice by islamist and Islamic apologist (including palestinian apologist)
Do Israelis sneak into Palestinian homes while they are asleep and cut the throats of babies? No, of course they don't but that is what Palestinians did last Friday and they celebrated it in Gaza by passing out candy to the children. If America had to deal with such barbarism we would see similar restrictions of movement.
– killer of the Fogel family doesn't seem to have any connection to the Palestinians, instead it appears to be a Thai worker that was upset that he wasn't paid.
I'm sure that all happened, Ross. Your sources are extremely credible. And before you say you saw it with your own eyes, please let us know your view on Israel before all these "incidents" happened.
Where do you get this junk? This is pure Palestinian slander. And you completely ignore the fact – illustrated by the gory killing of the Fogel family – that if Israel didn't maintain a security apparatus in the disputed territories, such horrors would happen every night. Once again, the Palestinians have only themselves to blame. If they stopped the violence, abandoned terrorism and made peace, the Israelis would be more than glad to leave. And the occupation is perfectly legal until such time as the Palestinians accept to make peace, which they have clearly never been interested in doing. You want to talk about human rights violations? How come we're not hearing your indignation regarding the way Hamas treats the people of Gaza? I'll tell you why: you don't care about Palestinian human rights abuses. You're only interested in what you call Israeli ones, which are entirely due to Palestinian terrorism. Time to wake up.
– killer of the Fogel family doesn't seem to have any connection to the Palestinians, instead it appears to be a Thai worker that was upset that he wasn't paid.
Ross F – I've "Reported Abuse" your comment, you indeed have very wild imagination, far to wild to be taken seriously
"Israel" is the TRUE name of the Christian Host. NOT the stolen name of for stolen land.
Where do you get stolen? Jews were there centuries before the Muslims invaded and started killing everyone including Christians. This is an undisputed historical fact!
Thank you, Alexa
Exactly. "Stolen" implies that it belonged to someone else before. That is not the case here. The land belonged to no one. It was Ottoman Empire territory. Then it passed on to the British when the Ottoman Empire was defeated. Then it was split between Arabs and Jews by the UN, but the Arabs refused. They wanted it all and denied that the Jews have a strong historic link to the place, even more than they do. They attacked. They lost. The land ended up in the hands of the aggrieved party, i.e. Israel. The Arabs have only themselves to blame. The heart of the problem is their ingrained rejectionism and refusal to make any concessios. The result: they will never have any of the land they falsely claim as theirs. Happy now? Stupid is as stupid does.
Alexa you are truly the most ignorant person on this board. Where you sleeping in History class. The history channel recently had a show about the Bible wars. Please watch that show where Israelis massacred thousands of Canaanite men women, and children. Why did Israel massacre the entire Canaanite population ??? because they claim their God told them to murder off the entire Caananite population
Piers looked really stupid in this interview. More like a robot simply asking questions, not listening or understanding the situation within which he put himself. He probably didn't realize Netanyahu was also talking about him when referencing the international community or the far left. Peirs just doesn't get it. His blind advocacy of one-sided responsibility was a disgrace. It would be interesting, let alone fair, for him to post the same type of accountability questions to Abbas.
I had tears of joy watching this interview yesterday. how intelligent. Mr. Morgan was asking one of the worst terrorist of them all to look at himself in the mirror.
Oh...... how malodramatic Pier Morgan is. Maybe you should count the numbers of terrorist incident commited in the name of Allah around the world not limited within Israel and your-so-called Palestinian territory stop living lalaland.
i believe that a lobotomy is the only way some people will ever get the chance to appreciate other truths. propaganda causes irreperable damage. the proof can be read in some comments above.
yes, i agree Claes with asking the israeli pm to become a hero. are you a big man? strategic!
Like the truth on one sided perspective – such as the one from you – The so-called Palestinian victims. Also take note your so-called innocent Palestinian kids go to Hamas summer training camp dubbed as boyscout program for kids in Gaza. Your so-called Innocent Palestinian kid learn how to shoot with AK-47. How malodramatic tha it makes me wanna cry. 🙂
From someone who lives in the M.E. and can see the truth in my own eyes:
I deeply encourage you to re-watch that interview and write down every word that Netanyahu have said – its as close as you will get to hear the truth about this conflict and, Unfortunately, the only words which are not biased (that is if you can call Piers's behavior "Unbiased", which is clearly is as he completely disregards and doesn't even listen to Mr.Netanyahu and cuts him off at every sentence)
Second, go to Wikipedia and read about "Hamas" read it, then watch this interview again
I just finished watching Piers Morgan's interview on CNN with Israel's Prime Minister and thought its by far the best interview by any western journalist from my perspective. I thought Mr. Morgan did a great job with the follow up questions especially on the Middle East Peace process.... even though the PM dodged most of the questions....! Good job!
