On the heels of the announcement that the Trayvon Martin case will not be going to the Florida Grand Jury, on Monday "Piers Morgan Tonight" invited a panel of legal experts to review and react to the latest developments.
Criminal Defense Attorney Alan Dershowitz suggested that the special prosecutor's decision is her way of taking responsibility:
"She is accountable to making this decision," he told Piers Morgan. "And she should get it right. She shouldn't be influenced by public opinion."
Meanwhile, Attorney Roy Black concluded that the news will prove ominous for George Zimmerman:
"In Florida, the grand jury is where political cases go to die," declared Black. "If the prosecutor wanted to dump the case and not have any backlash, she would send it to the grand jury. The fact that she's going to make the decision, I think, means that she's probably going to charge him."
Also on Monday night, Morgan invited social media expert Gary Vaynerchuck to offer his insight amidst the aftermath of Facebook's billion dollar purchase of Instagram.
The co-founder of Vaynermedia, Vaynerchuk belives the buy represents a way for the social networking service to capitalize on expanding mobile business:
"Mobile is the game," said best-selling author. "Because it's not in Facebook's DNA. They didn't start as a mobile company. They're a social company. Just like Google."

I think that Piers Morgan should shut his mouth about George Zimmerman and let the justice system do their job. How will Piers feel if someone takes justice into their own hands? Why does CNN feel like they have the right to incite hatred and pass their personal feelings onto others? The only thing this case means to CNN is viewers and money. For God's sake, shut up.

Piers should never shut up for justice. The media gave up when Alferdo Tello was brutelly killed. Justice is an empty word if you are not chosen. So why don't you shut up Betty high an mighty. What a soft-ball "interview" 'Piers is conducting with George Zimmerman's brother! Really, Piers...can you be any more transparent in your support of George? Your commentary on yesterday's press conference by George's former legal counsel revealed more about where you heart is on this case than you probably intended to do. Please, give us a credible interview of George's brother and ask some substantial questions beyond allowing him to paint such a saccrin sympathetic picture of his brother.
