Grammy-winning musician and producer Lionel Richie joined Piers Morgan last night to talk politics, love and his new duets album "Tuskegee." Richie shared with Piers his first experience of feeling "properly in love." He recalled two of his preschool classmates who first made him say "oh my God" and he was instantly smitten. However, Richie was quick to point out he doesn't fall in love easily, especially now that he resides in Hollywood. He joked "every time I say 'I love you,' I lose a house."
Richie also shared some of his tips on romance and how men can get their partners in the mood for love including one very effective method: Taking their date to a Lionel Richie concert.
"I tell them all the time when they come to the show, listen, I know this is a bit over your head, but lean over to your girlfriend and say, 'Isn't he amazing,' and then I am going to sing to her. You're going to take her home. Think of it. It's all over."