I agree that it was a good interview – Not because of Piers's disrespectful and dishonorable way that he actually talked/interrupted the Prime Minister (he also disregarded everything he said, and was a total jerk when he talked down on the prime minister as of what he should do, and decided what are his goals)
No, It was a good interview because Mr.Netanyahu managed to explain (even when Piers came with his clear own agenda) the real situation of the M.E and gave a glimpse of truth to the world to see.
It is always a pleasure to listen to Netanyahu. Unfortunately it was not a pleasure to experience Piers Morgan. Morgan was rude and childish in interview style. Netanyahu could barely finish a sentence. Morgan needs to realize we are not watching his show to hear him speak, but to hear the person he is interviewing!!!!!! Also and this was really childish, the way Morgan badgered Netanyahu with his repeated question, "Don't you want to be the hero? Do you really want to be remembered for having two terms as PM, yet did not achieve a peace deal?" OMG! That was incredibly stupid! That is like asking a child, don't you want good grades in school? etc,,It was poor form Morgan! Morgan's speech seemed pressured and it seemed he had an axe to grind. Not impressed!
I am proud. A relative of mine, Per Anger, my mothers cousin, worked as a diplomat at the swedish embassy in the capital av Hungary. He and his employees started up the rescueing of the jews in Budapest in the world war two. He worked close to Raul Wallenberg when Wallenberg arrived to Hungary in the mission to save so many jewish lives as possible. With a lot of American dollars they where able to buy houses and shelters for the poor people in the jewish community. The jews strongest protection, of all, was after all, only a piece of paper, a swedish passport, a schutzpass. And they, Raul Wallenberg and & co, had the guts and courage too take the fight, without any weapons or protection what so ever, only the diplomatic status, against the nazis! They saved thousands and thousands of lives! That was realy something! They were truely heroes!
And now it´s heroetime again, fore you, israelis and palistinians! Make the whole world proud of you, surprise us all! Save the people! Save your people!
The israelis has to show their guts and courage to dare to make a permanent peace with the palastinians! And do it now! Piers Morgan is absolutely right about that, it is now the best time, ever, to make peace between the palastinians and the israelis! Take that chance, do it! The world has no patience with this conlict anymore!
Israelis, leave the west bank of the Jordan and split Jerusalem and palestinians, recognize the right of the Israelian state to exist and to the people, to give them the right to live in peace and harmony with their neighbours and finally Hamas, stop launching missiles on Israel and do it now, or beat it! Enough is enough!
Love to you all!
Take a look at what happened to Gaza and southern part of lebanon when the Israeli left. Until Israel can be sure there's partner for peace and until the so-called Palestinian recognize Jersusalem as undivided capital of Israel, there'll be no territorial concession and Palestinian will have to prove that they are not going to vote of Islamist group that are calling for destruction of Israel. Bibi was right. Israel cannot make any concession until those condition are met and abu mazen is only one man while majority of Palestinian vote Hamas in Palestinian legislature and Gaza. How can there be peace while Palestinian continuosly vote for people who are calling destruction of Israel and divide the capital into two.
agree with the comments regarding Mr. Morgan's aggressive, contemptuous, angry interview of Prime Minister Netanyahu. Quite honestly, I almost had to turn the TV off because I was so offended by his approach to the Israeli Prime Minister. I hope that CNN takes notice of these comments and provides Mr. Morgan with this feedback. He continuously cut the Prime Minister off and spoke as if he knew the situation better that Mr. Netanyahu and could solve the conflicts in the Middle East himself. If that is so, why doesn't he run for the position of Prime Minister? Oh yeah, he is not an Israeli citizen, doesn't live in that region, and is not a politician. So, stop spewing your ideas Mr. Morgan. Piers Morgan was presumptuous, arrogant, aggressive, dismissive, and ultimately extremely disrespectful in his interview. Mr. Netanyahu handled the interview with grace, intelligence, humility and did not get caught up in the aggressive format in which the interview was conducted. I'm not sure what happened to CNN that they would hire such an arrogant (potentially anti-semitic) Narcissist to replace Larry King.
I'm not a fan Banjamin Netanyahu or right-wing politic but I have to say he's right about the risk of territorial concession. What happened to Gaza and southern part of lebanon when Israeli left need to be reconsidered and before any condition for peace Israel have to make sure that the west bank will never be safe haven for Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Also Palestinian need to recognize jerusalem as undivided capital of Israel before peace can be achieve. Until that Israel can be suree they dont have neigbor that threaten them there'll no territorial concession. BTW it was Gazan who brought themselves their own suffering by voting for Hamas with Hamas alongside with Palestinian Islamic Jihad in place Israel have to put every blockade to prevent funds and weapon being smuggle into Gaza. All those ships with so-called peaceful activist are bogus such as the current ship load with weaponaries and Mavi Marvara who attack Israeli soldiers – the great peace activist
I used to watch Larry King regularly and thought I should give Piers a fair chance. So, this is my first post. I find him to be a poor listener, rude with his interruptions and full of himself. Netanyahu's interview was disrespectful. So, if it was CNN's straegy to completely get rid of an audience that Larry King drew, with potentially the highest per capita income, they have surely succeeded.
