Shimon Peres on Hamas: "They are really producers of death"

As the deadly conflict in the Middle East continues, tonight Piers Morgan interviews Shimon Peres, allowing the president of Israel to offer a response amidst those that disapprove of his nation's airstrikes into Gaza:

“Well you know, whoever criticizes us should suggest an alternative – we started with great restraint. In the last six days thousand two hundred [1,200] missiles fall on our civilians lives, on mothers, on children," says Peres. "We tried to do it with restraint, but apparently they hide themselves in private homes, even in mosques, and we are trying to do our best not to hit any civilian on the other side, but unfortunately a war is a war and they can stop it in one minute if they’ll stop shooting, there won’t be any causalities."

Joining "Piers Morgan Tonight" from his home in Jerusalem, Peres insists that the Palestinian militant group Hamas is most to blame for initiating the violence and death that has dominated the news cycle since last week:

"We don't know why all of a sudden they started to shoot. I’m not talking about civilians only, but at the children ... you know, they start to shoot at eight o’clock in the morning when the children go to the school. Why? What for? I mean it is not in our hand, you know, that – to terrorism, to fight terrorism is not a pleasant experience, and they don't care," he tells Morgan. "They are really producers of death, and without any consideration."

Watch the clip, and listen to the interview, then tune in this evening at 9 for the full interview with the president of one of the country's involved in this increasingly deadly engagement.

100% correct. But the answer lies in their religion, their ideology. They are like the BORG from Star Trek. They are brainwashed to hate. Its not just in Gaza, in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq – there are millions of people who are indoctrinated to hate. If you stop shooting at them, if you embrace them – they'll kill you anyway. They believe that is the way to heaven.

It's obvious that everybody want Israel and more so the US to just bomb the krud out of Gaza, Iran, West Bank etc. Let me ask YOU do you truly know the whole story? I've read President Carters book and many others.. Trying looking an entire segment of your population up in two ghetos, take away all but near living conditions, destroy their schools, call any time of government they elect to be terrorists, btw owning the US Media is also helpful. Take away their crop lands, drive tanks into their streets, fly F15 overhead all day... do you think they might act up? Do you think they want a better life for their children? Israel give the Pals no option for a better life...Israel says it wants peace and then tortures the pal using the exact same type of warfare the Nazi's did to their forefathers. Somehow the US ends paying for this, why is anybody's question. Israel does NOT want peace it wants the land the native dead. Every few years they go in and kill a few thousand and of course blame it on the other side who have few weapons often throwing rocks at tanks. We in the US something think this is ok because it's Israel... if it were any other country we would be calling it war crimes. Truly tragic...

They have become terrorists for a reason. Without a strong military force they're reduced to terrorism as their only means of resisting occupation. How did the French, Poles, Hungarians, and Dutch resist the occupation of Hitler? If the U.S. was a militarily weak nation and a group of powerful nations decided to return America to the Native American tribes would we resort to terrorism to defeat the attempt?

The palestinians put their lot in with the arab nations attacking Israel...THEY LOST... Now you are the enemy. Israel won 3 wars to keep what is theirs (since biblical times). Live peacefully and you will be treated well, raise a hand and you will be treated as an enemy.

The folks criticizing you are so messed up they think that Palestine started the war in '67. Israel declared it would invade Syria first, and then Egypt made the entirely legal threats of blocking the straight and moving troops to their own land in Sinai, and then Israel bombed Egypt's air force without ever declaring war.
LBJ and the Israeli intelligence both agreed that Egypt was not going to attack, and that Israel would win if Egypt did attack. This invalidates the "Israel faced an existential threat" fairy-tale unless you think that LBJ and the Israeli intelligence community were telling the same embarrassing lie by coincidence.
As you suggested everyone should read President Carter's book "Peace not Apartheid" and they should watch the A. A. nominated doc " 5 broken cameras" and the older doc "from Beirut to Bosnia" by Mr Robert Fisk so that they can get a more balanced perspective on why Palestinians, Lebanese, and Syrians who have their lands occupied might be so angry.

