Clips From Last Night: Jennifer Lawrence burst into the studio; J. Cheney Mason on Casey Anthony
It's not every day an Oscar nominee bursts into the studio, in the middle of a segment, with live cameras still rolling. However, that is precisely what took place Thursday evening, as actress Jennifer Lawrence emerged on "Piers Morgan Tonight," joining her "Silver Linings Playbook" director, David O. Russell.
Having just completed another show across town, the 22-year-old hustled her way through Los Angeles, dramatically appearing across from Piers Morgan, and instantly landing in his good graces:
"This is as good as it gets, the world's hottest actress, better late than never, young lady," proclaimed the host.
Tearing into an issue of "Rolling Stone Magazine," Morgan read a recent review, embarrassing his guest with each passing phrase:
"She's rude, dirty, funny, foul-mouthed, sloppy, sexy, vibrant and vulnerable, sometimes all in the same scene, even in the same breath," quoted the British television presenter. "No list of best actress Oscar contenders would be complete without the electrifying Lawrence in the lead. She lights up the screen."
Fully putting Lawrence on the spot, Morgan then proceeded to list the various adjectives, one by one, asking her to agree or disagree:
"Are you dirty?" came one of his questions.
"Well, I mean - I'm not dirty. What does that mean? No, I am not dirty," she objected. "I'm not afraid of dirt."
When Lawrence declined to agree with the notion that she's sexy, Morgan seemed dumbfounded:
"You don't think you're sexy?," he asked. "What do you think when you look in the mirror?"
Fumbling for the right words, "The Hunger Games" star attempted to explain the process:
"I'm just trying to figure out what to do with what I got. It's like, all right."
Earlier in the evening, as part of an interview that was slightly less dramatic, the program invited J. Cheney Mason for an honest and candid conversation.
Best known as co-counsel for Casey Anthony, the lawyer offered an update on his infamous client:
"Casey wants to have a normal life. She wants to be left alone. She wants lawyers to quit suing her in meaningless, non-meritorious lawsuits that can only be characterized as being done for their own publicity and aggrandizement, without merit. She needs to be left alone. And that's why she filed a petition for bankruptcy, so the federal bankruptcy court can help her be left alone."

This day and age everyone seems to attack anyone who has a different view than you. at least read it , give it some serious effort of common ,rational thought and express your words to be at least humilitve to respond and agree or disagree. It is time now , As Piers morgan stands up for american equality for common safety to americas in some right to meet half way to compromise ( a lost meaningin our Government and the last few generations as the draw a line and wont listen to ideas and reason, just making a stand- insults-withdraw to negotiating freely. In seeing for my own eyes vintage video ofThe NRA's big boy Wayne Laperier 1994 speach to a congressional hearing on gun control fron Bill Clintons legislation to ban assault weapons, Quote from laperier " it is vital to have registration of individuals ( conducting a national back ground check ) fire arms to help weed out criminals from obtainig a gun" a total 180 on the speeches he gives now on TV saying " There dosent need to be anymore laws as there not being enforced by our law enforcement across the nation. And a national data base for everyone to registor their guns is a waste of time." Hippocruptcy from the NRA's top who seem to say anything for their lobbying gun companies.
jennifer lawrence is so stunning and a great actress. She represents the new generation of actors /actress in hollywood and putting out outsanding movies Cant wait to see this new one. Thank you jennifer, Good luck on your next projects>

now matter how old we get the cause will not " die Off" so forget that, she did it, we all know it and nothing will change that fact. Nice to see she continues to lie this time in Federal Court. Please ask her why she said she paid for her own puter then told the judge it belonged to her counsel.. she was offered 1 million dollars via Al Taylor Private Elevator Production but lied and sid no such offered were made. Cindy Anthony scammed aa charity called Cayleesfund then wiped out the 600K in the find claiming to give 100K away and kept the rest. Ask Casey how much of that money she got