CNN...Please know that the interview March 17 with Piers Morgan and Benjamin Netanyahu was disgusting!! The lack of respect and rudeness from Piers toward Netanyahu was evident.. We shall be tuning into FOX news in the future unless you can replace Morgan with an understanding and intelligent person, someone who has the skills to interview!! ...Larry King would never have treated someone like Piers did in this interview...Hoping your news service will pay attention to this situation and decide for Piers replacement soon!
Netanyahu knows exactly how to make people believe what he says,he makes us believe that Israel is a victim or innocent.Does he ever say Israel jails Palestinian children? Or Israel uses children as human shields?Or Israel practice collective punishment against Palestinian civilians? I think he should concentrate on making peace with the Palestinians a s a p.Stop building illegal settlements before it's too late.He should also stop asking the U.S to go to war for him.Shalom,Salam,Peace.
Netanyahu gave you the solution for peace. Get Hamas to accept Israel. But instead of the light going off in your head DAH! you totally ignored what he said. The focus of the discussion should then have logically been how to get the world to bring Hamas to the table.
This was a good example why people look at journalists as entertainers and not serious. Don’t let facts get in the way of a good story.
Netanyahu explained several times in detail that you cannot negotiate with people that want to destroy you ie Hamas ie in their charter etc. and even added the analogy of negotiating with Al Qaeda but even said he would negotiate with Hamas if they accept Israel etc. But you still chose to ignore the obvious!! That would have been intelligent, unique, news worthy but I guess supporting Israel is too much for a European.
It was embarassing to watch.Mr. Morgan was rude, and obviously does not have a handle on the history of Israel and the middle east. His constant imterruptions were similar to O'Reilly's interruptions when he interviewed Prsident Obama. Also when Netenyahu replied to a question in a very sensible way, Mr. Morgan paid no attention, no follow up but proceeded with his next question by peeking at his notes.CNN should be ashamed. All the hype before Mr. Morgan started has been dashed by the pathetic way Mr. Morgan conducts an interview.
Piers Morgan, please stop interrupting during interviews, I could not hear a complete sentence by Netanyahu without your opinion interrupting it. The show is not about how much knowledge you have toward international issues, we want to hear the opinions of those who are willing to go to your show and their views toward international affair. STOP GIVING YOUR OPINION!!! worst interview so far in your show... try to interview Chavez or Ahmadinejad and try to give them the same kind of "advice" you gave to Israel's PM, we'll see how brave you are if you can talk down to those state's leaders the same way you did last night.
CNN I hope you are listening. Piers Morgan needs go go. His interview of Netanyahu was appalling. Rude, interrupting, arrogant, goading. He didn't listen to the answers. He put all the responsibility for peace on Israel. Absolutely disgusting ....get rid of him.
parts of the interview. what a blast!:
"You must have been pretty disconcerted by loosing
Hosni Mubarak. I mean, to other people he may be a dictator. To
Israel, he's been a pretty good friend, hasn't he?"
"Is it right to expect countries like Iran to be transparent
about their own nuclear programs if you're not transparent yourself?"
"There was – to put it mildly – a raised eyebrow collectively
around the world. First, of the horrifying nature of this attack, but
secondly at your response. The premise of, they murder, we build. You
ordered the building of 500 more building settlements. It's a strange
moral equivalence, Prime Minister.
I mean, part of the problem that you face now in Israel is perception
around the world. Your PR is not good, as you know. When people heard
about what happened, I think the international community completely on
your side and the people of Israel. When they see you immediately
ordering more settlements, I'm sure you did it to calm down the people
as you say, a lot of that sympathy erode. People think, come on,
there's got to be a better way of responding to this kind of thing than
"When Sadat (ph) came to Jerusalem bearing concessions it
worked. Why don't you go to Ramallah and be the big guy here? Why
don't you go and take concessions, which are perhaps more than you're
prepared to give right now and say, I'm calling the bluff here, not just
as the Palestinians but as the international community.
Because I'll tell you what would happen. The international community is
desperate for this to work. They would come with you. And yes, there
would be, of course, problems. Yes, there would be more outrages.
Everybody knows that. But in the end somebody has to be the big guy
here and that could be you, couldn't it?"
"MORGAN: But there's no equivalence between what's happening in Israel
and the state of the refugees in Gaza.