Israel is doing an illegal blockade of Gaza which hurts civilians;many civilians die because of lack of proper food/medicine.
Israel committed War Crimes in Gaza in its 2008 invasion.
Israel is killing civilians in its bombings of Gaza, Gaza resistant are killing civilians as well, much less though.
Israel has been labeled "Apartheid" by the Russell Tribunal in South Africa in 2011 by legal people, with Israelis among them.
We can all see that there is a huge Propaganda in the medias, and that many Israelis are blogging their own propaganda as well.

Israel and Gaza are both killing civilians, Israel is bombing Gaza knowing that they will also kill civilians, and Israel does continue its bombings.
Israel and Gaza are the same, ugly governments committing War Crimes.

The solution is a Free Palestine; that is coming soon, then Israel and Palestine will negotiate on a equal level.

This is a problem which goes back years and the way most of you "talking" is really disgusting – the Palastinians are human beings. You should realise the difference betweein Zionism and being a Jew. I certainly do NOT support Israel in their slaughtering and continued occupancy of Gaza. Please study the history of how this whole stuff came into being and how Britain and the rest of the west created Isreal. Take some time and read "There goes the middle east by Alfred M. Lilienthal (December 25, 1915 in New York City – October 6, 2008) was an American Jew, who was a prominent critic of Zionism and the state of Israel.".... Since the introduction of the web, if you are inquisitive enough and wanting to educate yourselves you can find more information on the subject – stop being so one sided! Perhaps we should send all non-american indians back to where they came from... should we change all of the borders all over the world and to when – biblical times? A lot of your conversations above sound quite ignorant and arrogant!

there wasn't a blockade to begin with...until missiles, guns, and bombs were being brought in without impunity. Every muslim with a wish to become a suicide bomber was simply walking into Gaza and on to Israel....THAT'S when the blockade was put in place. Even now that there is a war, Israel is keeping the humanitarian corridor open AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN. It is closed to weapons and terrorists. Everyday (in the past, now, and in the future), hundreds of Gazans are lining up at the border with Israel to be treated at hospitals. Again...IT IS CLOSED ONLY TO TERROR.
No other nation would do that! The Gazan people are lucky they are dealing with Israel and not syria...(30,000 civilian deaths)

Hamas said, (and I quote): “the Palestinians are a nation of jihad and martyrdom; we desire death more than you desire life”. Hamas TV instructs the population that (quote) “bombs are more precious than children.” Hamas (and the other fine upstanding organizations) will hide behind their women, children, elderly, and the media; this is their “brave” tactic. That’s why all the $ they get from the arab and European world is spent on bombs instead of shelters and sirens, like in Israel. I’m curious what tactic you would use to stop Hamas from their publicly advertised wish to destroy Israel? Or lobbing hundreds of missiles a month onto your town, city, or home? A “pretty please” will not work.
When Israel GAVE GAZA TO THE PALESTINIANS to do with as they wish, they CHOSE to become a platform for terror. Live in peace with Israel, and you will be treated well....raise your hand against Israel and you will be treated as an enemy.

Correction, Israeli's didnt gradually lose their land.

They were slaughtered and exiled out of a land they have inhabited for hundreds of years by the Roman Empire.

Local natives of the roman empire thus moved into this land and claimed it as their own once the roman empire fell.

There has been struggle since for the israeli's to gain there ground back of which they succeeded in 1948.

There isn't a humanitarian crisis in Gaza. A very robust humanitarian corridor is open 24/7 EVEN NOW from Israel. Hamas is angry that weapons and terrorist can't come into Gaza freely, but rather smuggled in through tunnels. As we speak, the humanitarian corridor is STILL OPEN and any person from Gaza (who is not a terrorist) who wishes to be treated in an Israeli hospital IS HAPPILY TREATED.
Again, be peaceful with Israel and you will live well, raise your arm to Israel and you will be treated as an enemy (the Israeli way not the syrian way)

This conflict has been going for a Century and you want to have an opinion on it for 30 seconds. The challenge in this type of conflict is to see from both sides and to forget about our prejudices and to remember our biases. The position towards the other is something that is predefined in each culture? Can each one of us check that before we start judging others in billions ? They are like this ans they are like that , but where is the truth ? how many people can speak the truth? It looks to me that one has to has a minimum Histroy knowledge before launching statement like the ones in the last post. Where was Israel before the Beloford promise? and why put Israel in the Middle East ? and what was happening in this Country just before the Civil Rights Mouvement? Did we forget already? waht can one say about what was happening in this Country and elsewhere? Do you get it ? I hope so !!!!

