Former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu: "Obama hasn't passed a budget in four years, he's a wuss"

Coming up this evening at 9 p.m., "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomes a pair of former governors, who come from opposite sides of the aisle, but bring equal amounts of passion and insight.

Joining Piers Morgan from New Hampshire, former Granite State chief executive John Sununu shares his thoughts on the upcoming election, using one word in particular that is aimed directly at his fellow guest, Ed Rendell:

"This election is going to come down to what people perceive the performance of this president is. And the governor's book, provides a great, great reference," says the Mitt Romney adviser, noting Rendell's newest book title, "A Nation of Wusses: How America's Leaders Lost the Guts to Make Us Great."

"Obama hasn't passed a budget in four years, he's a wuss," Sununu says. "Obama has rejected the recommendation of his own Simpson-Bowles, on a budget package, he's a wuss. He wants to lead from behind, he's a wuss!"

In response to hearing his own term used against his party, the former Democratic governor of Pennsylvania fires back at his Republican counterpart:

"I want to say one thing about the president being a wuss: On Simpson-Bowles, he, remember, the so-called big deal with John Boehner was for five trillion dollars of debt reduction, which essentially was Simpson-Bowles on steroids, and John Boehner couldn't sell it to the Republicans in the house."

Watch the clip, listen to the interviews, then tune in this evening at 9 p.m. as Rendell and Sununu share the one piece of political perspective they do agree on: The campaigns truly begin at the upcoming conventions.

Eddie is a closet child molester, personal friend of Sandusky ilk characters that propagate through Phila. Gay Underworld and many people in Phila. law enforcement knew that he had serious issues from early in his political career.
Of course, Piers will throw soft balls to Rendell, rather than hard questions about his personal
wife cheating, immoral behavior and long time association with organized crime.

Where do you get your facts from? Jersey Shore or Faux Circus? You're a delusional one, Eddie (as you call him) is one of the best governors PA ever had and one of the best Philadelphia mayors ever had and he owned Sununu's stupid angry old ass!!! As far as being friends with Sandusky, cheating on his wife, and involved with crime, you have him confused with YOUR party!!!

Norway has some of the toughest gun laws in the world. did that deter the guy who killed dozens there last summer?
Chicago has some of toughest gun laws in the country. How is that working out for them?
This crusade by Piers is getting tiresome. If a criminal or insane person wants to get a gun, they can get one illegally if not available legally.
Also, if not a gun, then a bomb. so what will you outlaw next?

Yes but that happens every day in the US... horrible shootings and killings of lots of people. this one thing happens in Norway, the worst in their history, and you think they are equal to the US? Their laws are what make their country one of the top rated countries to live in. Its made for a peaceful life. You'll always have nuts who get through the cracks... but not as many if there are tight gun laws.

CNN-when will you stop Piers Morgan and his personal program for gun control-it might be time to give it a rest until it can be talked out with sense=every gun control law that we currently have is written poorly with no uniform policy–lets stop this platform of playing on peoples minds and really get the proper dialog to correct the problems

I think it is convenient to Obama to be a wuss as far as not changing the budget is concerned, if you believe that the economist Maynard Keynes irs right as i believe Obama does, which is to say that you save when things are going well and spend in a crisis, like you spend on your children before they get rich, when they are learning not when they have made it, if Maynard Keynes is right and what he says makes sense to me, then in a crisis you have to spend, just employ peope any old way to get money into main street employing people is the way to help mainstreet and rescuing the banks is the way to halp the banks and also if you follow Maynard Kekynes you should not increase taxes which second bit means that not changing the budget, not chaning taxes suited Obama because though it is what the republicans want it is also what Maynard Keynes prescribed as a way of keeping as much money as possible moving in a crisis ridden economy.
Though it has not been easy for Obama to spend as much as he might have like to to jump start the economy the republicans have made it easy for him not to raise taxes by making it possible fo rhi simply to pretend that the republicans made it too hard for him to raise taxes so, he got his cake and did not get his own side shouting at him too much for not raising taxes, they blamed the republicans for it. Sometimes I have misgivings about Obama but mostly I just think he is clever, like when he quietly helps the middle east to knock out their own tyrants instead of taking American soldiers to war.

