READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
Piers Morgan talked with Jack and Suzy Welch tonight about the state of the presidential race. Jack says people should be asking touch questions during the election. "Do we want to change the argument, do we want to pull ourselves together, do we want to stop fighting each other, do we want to have a president that’s a unifier rather than a divider? Those are the questions."

What does Jack Welch think the 8 Bush years contributed to our economy?

WoW....thought the old fool was going to have a stroke on the show
Overboard or what
He is what is wrong with the country
What a racist woman. The two America's. Who says he who sings Al Green is from "the other America"? Definitely racist!!!
Where do you get these people?
Thought the same thing, not even implicit racism in that statement, just put it right out there. Also, Jack was disturbed about the rioting in the streets, apparently he doesn't understand what the Occupy movement is about. He seems to be totally out of touch with reality, why does Piers keep having this man on his show?
Mr. 77 year old Jack and his 52 year old wife ... what a pair. Did you notice on the answer for one of the questions Piers asked (right after the Mitt Romney singing question) Jack Welch gave an answer and Suzy was silently mouthing the answer WORD FOR WORD along with him? lol, I thought these things were impromptu, I can only surmise Jack got the questions ahead of time and had a teleprompter. Disappointing. It's there on tape folks, believe me, not making this up.
\What's happened to Jack Welch? The great CEO (just ask him) sounded like an apoplectic, cackling old lady tonight on Piers Morgan. He also promulgated two lies: 1. That Mitt Romney is self-made (his millionaire father and American Motors Chairman put him through the best private schools and helped him buy his first house in Boston. Let's not re-define "self-made", especially when Mitt was born on third base and claims he hit a triple; 2) That President Obama is over-regulating America. In fact, apples to apples, Obama has imposed fewer regulations than George W. Bush, despite the thievery and bad behavior of business in the last decade that have driven our economy over a cliff. Do you ever correct your guests, Piers? Both these issues have been well covered by CNN, your home network???
He was one of the Benedict Arnold CEOs who chose to outsource American jobs and GE is one of the companies who received a tax refund despite making billions. Unpatriotic people! Money is what they worship!
It was truly one of the most vile interviews with one of the most vile couples I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of respect for Piers Morgan after watching it. I understand that you want to let your guests have their say, but there are polite and gentle ways of correcting outright lies and misstatements, and their are ways of probing a little deeper.
A rather puff piece-style of interview with two of the most disgusting specimens of humanity currently walking the earth.
Oh yeah, one more thing..during Viet Nam, we lost more soldiers in one month than dnuirg this whole Iraq thing.. The younger generation is an instant pudding generation. They want it NOW. The vast majority of returning soldiers don't want to be there, but they believe leaving too soon would be very bad for this country.. I wish the candidates had covered that a little better.