Piers Morgan claims that no one can answer him when he asks if there are any reasons that civilians should own an AR15.

Well Piers, I don't see how your common sense hasn't taken over on this subject by now.

America is a country which is currently at war in several different countries. We've been in many wars in the past. We have many enemies in the world. If you think we are immune to invasion, right now you're probably right, but if you don't think that someday in the future, it is at least possible that we will be invaded, then you're probably wrong.

Also Piers, who's going to be okay with the government taking away their guns? Not many people that I know.

Ignorance abounds, evidence of very effective Israeli propaganda perpetrated by US Zionist-controlled media. Israel's European CONVERTED Jews invaded Palestine by the hundreds of thousands in the mid- 20th century, ethnically-cleansing nearly a million people from 500 Palestinian towns and villages in 1948 to illicitly spawn, without UN approval, their Zionist "Jewish" state on stolen lands. No one denies that Jews lived in the Levant for thousands of years, but they were a minority people, and their rule, (which has no archaeological proof, just Biblical text, to back the claim of David and Solomon's rule) was short lived. Other cultures preceded Jewish culture, and lasted far longer than ancient Jewish culture did. "Jews returning to their ancestral homeland", is no more logical that other cultures and people's claiming the same right to move Palestinians out of the way my murder en masse.
For historical fact, please google Jewish historian, iLan Pappe's work: The Ethnic cleansing of Palestine for a good read on what this map depicts:

Also see this article on the illegitimacy of Israel by close friend of former Israel Prime Minister Golda Meir:

If you are Jewish, you should read what these good people say regarding what the Torah says about Israel:

Gazans have a freedom to move to Egypt, and many other arab lands, so there is no more blockade except at sea. The sea blockade was implemented to keep the Iranian ships carrying large assembled missiles from getting there.

In my opinion, rather than engage in the outdated and barbaric act of taking human life to settle disputes, those that would declare war should instead poop on a plate and present their excrement to a nonbiased 3rd party for careful and deliberate analysis. Whoever has the biggest loaf would win the dispute. It's more humane and nobody dies. War.. lol Ranks right up there with thinking we created ourselves. We forget we were created.

So your ONLY criterion for who is right is who lost more lives??? Hamas has less efficient weapons and does not care for the civilian population (they by more rockets instead of building shelters for civilians, they actually do build shelters – but only for their military). So what you suggest – let's give these Muslim fanatics some tanks and ballistic missiles, let them slaughter civilian population in Israel and then you will be satisfied???
The true criterion for who is right is what is the intention: Hamas deliberately fires rockets on cities i.e. civilians. They do not aim at Israeli military at all. They are true war criminals. Fortunately, they do not succeed too much because of Israeli Iron Dome anti-missile defense. Israel fired hundreds of missiles into Gaza – with more than 90% targeting Hamas militants and their rocket stockpiles. Never in the WHOLE HUMAN history there was more effort to prevent civilian death during a war (which unfortunately occurs anyways).

Why does that have any relevance? If I shoot 1200 rockets at you and miss, doesn't mean you shouldd not retaliate, because I still have 9800 more missiles to go.

hamas has been labeled a terrorist organization, the same as assad has labeled the FSA. hamas shoots rockets from civilian areas because it doesnt have military bases. How can the world let this holocaust like situation go on in this day and age. Have the jews forgotten the holocaust, that they would want to do this to another people? Israel is doing to the palestinians exactly what germany was doing to the jews. you can not label a democratically elected group as a terrorist organization just because you dont agree with them. What they have to do is sit down and engage in serious dialogue, because hamas is the representation of the palestinian people. Both hamas & israel have to make tough decisions and sacrifices for the sake of the innocent people involved on both sides. Sometimes pride has to be put aside for a greater cause, and I hope both sides can do that and come to an agreement fo a lasting peace.

You are either a complete illiterate who does not know history or a deliberate liar.
Germans during Holocaust built concentration camps and killed millions of jews who were unarmed, civilians and did not do any physical harm to a single German! How you can even compare this to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict???!!!
Hamas is a terrorist organization because they sent suicide bombers to kill deliberately children, women and elderly. If this is not terrorist action – then I do not know what terrorism is. The fact that they were elected does not mean anything – Hitler, Mussolini and others were also elected democratically.
And they do have plenty of space to fire from instead of mosques, schools and civilian houses. And by the way, if they do fire from civilian sites this constiutes a war crime according to Geneva conventions that people like you always cite and if Israel fires back at the civilian site that is used for rocket fires it is perfectly allowed by Geneva conventions – read them carefully!

