Rudy Giuliani on the use of drones: "You have to be one hundred percent sure you've got the right person"
As the debate over the use of U.S. drones against al Qaeda and its allies works its way into the national conversation, on Thursday evening Piers Morgan welcomes a gentleman he deems to be the perfect guest to discuss such a topic, Rudy Giuliani.
Not disagreeing with the practice of using "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" to attack enemies of the United States, the former mayor of New York City calls for precision:
"It has to be done very carefully, very uniquely," cautions Giuliani. "You have to be one hundred percent sure you've got the right person and you're not making a mistake."
Saying that he "probably agree[s] with the decisions that President Obama made" [to use drones], tonight's guest tells the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host however, that he takes exception with what he feels is an inconsistency in perception thanks to partisan politics:
"If this had been done by George Bush, or any other Republican, we'd be talking about hearings before Congress, we'd have some people talking about impeachment," he says. "For the life of me, I can't figure out why George Bush got so much heat for water boarding three people, and President Obama has killed scores of people."

Why CNN and Americans put up with this chipped toothed clown is beyond me. He believes that every American that owns and shoots a semi-auto firearm is a gun toting lunatic. He has described Americans as ignorant and crazy..... In their own country. CNN must condone his comments, his hostility towards Americans or it would shut him up. Arrogant ass.
When is someone going to set him straight that the AR-15 is a different weapon than the M-4 and has not been used by the military for decades as he claims!
The Mayor (and Piers) were correct in pointing out that the media and Democrats would be calling for impeachment if the person conducting this drone war and targeted killings were George Bush.
Also, the more disturbing testimony I heard today was from Leon Panetta and General Dempsey regarding Benghazi. The media has pretty much ignored today's testimony. It seems that Pres. Obama and Hillary Clinton were pretty much AWOL with regards to this 9/11 terror attack in Libya. Is there some reason the press is letting them off the hook? We had minute by minute info about Pres. Obama and HIllary when it came to the bin laden raid, but pretty much silence about what these 2 did for the 8 hours of the terror attack. It appears they buddies in the media don't want to hold them accountable.