NETANYAHU: It's true.
MORGAN: They can't be. Come on.
NETANYAHU: No. Gaza is growing now at 17 percent because we lifted all
the restrictions –
MORGAN: Yes, but you wouldn't want your family living there, would you?"
" Everyone'slooking at you. The whole world is looking at Prime Minister Netanyahu
to do something. They're looking to you to be the hero, not to be the
villain. And I can't believe, given your love of history, given your
position in Jewish history, that you don't want to be that guy that
delivers what the world wants you to deliver."
Yup the world that couldn't care less about Israeli security from African continent (not all countries in Africa) to the Muslim world that's located in the middle east through asia. If Israel is destroyed that will make them happy. What a Blast. Yup like you care about Israeli security
You might as well cut the act that you're for peace or two-state solution. You could care less if 1000 jews were killed by the so-called Palestinian. In another word you're no different than prominent figures Karen Armstrong, Desmond tutu, John L Esposito and Jimmy Carter that pretend to fight for peace and ignoring what the other side have to say while you pretend you're fighting for the interest of all side. Just like these people who wrote their BS in their book they could care less if Israel is destroyed.
keep the zero in your alias, it shouldn't be written any other way
My alias has nothing to do with the way you interpret or define it. You just veered into sarcasm since I've just showed you who you really are. Call it Straw Man and deny it all you want – it never defy logic from getting to know Palestinian apologist.
I, too, found Netanyahu enlightening and enlightened. However, Piers, your and your prep team should have asked him about the difficult national politics, especially the religious fundamentalists, who are as troublesome and retrograde as anything found in Iran or Saudi Arabia - altogether, they make an excellent argument for the enduring and necessary separation of church and state. Deeper, Piers.
Fortunately Netanyahu was not fooled by Piers Morgan's obviously British based anti-Israel bias. Netanyahu can take care of himself. One cannot trust the Palestinians and the world fails to see it. I have found Morgan to be anti-American also. How many times have I heard him ask when America should get into some world conflict? How about England, his home country? The sum of their involvement as "helpers" is rather pitiful.
By the way so many celebrities have been kissing up to Piers Morgan recently I have come to think perhaps I was hearing so much incorrectly. So I am happy to read here that there are those who are not happy with Morgan's style. Well, he had me fooled when he was nice to Susan Boyle so it seemed, but I am fooled no longer. His bias is in many of the interviews he does when the coverage is on world issues. Prime Minister Netanyahu is not a celebrity. Unlike yourself, Mr. Morgan, he has the fate of over 7 million people in his hands. And there you are pushing him to "be the one", (oh I could gag), to give even more concessions. I was thinking, Mr. Morgan, perhaps you could donate part of your home to an Arab family. You concede. The Arabs have never let the Jews live in peace. Let Hamas stop wanting to kill the Jews, then we can talk peace. What part of that do you not understand? I knew in advance I wouldn't like your interview but good for Netanyahu. You couldn't shake him. Ha! And to those who wrote they wish CNN would get rid of Morgan, I add my suggestion also. Not due to his interview with the Prime Minister, but for every time he suggested we Americans become involved once again in some Arab conflict where once again they are shouting their god is great slogan, shooting into the air, and jumping up and down as monkeys. Britian has plenty of Arabs. Send some of them to fix the problem in the Arab countries. If Morgan must be around can we not have him merely interview the Charley Sheen's of this world for those who want to watch that train wreck. Even then he saw the "good" in Charlie Sheen as he talked to him. Really? Good in a wife beating, abusive drunk, drug addict? Good in a wife beater? You saw good in that? Shame on Piers Morgan.
According to polls majority of Israel are trying to seek peace and two state solution with the Palestinian while the Palestinian merely want peace when they cut Jerusalem in half and called for Israel to make territorial concession since they would like a chance to have all Israel for themselves by letting more terror cells build in the west bank. Is not what they said that matters – It is their intention and motivation that matters. And the Muslim world playing the Palestinian victim cards game while they have to say something political correct which is to recognize Israel right to exist due to international pressure. Sadly the international community believe these people who wants to destroy Israel all along. Majority of world Muslims merely wants peace with Jews when Jews and other faith live under their thumb. If you never live in Muslim country you never experience the segregation I experience in Malaysia where Islam is the state religion.
In spite of Morgan's incessant badgering and rudeness P.M Netanyahu was able to make some good points. I have often wondered myself how those who claim to be pro-human rights are silent when it comes to how women are treated in Gaza and the West Bank. I have been to both places and if you are a female and older than twenty and unmarried there is something considered to be wrong with you. The process of selecting a bride is like inspecting a side of beef. There is NO dating or getting acquainted. The woman's teeth and legs are looked at and if she is a first cousin, well that does not matter. The world does not need another rogue nation of terrorists and dictators. The Palestinians have had decades to assert some legitimacy, but their rulers are always corrupt. How often do they even hold elections? It looks very unlikely that Fatah or HAMAS will ever be a part of the civilized world.