Gaza would be a prosperous small enclave in the Sinai if Israel would let it prosper. Instead Israel blockades entrance by sea, air and road. Israel has created an open concentration camp with nowhere to go for 2 million Palestinians who rightfully should prosper together with their kind on the Westbank.
Anybody living under such inhuman conditions will turn to organizations like Hamas, they have more to offer than Israel and its Allies.
There is only one way to peace and that is the creation of a two nation state with Israel returning to its pre-1967 borders, anything else will lead to continued bloodshed. Nations in the Middle East are changing and will not put up with Israel's agressive behaviour for much longer. Israel is fast becoming the biggest terrorist state in the world.

WOW! I'm not one to usually respond to posts but yours really does take my attention. HAMAS is labeled a terrorist organization by more than just the UNITED STATES and Israel. Reason is simple: they attack unarmed civilians, not tanks and people in military or military confines. Israel only attacks when threatened. Hamas militants/terrorists are definitely doing that by firing rockets into Israel. I'm sorry, but if your neighbor attacked your home, wouldn't you retaliate...especially if they WEREN'T targeting you BUT YOUR CHILDREN or your wife/husband!!! Thats pretty much what Israel is doing. Israel is even negotiating on how to make Gaza its own state. But when Iran and other Arabic countries continually send weapons to fire into Israel, it doesnt help.

PLEASE use common sense before writing anything else. If they would stop terrorizing US, then we'd pull back our troops and Israel wouldn't have to defend herself.

Hamas is not threatening the US. They are only defending the right of Palestinians to get back their land that was taken by the Zionists who continue to occupy those lands without recognition by UN. They even take the Olive Trees who are sacred to Palestinians and plant them in Israel. The actions of Israel against Palestinians since 1948 do resemble terrorist actions in the real term of the word.

I am confused that liberals keep bringing this argument up. Yes, one side takes more casualties than the other. In the normal, sane, world, this is called 'winning'. Have you people never heard of this? Who told you that war had to be totally fair and equal number of casualties? While Hamas invested in rockets and death, Israel invested in defensive bunkers and anti-rocket fire to protect their citizens. Obviously there's going to be less death on the Israeli side.

How naive do you have to be to think that just because Israel's winning, it's somehow the aggressor?

      • I'm just sayin'

Hold up. Israel didn't spend money to build bomb shelters etc. for their people. The United States did. The united states gives Israel millions of dollars a day.

Hamas could either spend their money [with no outside help] to "protect" their people from an onslaught from Israel [to no avail] or spend money to defend against / attack Israel.

You can either fight fire with fire or just stand still and burn. What would you do?

I'm not defending one or the other. Honestly, if you're not living in Israel or Hamas than why you're even talking about the subject matter as if you're an expert is beyond me. Basing your knowledge off of a CNN article is....well, stupid.

To put things in perspective, we're told Hamas targets children and kills them, yet Israel has killed 10x the amount of children. We are told that Hamas fires rockets into neighborhoods filled with children and civilians, yet Israel has killed nearly 6x the amount of civilians.

I know people on here seem to hate the numbers game but you need to stop portraying Israel as the victim just defending themselves. If you don't think Israeli's hate Palestinians as much as the Palestinians hate Israeli's you're either horribly ignorant or just plain stupid.

The Palestinians have never stopped firing rockets from Gaza into Israel, and the Israelis dealt with it until they significantly upped the attacks. They left acres of functioning greenhouses behind when they left Gaza years ago and the Palestinians destroyed them instead of using them for food and now that same land has Hamas govt buildings and weapons sockpiles on it being targeted by Isreal.Elected or not they are a terrorist organization, who use the misery of their own people to further their lust for power.

Israel has no choice but to protect itself from 1,200 Hamas rockets.

    Solution is still the same:

    1. UN creates a Palestinian state
    2. Palestinian state controls it's rockets, so other nations are not bombed.

When any nation is bombed, they strike back in defense.

