Thursday: Former President Jimmy Carter

Tomorrow evening on "Piers Morgan Tonight," former President Jimmy Carter returns to the program in an hour-long interview to discuss gun control, his take on the previously predictable electoral demographic turnout and his namesake foundation’s upcoming silent auction.

Piers Morgan will certainly ask the gun-owning Carter for his opinion on the gun control debate and will look for solutions to combat gun violence in America. Renowned for his mediation abilities, Carter will build on his previous discussion with Morgan regarding the Middle East.

Just last January Carter told Morgan he wished he had a "closer relationship" with President Barack Obama. We'll find out where that relationship stands and how he sees the Democratic Party as we look towards the 2016 election.

This will be Carter’s second appearance on the program, the first in January 2012. Tune in Thursday at 9:00 p.m. as Morgan and Carter look to further the debate on guns and the discussion on both domestic and foreign policy.

Hey Piers...I have a suggestion. If you don't like America's gun policy why don't you go back to England and shut the hell up. Allow me to bring you up to speed on America's gun policy and some 18th century history. It was American gun policy that liberated us from your tyrannical, dictatorial king. You've got a lot of damn nerve to come over here and exercise your 1st Amendment right to run your unimformed mouth concerning our 2nd Amendment right to own guns. Don't come over here and tell us how to run this country. Go back to your queen Lizzy and run your big mouth at her.

Piers, you keep saying "Why do we need AR with 30rd clip?" My question to you is, "Why not?" The 2nd Amend. was written when muskets were around, but that was the same weapon that the 'military' had...comparable. We know what happens when weak people are threatened by someone with a bigger gun...look at what happened during WWII killing many, including Germans who did not agree with what was taking way to "fight back". As much as you want to believe we live in a world with a lot of "nice people"...I for one take comfort that many millions of Americans have AR15's and who know how to use them. Since our country is now in a financial crises that most likely will not end nicely, I want to know I can both defend myself from thugs (look at what happens in disaster areas), and that my neighbor will be my comrade in arms.

President Carter I want to correct a few statements.
1- During the first 2 years President Obama administration he had both houses, no opposition what so ever.
2 – You job creation record was not the highest, Hoover and Roosevelt had larger increases.

Dear Piers , Ask Mr Carter why did he against all American wishes supported the religious revolutionaries the terrorist Ayatollahs in Iran, which subsequently causing millions of young Iranians to die, more then 50,000 executed, more than 250.000 of young men and women political prisoner, killing thousands Americans by terrorists activities, supporting every terrorist organisations in the world, Why?, why did he act without the American Congress approval, was it because he was the wrong man for the job, if this regime stays beyond June 2013 no one in the world will be safe, most of them Iranians, these murderers who are running Iran are not religious men they do not believe in any religious, they wish death to the world, to true Iranians, the Americans, Europeans and Israelite, Christians, and other Muslim nations and people!,. story goes on.... Carter has to say sorry to millions of professional Iranians who are now scattered all over the world, apparently Iranians are the most successful immigrants known in the world. Carter destroyed Iran and the Iranian Nation but we will get our Country back and send all these murderous pre_ historic regime back to Syria before they destroy the world. Please ask him and analyse his responses, I wonder if he only knew what he was doing!!!!!

Lots of mistakes has been made my both countries. It's about time both countries make friends. United States does not need to befriend the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are the double faced terrorist.