Alexa as a proud feminist muslim woman, I don't need the so called "concern" from islamophobic racist bigots who claim they hate me and want to kill me because I am a muslim but are concerned about the way way Hamas treats me. Netanyahu's concern for Muslim women is like Hitlers concern for Jewish women
I am glad you find something to be proud about while defending a culture of oppression and cruelty towards women. That is quite a feat!
Yes Piers was rude in interupting. Who is the guest on the show. Please show respect no matter who you are interviewing. the biggest issue I found in the whole interview was the fact that Piers thought he had the answer to peace to a 6000 year old problem. Unfortunately, his perceived high level of intelligence and grasp of the situation, came through as lacking severely in not having a clue about why there is no peace to begin with. The Arabs hate the jews and the Palestinians are kept in a constant state of oppression by their own and thus there will never, ever, ever be peace. Never, ever, ever. Let's be honest folks, peace today is only due to a very strong offence and defence. Otherwise the strong devour, overtake, kill the weak... and it goes on and on and on.. The heart of man is wicked... So Piers, seek to understand first, you have a lot to learn...
I read some of the pro palestinians comments and am astounded how many times bloggers referred to building on stolen Palestinian land. Are they truly that ignorant. Prior to the war waged by neighbouring Arab armies the land belonged to Jordan. There never was Palestinian land. The Arab armies lost and most of the land captured was given back to countries that made peace with Israel. If the Pals really wanted peace this would have been sorted decades ago
HROSE you are the true ignorant. Just because Israeli's think their God told them Israel belongs to Jews does not make it a fact.My God spoke to me last night and told be Israel belongs to me. My God also told me your house belongs to me. Now you must peacefully leave your house or you are a terrorists.
18/03/11– The majority of comments are right on !! At the top it says "Get to know Piers Morgan"– NO THANKS ! I've seen all I want to see of him ! It's like Jim says, HOW can the lowest form of ANY "journalist" chew up the Head of State of ANY sovereign country – and especially that of the bullied Israel ?? Denise, your word "thug" is too polite !! Carol called him a "know it all"- problem is, he knows nothing about COURTESY, respect, politeness, recognition of a head of state, WHAT good has "..long career in journalism" done him?? Did he learn it in Tehran?? Joe G., TheFOrce, Orly, – and many others, I commend you for your perceptiveness. Morgan is an insult to anything that can correctly be called journalism. As for R. Dent- I think you have a dent in your awareness of the truth. Mr. Morgan simply tried to destroy P.M.Netanyahu and his country verbally. I suggest that he and R.Dent, Chaim F, and two or three others go get immigrant visas to Iran. They'd fit in well with the madman Ahmadinejad and his genocidal plans !!! U.S. already has MAJOR problems with the MB and the CAIR !!! CNN-it 'piers you'd be wise to dump the axe-man !! Well, those are my thoughts anyway.
Jerusalem should become a city state similar to Rome open to all who which to visit. all religion who wish to patronize it
You got a great gig, but you will have to live to the responsibility of the job. You are not the annoying show judge any more. And let me inform you one little thing of from the Jewish history, to make you understand that one can not roll over them like many Kings of England did, when they achieved the goal, with borrowed money(hopefully you know your history); At one point one Jewish Patriarch convinced the Jews not to fight but trough prayer will get Peace and others from Got. The People of Israel are the sons and grandsons of the people escaped the Holocaust, and antisemitic Europe. They where reciting prayers to God while marched into the gas chambers. Don't expect the sons of this people to go with out a fight, just to please others which want them dead. You mention the "refuge camps of Palestinians". I am hopping even so you didn't hear from Nethaniahu what you wanted, every body else heard and understood, that this Prime Minister is not looking for his grande, but the good of the country and people. He is not of the mill spineless politician.
keep up the good work Piers.
Leaders of apartheid and racist regimes need to be exposed.
Wish you had invited respected Jewish intellectuals like Noam Chomsky, Uri Avnery or MJ Rosenberg on your show and they would have the truth for Americans regarding the creation of the Zionist state and policies of oppression and genocide followed by the regimes like the current in power.
Ask the morally upstanding and courageous patriotic Jews in Israel like Gush Shalom or Jewish Voice for Peace and JStreet in US or distinguished Rabbinic leaders from Rabbis of North America for Peace and they will expose the inhuman treatment of Palestinians and non-Jews by this regime.
There never will be a lasting peace in the Middle East unless we Americans rethink our unconditional and blind support of this regime.
