What a nut...Michael Moore says the Pentagon lied to Pres. Obama, but President Bush lied to us...Why would he not believe the Pentagon had lied to Pres. Bush????
They believe what they want to believe...

What a lousy rendition of this song – while I commend the charity involved, her singing is pure mediocrity...

If this was a tribute to USA, why was the second image shown and a father, mother and two children that of a British military member? That camouflage is worn by Royal Navy, Marines, Army and Air Force. Oooops!

I like Lee Greenwood's singing in the orginial version of this song better.

Not only does Lee Greenwood sing it better, but I did not really care for the changes made to the lyrics. I can understand why, as a female singer, she changed "children and my wife, " I can see no reason to take out the last line of the second verse, " it’s time to stand and say" and change it to "It's time to make a change." I guess she's not willing to make a stand.

Why did she cange the words? In the original the end of he second verse says "There's pride in every American heart/And its time we stand and say.." She changed it to "There's pride in every American heart/And its time to make a change" That doesn't even make sense.

What a horrible version of the song.... the singing was atrocious, the beat in the background was not necessary. Hey Beyonce, come up with with your own song about America. Even if you sang your own version poorly it would still be more patriotic than this.

Michael Moore makes a lot of sense. I think this country has lost it's soul as seen by the execution of OBL. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's gone but this is something we never would've even thought about doing 20-30 years ago. We are suppose to be better than all the other countries and doesn't this show we are as bad as they are. It's kind of sad cause we can never go back. Also, I thought Beyonce's song was decent. She's trying to help the police and fire widows. That's something nobody can fault.

OK, to all brainwashed hostages of Faux News: Lee Greenwood mastered this song. Many have sang it, some well, some not so well. But only Greenwood mastered it...UNTIL Beyonce! Magnificent!

Some songs are just meant to be left alone as they were originally sung by the original artist and Lee Greenwood's God Bless the USA is one of them. Beyonce has butchered this song. A big, heart-felt PEEEEUUUU and SHAME ON YOU to Beyonce for thinking that she could own up to this song! .......and if Beyonce is truly an artist and a heart-felt American, why couldn't she come up with a patriotic song of her own?

    P...LEASE!! You must be kidding!
I am very patriotic and love patriotic songs. "Proud to be an American" is one of my favorites. I am very sorry to say that Beyonce's rendition is just "terrible."
The BEST rendition of this wonderful song is the one sung by Neil E. Boyd – winner of America's Got Talent a couple of years ago. He is very talented and has a fabulous voice. He sings it with strength and pride. He makes you believe!
This song is just the greatest, but Beyonce ruins it and Neil makes you feel it as well as hear it.

a code enforcement officer got a little ambitious and decided to threaten a local business owner, a veteran, that flying his American flag was considered "advertisement" and was told to take them down or risk being cited and fined! Fly your flags proudly!