Of course the objective is the usual: power and money but the means are different. To them, of course the end justifies the means. Will see if the world will see through their game...

What did Hamas and the Palestinians do with the opportunity and all of the money they received from around the world? Did they start building a Palestinian state? NO! They invested all of that money time and energy into building and buying nothing but rockets!!!! It is not Israel that doesn't want peace, it is the Palestinians!!! New Yorker needs a history lesson when he/she says: "3. Jews can't come back all of the sudden and create their own state under the belief that this territory belonged to them thousands of years ago, if that territory belonged to them then fine come and live there as Jews but you have no right to create a country named Israel there, by killing thousands of innocent people. And you cannot artificially create a country at some other country's expense."

The world actually gave 2 groups of colonial inhabitants the right to their own share of the English colony of Palestine to have their own countries (which neither party had after thousands of years of empires and colonies). The Jews declared the independent country of Israel w/ their granted territory. The Arabs instead declared war and lost. Further wars w/ neighboring countries lost more territory. Palenstinian "refugees" were those who never declared a country rather than war and were also turned back by the neighboring Arab countries from becoming their citizens.

Why dont they go to Gaza and help their Arab brothers against this so called "terrorism". Fact of the matter is that it is easy for them to talk from far, but they wouldnt go back to that $&ithole for any money in the world. On the converse, there is not a single jew in the world that would not go back to Israel to help if the need should arise. How can Israel be considered a terrorist when they are risking life in order to take food, water and medical aid into the enemy territory. How can they be considered terrorists when they are accepting wounded Gaza camels (people) into their hospitals. Are you crazy you Arab Osama supporters? Would hamas help out an innocent jew? answer the questions please. Would hamas accept a wounded jew into their hospitals? Gaza is a $&ithole because the terrorists that live there decided to make bombs instead of an economy, and to teach their kids how to kill, rather than teaching them a proper education. The world doesnt sympathise with these dirty arabs anymore. Osama (who had a pig shoved up his A$$) just before he was thrown off the US Naval Ship) gave you all the reputation you deserve.

One more confirmation that voting for Obama was a big mistake. As Romney complained during the debates, Obama went on an apology tour throughout the Muslim countries and purposely avoided contacts with Israel, including during official events. That sent a clear message to terrorists that USA for the first time in history would not stand behind Israel any longer in the event of an attack. And only two weeks after the elections we are witnessing the results of a weakened American image overseas at the edge of an international war in the Middle East that could have been prevented had Obama acted as a real leader in foreign matters.

OK, let's look a little bit into history (something you probably not doing regularly):
      1. "How Hungarians.... responded to German occupation?" – my friend, they blew up German military facilities and railroads. I am not aware of a SINGLE occasion that hungarian (or russian, or polish...) blew himself in a crowd of German kids and women. I am also not aware of a single Indian who did it during brutal English occupation of India. Or Algerian during brutal occupation of France. Or Vietnamese during brutal occupation of the US.
      2. Israeli signed Oslo agreement, started to give Palestinians their own administration. Went to talk with Arafat in Camp David for getting final agreement. During that time there were no Israeli tanks firing and actually Israeli soldiers had patrols together with Palestinian policemen. Many Palestinians worked in Israel and their GDP was close to the GDP of Cuba (which by the way is under brutal embargo by US and guess what? they do not fire missiles on Florida!) Then what happened??? Arafat said he is not signing peace agreement and allowed Hamas to start to blow themselves in the middle of the civilian Israeli population.
So please stop inventing "alternative history" which has nothing to do with the reality.

But this is just another case of the victim become the aggressor.

