READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
Piers Morgan interviewed filmmaker and author Michael Moore last night, and talked about which areas of his political. "Do you have any views that you think are genuinely surprising?" asked Piers. "You should conserve your money," he said. "You should conserve the air and water."
Moore also talked about who Pres. Barack Obama should be mad at, and critics on the right.
Moore on Obama: "He should be mad at himself first...I don't know the gameplan that was in his head...With all his drifting near the center and the right he hasn't picked up a single Republican vote, he's lost a good chunk of the independents and even some of the Democrats."
Moore on critics on the right: "I assume that every person who is on the right, or conservative or Republican, is an American who loves this country...I just wish they'd watch one of my movies."

very sorry is somepeople be...... me ..and this with negative ...liket my down ...i will see you thank yous
I liked that interview with Piers and Michael Moore. I thought Michel held back some of his real opinions, probably a good idea. I liked how he said Republicans and others who wanted to kill him must also love our country. Some day i would like to have an interview with Michael Moore myself. Looking forward to reading the book Here comes Trouble.

Moore is the personification of glut and greed. Look at him we can feed a small comtry with what he eats. The so called triats on his life only sell more books and movies. Why do we even listen to him. "is what you do capitalism"
shrug "I don't know really"
anyone who is listening to this walking commercial for heart disease deserves what they get. i had a bowel movement in california and d.c. that looks exactly like him, i feel so much better to have been relieved of that burden. what a great day and great country.

In my experience with SI, aualtcly no One of my teachers knew I cut and she didn't tell anybody because she knew I'd trusted her enough to say the truth and she'd completely lose that if she told. I also made a huge argument for why it would make it worse if my parents were told. I ended up going to my guidance counselor on my own a short while after that, though. As for teachers aualtcly noticing cuts and bruises, though, one thing I've found is that I really did not have to hide them at school unless they were extremely serious/obviously self-inflicted. Even if it's pretty bad damage, if I kept the bruises on my lower arms, you know, places that get hurt from sports, etc, they tend not to comment because it's probably an accident. But if it's a cluster of cuts, that just screams SI, and you will get a comment if they notice. (Noticing is another story. I kept my head down and my arms under my table all through class, and nobody noticed me.) Honestly I think it depends on the teacher and also your behavior in that class. If a sudden change in your grades or behavior happens alongside injuries, that might make them more likely to notice.
Last night Piers and Michael Moore referred to an article they had both read in the Manchester Guardian, when was the article, by whom and what was it about.
probably about some antiamerican socialist way of getting their hands on your money. funny how wealthy people believe that your money belongs to them too.
In January, 1986, Richard Benson murdered my daughter, Laura, my grand daughters, Stephanie & Shana, and my grandson, Sterling. It was the worst mass murder in San Luis Obispo County, California histor. He has been on death row in San Quentin since 1987. How would Piers like to have suffered these many years due to a monsters actions?
Sincerely,
Mary
Piers,
I missed Monday's show with Michael Moore. I always resonate with what he has to say. WILL YOU REPLAY THAT SHOW?
a brainless bbw no doubt.
Michael Moore,
Your movie Sicko perfectly depicted the health insurance scam and led the reform for universal health care. Thank you! and congratulations. In my master's degree economics’ class we did a class project to determine what was holding America back and the number one issue was that all other countries supplied their citizens with universal health care and its cost was included in the tax structure. Yet in the US, we would NEVER be able to compete effectively on a global market because in the US our health care system was privatized. While traveling globally, I've spoken to others around the world who said they were appalled that American people made money on another's suffering.
I have a hard time understanding why people can't understand that health care should simply be included in your taxes. Yet these same people pay taxes for police, prosecutors, garbage collection, highway departments, sanitary fees, street lights and thousands of other government controlled (state run) necessities. If it's something that is needed by everyone in the society, why would we want to privatize it and allow it to run unregulated like Enron? Do we want wild price fluctuations (like we have in the health care industry now)? Do we want loss of service (like the brown outs in California artificially created by Enron)? Do we want a total collapse? We can't afford to have this happen to health care. That's why it's imperative that it be government controlled.

Hey, I really like Piers Morgan and the show in general. Good guests, good conversation etc. However, I just wish that Piers would talk a little less, stop interrupting guests answers, and really let the guest come through with long answers to Piers's good questions. Please Piers, STOP TALKING AND INTERRUPTING SO MUCH! Thanks. Kevin
Greg, you totally sripine me to do better! Congratulations to you and Lily. You deserve all this and more! Oh and it was good seeing you last week. How did your purchase work out? I had to return mine the next day. Haha! The drive didn't mount on my Mac so I ended up with the WD again. I was able to revive the old drive so now I have two, in case one dies again. :p Take care,/w

Like most left leaning cables channels like msnbc, his ratings suck compared to fox news. He's a weak, soft ball interviewer who kisses the @$$es of all his guests and doesn't challenge them on any looney points. Michael Moore is a big bag of methane like al gore; we found out the morgan freeman is actually a racist. Does piers ever have any guests to counter the left wing loons? He's a joke like larry king was. Here's a snapshot of cable ratings.
At 9pm, hannity has 4X the viewers. At least he has a panel of objective guests EVERY NIGHT, some from the left and right. piers is a clueless hack.

One of the things Michael and Piers very emphatically agreed on was how wrong capital punishment is. One of the main arguments that were presented was the relatively large number of death row inmates that were proven to be innocent, where that evidence was available; implication here being that there's definitely been innocent men who were executed for lack of such evidence.
I think there's a number of very valid arguments against capital punishment. However, do these arguments tell the full story? That is, did anyone care to look for arguments in support of the death penalty? This is not often done and indeed most of those in support of capital punishment usually do little more than cheer for it or recite the famous biblical quote "an eye for an eye"; but I think there's more.
First of all, nobody seems to question the underlying assumption that life imprisonment is preferable to death; yet, it is hard to imagine that there aren't a lot of life sentence inmates around the world, especially with so many infernal prisons in existence, that do wish they were dead.
Second, why is compassion considered an acceptable human emotion any more than the burning desire for vengeance? In my opinion, there's absolutely no reason. Vengeance can be every bit as cleansing, satisfying and constructive as compassion. Neither of the two is appropriate in every case.
Third, why speak only of those who were executed in error and not speak of those who died by the hand of escaped life incarceration convicts? What number is the biggest?
In life, many important choices involve death and suffering regardless of the option taken and measuring that death and suffering is beyond society's and man's ability. Truth is that truth is relative and as lopsided as the man who "understands" it.
Great job Michael! You're a true American Patriot. I posted two paragraphs on this site TWICE and it never showed up. I wonder how many others were censored like me? Daniel K. AEE, BSEE, MSIT, etc
I think the consignment dldieane for Buckeye is normally in November, but the March sale normally fills up way before then, so the best option is to call and ask. I think the Signature sale hasn't even started taking consignments. The Buckeye sales are mostly Amish buyers, though there are exceptions. We've sold/purchased quite a few show horses through this sale with success. But this sale brings about 250 consignment horses and a lot of quality if looking to buy at a good price. The Signature sale is more geared towards show horses, but they do take nonshow consignments. This sale has more show homes , but there are also a lot of Amish that come to the sale as well. We've purchased show prospects through both sales and did well with them.
