Whether you fell asleep early, stayed out too late, or simply want to watch it again, we realize it's not always possible to get your entire "Piers Morgan Live" fix from television. As an answer to this, we offer the below labor of love – "Piers Morgan Live, Rewind" – dedicated and designed to getting you caught up and connected to the conversation.
Joining Piers Morgan from Italy, CNN's Chris Cuomo reviews his pre-pope prediction:
"A name we have not heard yet that is offered up to me is Cardinal Bergoglio," Cuomo said early on Wednesday. "Bergoglio as the perfect compromised candidate, 76 years old, but that he could be a unifier."
Roughly 10 hours later, Morgan congratulated the foreshadowing: "Take a bow, Mr. Cuomo. That was quite some prediction this morning."
"The name that he has taken is very significant. For those of us who are great lovers of - and have a passion for social justice, and have a passion for the preferential love of the poor and the marginalized – Francis of Assisi is the saint who opted for the little ones in God's kingdom," noted the former United States Ambassador to the Holy See. "Also, let us remember that Francis of Assisi was also the bridge-builder across religious traditions."
"I think he's going to be a wonderful challenge for all of us. He's going to challenge us to think about what is our obligation to the poor," the former House Speaker told Morgan. "What is our obligation to those who are dispossessed."