Why doesn't the whole world in general realize that were are all human beings. The world needs think about and worry about the kids of the world who know no predjuce and have no heat. The only ways that they grow up to be hatefull and predjuce is by their parents and relatives plus the media. If the world would learn that we on the eart to live together. There is so much that can be accomplished if that was done. We would have no famine and a reduction in disease. What should happen is that all of the leaders in the world should be put intoseparate rooms with no windows, white walls and just 2 chairs. They will be given a pitcher of water and food every 6 hours. They will not be allowed to leave the room unless their isssues are fully resolved. The chairs will be placed facing each other. There would be a way for the countries of those leaders to be able to see that they are ok.. Alot of the conflicts in the world are old and the people who battled in those deputes are long gone. Everyone in the world has a right to live together and work together goal fo living in piece. By sending missles at each other does not do anything that hurt and kill innocent people and KIDS who do no care of about the conflict. The counties who are labled a terrorist counties and supressing countries should wake up and understand that people should live as they see fit and not go under norished on a daily basis because those countries are not providng theit people food. It is sad that a country such as North Korea which for 60 years or more have a DMZ that separates people from the North from the South who do not see their familes and grandparants who are getting older day by day. The North needs to realize that not being isolated could and would bring alot of beneifts. 60 years or more is more then time to sit down and get rid of the DMZ. It's purpose is long gone.
The world should realize that workng together has so many benefits for the humans of the world. It would and could create more jobs as making and trading of products will be a better life for it people. The countries of the world who have leaders who are oppositive need to be removed by democratic elections. The world is full of olde leaders who have old ideas. New young leaders need to be elected and have their ideas conveyed to their countries and to the world that living peace is the only way that the world will be able to surive for a long time....

The rest of the civilized world unilaterally and unequivocally opposes Israel's treatment of Gaza. The UN has spoken very clearly on this matter. With the exception of perhaps the island nation of Palau, the US and Israel are completely alone in the world in their stance on the matter. As for "not taking off the gloves," it is precisely to avoid an overt international backlash that Israel has decided not to commit outright genocide on the Gazan people, preferring instead to imprison them indefinitely.

The alternative is a just and lasting peace. the policy of what is mine is mine and what is yours is negotiable doesn't work any more. It takes one minute to make peace, announce now that there is one state (call it Israel if that makes you happey Mr. Peres) where all people in it are equal, one man one vote from the midetranean sea to the river of Jordan. That's the alternative.

Israel should not expose it's people to the risk of being victims of the murderous impulse that is on ample display among it's "neighbors". Realistically what is offered at this time to Israel in return for more compromise more withdrawing from terriitory is not by any means going to be peace. All you have to do is look around and you have to be a real fool to believe that. This very night there are reports that Assad's forces are "mixing" Sarin gas presumably to use on his own people. Jews have already seen their children gassed in the holocaust. There is no morality is subjecting your people to the risk of exposure to such a murderous impulse running wild among Israel's neighbors. Sorry nothing against Muslims or Arabs. Would very much like to see peace between Israel and neighbors with generous compromise but there is no opportunity for it now. Find some other fools.

The roots of modern-day Israel were planted decades before 1948. You should learn about that history, the players involved, and the succession of events that finally led to the recognition of the state of Israel. That is where the truth begins. World War I. The Balfour Declaration. Herzl. A vast swampland cultivated into an oasis by the persistence and dedication of Jewish settlers who were (at that time) welcomed by the Arab leadership. It did not take long for the Arab population there to begin attacking and murdering their Jewish neighbors. This is not a simple story of "stolen" lands. There is a progression of events in this region. Any attempt to pass judgment without understanding these events is foolish and irresponsible. How easy would it be for Israel to completely annihilate ALL of Gaza and its inhabitants? Why haven't they done so? What would the situation be if the roles were reversed? Holocaust II, that's what.

As far as Israel and Palestine are concerned, it's a complicated issue. There are no answers to solve that issue without upsetting anyone. I don't agree that anyone should have a claim to a land that supposetly God gave them. I mean come on it's 2012. If that was the case then Native Americans should have the right to their lands, too. Palestinians don't have the right to kill innocent citizens of Israel. Let's face it, the civilians are there because their government encourages them to build on occupied lands that Israel will never give back.

However, times are changing and Israel won't have the support of the United States forever. China will be the next super power and we'll see who they choose to support.

If Hamas are "producers of death" as Pere says, they are producers that Israel has created. Israel has financially and physically isolated the Palestinians in a crumb of land on coast and a West Bank that is carved up by the Israelis like hamburger. The blockade of the sea and air and the capricious border controls that the Israelis have imposed create resentment in the Palestinians. Golly gee, I wonder why? Under such conditions, I'd be shooting rockets into Israel.