Sure as @ Harry says 'others want them dead'. Don't make me laugh. Do you think we Americans are stupid and would continue swallowing your propaganda for all time to come. No Americans are awakening. albeit late, to the truth.
Read 'The Kings Torah' by Rabbis Shapira and Yousef Elitzer, settlers in illegal settlements like ITAMAR founded and populated by fanatic Jewish extremists who believe that killing of non-Jewish infants is religiously permitted and even mandated. Read this book endorsed by extremist Jewish religious leaders.
Rabbis like Meir Kahane, Shamuel Eliyahu or Yosef Eliyashiv or Arigdor Norentzal promote terrorism and violence against non-Jews with the tacit support of the regime.
According to Rabbi Ovaida Yosef the basic function of a Goy ( a deregatory term for gentiles or non-Jews) is to serve Jews.
Ariel Sharon was quoted by BBC in March 25,2001 saying ' Israel may have the right to put others on Trial, but certainly 'no one' has the right to put the Jewish people and the State of Israelon 'trial'.
After the massacre & genocide during invasion of lebanon in 1982. In an interview with Amoz Oz, DAVAR, Dec 17,1982 he said" you can call me anything you like , a monster a murderer. Better a live Judeo Nazi than a dead saint'.
'We shall start another war, kill and destroy more & more. Let them tremble. Let them understand that we are a wild country dangerous to our surroundings, not normal. We might use nuclear arms. I am willing to do the dirty work for Israel kill as many Arabs as necessary to deport expel or kill them' and he goes on and on like this.
This has been the official stance of Israeli regime and the ultra right regime in power now. so please stop duping us Americans with you propagandist theme of posing as the innocents and the victims.
I applaud Piers Morgan for his insight and his balanced approach to the Middle East conflict. It's hard to ask the tough questions when you are afraid to offend a guest but Piers Morgan is not afraid to ask the tough questions and he did a GREAT job interviewing Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu and also Palestinian Washington Ambassador Maen Areikat. Too bad not everyone is that balanced and tough and fair and insightful.
One of the most sycophantic interviews of a war criminal I have ever seen. Piers Morgan. Any respect I have ever had for you, which was little, has disappeared completely.
Piers Morgan Thanks for the honest balanced interview. America needs more honest fair and balanced hosts
Pinar, either you don't know anything about Hitler, or you don't know anything about Israel. If Netanyahu had the same concern for muslim women as Hitler, he would have expelled all the muslim women living in liberty in Israel, the way that Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Lybia, etc., expelled or killed the Jews that were living there.
Pinar defending a culture that brutalizes and oppresses women and teaches children to hate is nothing to be proud about. See, this is the difference between being free vs. enslaved. Americans critique our culture all the time and even rebuke some aspects. We are able to do that because we are individuals and not bound by group think – for the most part or unquestionable loyalty to any form. There have been many times in American history people rose up and demanded certain rights that they did not previously have granted to them. Once people have rights they are not inclined to give them up. Perhaps in your culture you do not want such freedoms, perhaps freedom intimidates you.
Piers Morgan doesn't understand the first thing about being a Prime Minister of Israel.
It's not about going down in history as "The Man" as he put it!! It's about making sure that Israel and the Jewish people around the world are safe. The Prime Minister doesn't care what the world thinks. The same way that Piers Morgan didn't even blink or acknowledge when Netanyahu was recounting the slaughter of a Jewish family last week, for hundreds of years the world didn't care about the slaughter of the Jews in the Crusades, Inquisition, Pogroms or the Holocaust For the first time in 2000 years the Jews have their country back and means to defend themselves.
So Piers Morgan, anti Israel people like you (the new face of anti semitism) are out of luck this time in history.
Agree with every word you said,
The EU continues to be one sided and misses on the truth, Piers came to this interview with one clear agenda "Anti israel=rating" Unfortunately this is how the worldwide media really is, hypocritical and highly biased un-true reporting.
Piers shows no-respect and no basic manners when he is talking to a prime minister (and one that gave his life to israel)
He tries to bash netanyahu at every opportunity and get him to answer the answers that he wants to hear – but he only gets wisdom and reality in return – Netanyahu really is a leader, and unfortunately the only one in the M.E
Absolutely loved the interview, I thought it was great not to allow him to wiggle out of answering the tough questions. I think every leader should have to go through some tough questions and give some damned answers vs what those who think Morgan was so rude, no he was a no b.s. zone interviewer. Cheers!!