Ali velshi said the other day, while talking about how the banks that where disasterously too big to fail in 2008 are now even bigger, that was not so clever of Obama, and so Ali Velshi said it was crazy of America to want to give lessons to the Europeans when Americans had let the banks get even bigger and so set a bad example in that way. Maybe Americas example, as far as regulating banks goes is not one to follow but Americas example on following Maynards Keynes teaching and trying, as far as the system would let Obamas lot try, to jump start the economy instead of imposing austerity that would create a downward spiral, that would mean less people buying and so less jobs and so even less people buying, so even less jobs, was great and I hope Europe follows that bit of Americas example. I hope Ali Velshi does not mean that the Europeans austerity that has so mashed so many economies is the way to go on going in Europe rather than them changing and starting to follow the American example of doing everything possible not to have too much austerity.
According to Richard Quest Germany is doing better than any other country in the world just now when her policies are so bad for so many other countries, it is horrible. First german banks earned money for themselves on the bonds market with debt, in the years before 2008 when people where gulping up bad debt that they thought was good and would bring them great returns and in order to have bad debt to sell everyone and so make money on the sales the banks, the german banks among others, had to find people ready to borrow money, you cant sell on peoples promise to pay interest on debt to give great reteurns if you haven't lent anyone money and German banks found people to lend money to among Spaniards and in the greek government and then when all this debt proved to be what it was, bad because the banks had stopped caring if shat they were offering on the market was a good or bad product and lent to any most crazy or insolvent person there was an wawful lot of bad debt they were selling on the open market and they were letting an awful lot of people get themselves into a position in which they would drown in the ir own debt the banks expert opinion in htose years did for all their customers. It is not individuals nor even governments who are meant to be sensible about how much money they borrow because if they borrow too much they will break the bank, that is the banks job, individuals have to be careful because they have a duty to their families or governments to their countries but they are not the ones who are responsable for looking after the world banking system so it was the banks faults not the individuals fault, german banks fault not greek governments fault that the money they loaned Greece treatened to pull their own economies down german economies say but though it was their fault they cried out these peopl ehave to pay they owe money they have to honor thier debt. When the debt turned out to be bad then in the normal course of events the people the banks had crazily lent too much money too would have gone bankrupt, so teaching the banks the limits of its trade but they did not the banks an dgovernments did not let them go bankrupt and so germanies and many other banks foolhardyness was not made as evident as it should have been and on top of that Germany has cleverly held the debtors responsible for their banks crazy loaning policies and the people they made use of in order to get more bonds, they were looking for anyone crazy enough to do crazy borrowing are the ones carrying all the weight of a situation that came about because otf the banks. The situations were driven by a crazy desire for more bonds, CDOs, derivatives, to fatten the bonds market, it was not crazy borrowers who were the motor of that situation nor was it a bubble in the housing market, it was a bubble in derivatives, it was that debt brings in very good returns for the person who has enough money to lend it and take adgvatage of the enormouse interests people pay on money they have borrowed and so they wanted more debt in all sorts of loans not just in mortgages also in student loans, credit card debt and lending to stupid governments like the greek one or stupid banks like the iclandic ones. So Germany was having her cake and is eating it too as most bankers have been doing and that when the last time she caused enormouse pain to a lot of people is relatively close so that one would expect that she was still trying to make up for the past rather than to feed off all her neighbors as she is doing now. rose macaskie madrid.

We really don't need another Republican president who will end up resigning in disgrace the same way Richard Nixon did.

Romney agrees with Everything and Nothing.
“abortion should be safe and legal”
“I will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose”
    ”I am pro-life"
Health care law with personal mandates:
“If Massachusetts succeeds in implementing it, then that will be a model for the nation. I Like mandates”
    “I will repeal Obamacare."
    Minimum wage:
“I think the minimum wage ought to keep pace with inflation.”
“There’s no question raising the minimum wage excessively causes a loss of jobs.”
    Campaign finance limits:
“I would like to have campaign spending limits.”
“The American people should be free to advocate for their candidates and their positions without burdensome limitations.”
    Auto industry bailout:
“I’m going to take burdens off the back of the auto industry.”
”Let Detroit go bankrupt. Detroit needs a turnaround, not a check.”
    The bank bailout:
“The TARP program… was nevertheless necessary to keep banks from collapsing in a cascade of failures.”
“When government is… bailing out banks… we have every good reason to be alarmed.”
Gingrich on Romney: Why nominate the 'guy who lost to the guy who lost to Obama?'

The interesting thing about the republican party members, In respect to Gingrich and Romney, and this so called author is that as a deception specialist trained by the United states to see and listen for untruths is that they know their lying and don't feel any remorse or shame over it... To me this is a sign of a social-path and may need treatment or incarceration for further studies. And if you don't believe me get an independent expert to review their comments and actions this should be very interesting.Wuss hater this President Obama took out real bad guys, 23 out of 29, He did not fly in on a A6 and DECLARE Mission accomplished! COMMON SENSE would tell the average person 2 things automatically. (1) The Obama Administration took out Osama Bin Laden and threw his butt in the ocean- "he's sleeping with the fishes"- a wuss? I don't think so. Ask the Somali Pirates (2) If you are President Barack Obama and your legislation is dependent on Republicans vote who have blocked almost 100% of your bills, based on racial and partisan hatred, what chance is there of Barack Obama passing a bill, a budget, or anything else. Job bills are blocked, stimulus programs are blocked , even security bills are blocked.

Both parties need a good flushing. Don't get so blinded by this "Us vs. Them" mentality that you become unable to see the issues on both sides. Divided equals distracted, they know this and take full advantage of it. We the People need a valid third party to really shake things up. Voting for the lesser of two evils means you're still voting for evil.

A provision of ObamaCare is set to punish roughly two-thirds of U.S. hospitals evaluated by Medicare starting this fall over high readmission rates, according to an analysis by Kaiser Health News.

Starting in October, Medicare will reduce reimbursements to hospitals with high 30-day readmission rates – which refers to patients who return within a month – by as much as 1 percent. The maximum penalty increases to 2 percent the following year and 3 percent in 2014.