Israel says it didn't start the conflict and that it wants peace. Yes, the whole world knows that. But that's completely besides the point. Israel likes the status quo and consequently peace, but what about the Palestinians? They see no effort on the part of Israel to resolve the fundamentals in the Middle East (and the world agrees with them), so the only way to remind the world of the terrible situation they are in is to start firing rockets. The fact that Iran helps them does not negate the fact the situation is unmanageable and without hope for the Palestinians. We too lost patience with the British rules in America and we did what we had to do to solve it. Why would anyone deny that right to the Palestinians?

To quote Bible texts that God promised to Abraham . . . . and . . . and . . .! It is a principle of Bible interpretation that all God's promises are conditional. Were the conditions fulfilled by those who claim the promises? That is problematic. Never mention a promise without the condition attached to it. Read Deuteronomy 28:1-14 and 15-68 about blessings and, respectively, curses. Religion should never be mixed with politics – it is bad for both parts.

All you have to do is look at Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Gaza, etc., and if you are Israel you have to be certified crazy to at this time ""compormise for peace". Assad may indeed gas his own people and the Syrian children. He'as already murdered tens of thousands. The Jews in the holocaust already saw their children gassed, and went down that road. There is no morality in seeing your children gassed. Jews do not hate Muslims, and do want to see peace between Israel and it's Arab neighbors. But Jews are not foolish and have a lot of historical experience to draw on. Thank you for coming to America to help wake up this insanity we have regarding unstable politics, people with guns, and the general remiss of what needs to be corrected. The World is watching us. We lost our only granddaughter to violence just last year. We have lived long enough to realize that the beautiful safe country we grew up in has changed beyond belief. We have lived in Canada during the 80s, 90s, and 2000's and have always felt very, very safe. You know why! All of the problems can be solved if only people would use some common sense, communicate and work together to make it happen. Since a very young child I have realized that communication is the name of the game. You do it brilliantly. Thank you for all your concerns and candor. Yes, Israel is a true role model of restraint!

Piers, you should be ashamed of yourself. Not only is Israel on occupied lands ... (thanks to your countrymen), they are one of the youngest countries in the world that happen to have nukes. They launched thousands of cluster bombs in Southern Lebanon in civilian areas in July 2006. They continue to violate UN Resolutions with absolute disregard (never mentioned on any mainstream media). They fly their fighter jets over Lebanon daily, breaking the sound barrier. They have a blockade preventing all resources, not just "weapons" from getting to the Palestinians. They say they are all for peace and the two state solution, but they vetoed the heck out of the Palestinian bid to become part of the UN. They are mining for natural gas in Lebanese national waters and threatening war on the Lebanese government if they act on it.

It pains me to see that the land of Jesus Christ has been desecrated by the filth of the Israeli government. I am sure this comment will be labelled as anti-semitic and probably not get through the moderation process, but this simply is the other side of the argument that the rest of the world probably does not know or even care to know. This is not an attack on the whole country.

gun control had become like a systematic that could never be done anything. It like a communist corruption and bribes system. It had been "deep into Bone" , and a part of American "Blood". Honestly, We can't change this one-two days, months, years. it 's going to take a Revolution point to change it . question is : who are going to do it ? it is not a one man job..? ..

Obviously, Gun never be good into civilian. Because if every one have a gun, it would be more dangerous and difficulty for authorities and government enforcement working with criminal and suspects. those government enforcement will be work under dangerous and riskier , if more gun goes into individual hands.

why you need gun? you have basic defense way that do not hurt or endanger any one " learn martial art , self-defense, pepper prays, other basic tool.....those is no cause of instant-death. More gun = more death = more difficult to manage criminal or suspects. Do a research on amount of death tolls and amount of gun increase about 10-50 years. look at the statistic figure , they will speak to you.

finally,, Gun = business legal benefit = become a larger income = GDP income = main financial sources of USA = Bone of this country... therefore became systematical and you couldn't change this system Revolution = new system changes....that would be only happen it 1000 yrs....:)) but i hope it would happen most every one else does....

One thing I'd really like to say is the fact car insurance termination is a dreadful experience and if you are doing the suitable things as being a driver you simply will not get one. Some individuals do are sent the notice that they've been officially dropped by their insurance company and several have to scramble to get extra insurance from a cancellation. Cheap auto insurance rates are often hard to get from a cancellation. Having the main reasons pertaining to auto insurance canceling can help car owners prevent losing one of the most vital privileges accessible. Thanks for the concepts shared by means of your blog.