Piers Morgan, I generally respect you as a journalist and admire your ability to ask the tough questions, even when those are uncomfortable. This interview however, was a blatant PR moment for the Israeli Hasbara machine and served as a mouth-piece for a man who has murdered innocent men women and children and who has participated in the strangulation of the Gaza Strip and West Bank. I wonder Piers, did you bother to meet with a member of Palestinian Civil Society? Did you tour the West Bank? Did you pass through a check point? Did you go to Ramallah and talk to a member of the Palestinian Authority? Netanyahu's main point seems to be that he cannot negotiate peace with Palestinians because they refuse to recognize Israel as a Jewish State. Why should they? Why should they acknowledge a country that does not view them as equal? A country that excludes on the basis of religion? Why should they acknowledge a state which will not define its borders? Which Israel should they acknowledge? Why should they recognize a state which "bombs them back to the stone age"?
Karen, the same could be asked of the Palestinians. Which State should be acknowledged the one that is in Gaza run by Hamas or the one in the West Bank run by Mahmoud Abbas since he was expelled from Gaza to Ramallah??
Read this report by USA Today from today, and please get yourself better informed. And this goes for Piers Morgan too! Specially to Piers Morgan!!
Diana, I am an Israeli, I consider myself quite informed (and have bore eyewitness to the atrocities I have stated earlier). I recommend you avoid reading USA Today reports and read the Goldstone Report, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs reports and perhaps the Fourth Geneva Convention. Please.
Karen, I know the Geneva Conventions rather well. I can assure you that Israel is the one country in the whole world that is paying the most attention to them. In contrast, Hamas (and Hezbollah) has been violating the IIIrd Geneva Conventions for the protection of Prisoners of War by refusing to let the International Committee of the Red Cross visit as they are obligated to do, the one POW they've been holding for more than four years now! And let's not forget the fact that each and every one of the close to 10,000 rockets that Hamas has been and still is firing at Israel meets the definition of a war crime as defined by Protocol I Additional to the same Geneva Conventions since it can't distinguish between civilian and military objective. On a scale of 1 to 10, Israel is at 1 and Hamas is at 15 when it comes to violating the rules of international law, so you're barking up the wrong tree. If, as it is painfully obvious, you don't know what you're talking about, would you please have the decency to keep quiet, please? I am always impressed by the fact that it seems it is the most ignorant people who tend to open their mouths the most. We have quite a few examples in the comments posted here.
Mr. Morgan, please read the creed of journalism. You conducted this interview with bias, arrogance and condescension.
Now we all know more about your than Natanyahu's. Very typical, but none-the-less, disappointing. Better stick with England's Got Talent, or whatever show you previously appeared on–where your amatuerism does less harm.
I agree with Ross. Piers, I have never heard such disrespect. You need to take lessons from Anderson Cooper. This inverview was about you and your views. I am amazed the PM tolerated you at all, but then he has had practice dealing with the worst in the world, hasn't he? I am done watching anything you do on CNN... maybe done with CNN.
I was very impressed with PM Netanyahus response to questions by Morgan. The PM answers question honestly, without equivocation, no evasion, etc. I could not help but compare the PM to POTUS who evades, blames others, changes the subject, lies and never gets around to giving a straight answer on anything. I thought the PM is Israels' Ronald Reagan. I thought Morgan was an ass and is only interested in his British style voice. Could we make a trade with Israel...Obama for Netanyahu?
Look how Netanyahu doesn't know what to answer at the end when Morgan asks him about Gaza and Palestinian economy – shows how Netanyahu uses indicators that do not really indicate anything to persuade the Israel Lobby, the United States and the West that the Palestinians are the "bad guys" when Israel is the real terrorist state, and has been ethnic cleansing Palestinians for the past 63 years.
NC, you seem to be a keen observer of the many facets of this conflict. So, if "Israel has been ethnic-cleansing the Palestinians for the past 63 years", as you claim, would you mind explaining how come their population keeps growing? There were 150,000 Arabs in British Palestine in 1948. They have become 1.2 million Israeli-Arabs living in the State of Israel. Another 600,000 fled during the war and 50,000 were removed for strategic reasons, and today these are somewhere between 3.5 and 4 millions of them. Where is the ethnic cleansing? Are you deaf and dumb? Incidentally, the same argument goes for the even more ridiculous accusation that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians. If it is, the Israelis are the lousiest and most inefficient genociders and ethnic cleansers in the history of the world! When there is genocide or ethnic cleansing, the numbers go down, not up! With their technological savvy, you can easily imagine how efficient the Israelis would be if they really wanted to commit a genocide. As it stands, the Hutus in Rwanda killed with machetes over twenty times more people during a genocide that lasted only a few weeks (800,000) than all Palestinian losses (due to their own constant attacks) encurred in the last 80 years (not even 40,000)!!!!
Netanyahu my ask his PR department to reply to all comments they did not like by impersonating regular viewers to make their views exactly like gadafy strategy !!!! So bathetic
Ahmed, I'm not really sure what you're trying to say here because it doesn't make much sense. All I notice is that you are incapable of rebutting the information I provided, so you just resort to the good old ploy of inventing something that doesn't exist. Look who is truly pathetic... And watch your spelling. Or maybe it's just a matter of transcription: freedoom for ze beoble!
Am very impressed by morgan's brave interview and I was amazed by the loss of reality by Netanyahu to what is going on in the Arab world as if he lives in another continent ,this is the time to save if any thing of israel ,the wave soon going to shake the illusion of unshakable .....!
Ahmed, of course your impressed by Morgans "brave" interview, because disrespect and arrogance is considered "brave" for you
Second, i hope for your sake that you will re-watch this interview and write down every word that Netanyahu says, its the closest that you will ever get to hear the truth about the arab world and palestinina conflict...
Oh im sorry, i forgot that israel is a dictratorship and the arab world is free democracy...so ofcurse mubarak/gaddafi/ahminidighad are much more truthfull to their people...
Keep dreaming on! israel is one of the free and democratic countries in the world, And may i add that Arabs living in israel have more rights and freedom then the arabs in the muslim countries!
The wave of Arab Tsunami will make isreal aware of the reality ,1967 border very soon becomes Israel's dream as am expecting more tough times for isreal , just keep ignoring you are helping the more radical views in the Arab world to becom the dominent strategy
Sure, sure. That what Nasser was saying many times during three decades from 1950's to 1970's. The result – Israeli tanks twice were less than 50 miles from Cairo. Your, as well as most Arab's problem is hate and not only to Jews but to each other. And it is not "Arab Tsunami", as you call it, but your own hate is going to eat you alive and destroy.
You're right, Ahmed! Let's get Israel back to the pre-1967 borders. But also take Pomerania and Silesia and East Prussia away from Poland and Russia and given them back to Germany. Re-establish the borders of 1937, and let Germany have Austria again. Or do you think that's a ridiculous idea? It's just as ridiculous as demanding a return to Israel's pre-1967 borders. Oh, and where was the world's outrage when more than 2,000 Uzbeks were slaughtered in Kyrgyzstan a few weeks after the unfortunate deaths of 9 on the Freedom Flotilla that caused such violent anti-Israel protests? Selective regret? Any time it's Israel you and your compatriots get so upset...such righteous indignation! But when thousands of Uzbeks die at the hands of the Kyrgyz, no one says a word. Shame!
The oppressed became an oppressor life is cycles
Ahmed you are oppressed by your own culture of backwardness. Look at all the decades wasted hating and making terror attacks. Meanwhile the rest of the world continues to progress. How many Nobel Prizes do Israelis have now for inventions that benefit the world? I lost count. Your irrational hate mongering will destroy you. If hate and violence worked Palestine would of been a state a long time ago. Nothing is stopping the Palestinians from progressing except they are on their knees to evil. Israel left Gaza and are the people free? No, they are now on their knees to HAMAS who are the puppets of Iran. Get a clue!
A quote from the Bible "Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools"'. Thank you for proving that to us Mr. Morgan. You came to an interview with a presumption, I know everything there is to know. You never LISTENED to what Prime Minister Netanyahu had to said. That is the reason why peace in the Middle East will never be accomplished. It does not matter who the Prime Minister is.
Mr. Morgan is so full of himself. He could have as well sat in front of the mirror interviewing his own reflection.
I've saw this video now again after a month and im completely in shock and horrified by the way that morgan allowed himself to talk down to a prime minister of a country
It is just Unbelivable! what he was thinking to himself? cutting off netanyahu, talkung down on the prime minister, suggesting and being extremely arrogant!
this is such a shame for CNN!!!
Thanks , I have recently been searching for information about this topic for a while and yours is the greatest I've came upon so far. However, what about the conclusion? Are you certain about the supply?|What i don't understood is actually how you are no longer really much more well-appreciated than you may be right now. You're so intelligent.
Thank you for some other informative website. Where else could I am getting that type of info written in such a perfect method? I have a venture that I am simply now operating on, and I've been on the glance out for such info.
Do you mind if I quote a couple of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your weblog? My website is in the exact same niche as yours and my visitors would truly benefit from some of the information you present here. Please let me know if this ok with you. Regards!
Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything. Nevertheless think of if you added some great visuals or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this blog could certainly be one of the best in its field. Superb blog!
I got what you intend, saved to bookmarks, very nice internet site.
I like this blog so much, saved to my bookmarks.

Thanks for the new things you have discovered in your writing. One thing I want to reply to is that FSBO interactions are built after some time. By launching yourself to the owners the first weekend break their FSBO is definitely announced, prior to the masses start off calling on Friday, you create a good network. By mailing them equipment, educational products, free accounts, and forms, you become an ally. If you take a personal desire for them plus their situation, you create a solid connection that, oftentimes, pays off in the event the owners decide to go with a broker they know as well as trust - preferably you actually.
