Thomas Mesereau on upcoming trial between Jacksons and concert promoter: "I think it's an uphill battle for AEG"
On a day which saw the beginning of jury selection in a trial that will pit the family of Michael Jackson against concert promoter AEG Live, this evening "Piers Morgan Live" invited Thomas Mesereau to share his unique insight in a live, face to face interview.
The criminal defense lawyer who acquitted the late pop star in his molestation trial, Mesereau spoke of specific documents that he suspects will make it difficult for AEG to counter claims of wrongful death:
"Apparently there are emails from his [Jackson's] choreographer, Ken Ortega, warning AEG that he's not well, he has serious physical problems, serious psychological and emotional problems, he's asking for professional help, and I'm informed that there are some emails from AEG basically telling [Dr. Conrad] Murray you better get him to rehearsals," stated Mesereau. "I think the issue is well founded by the siblings and I think it's going to be a big issue for the plaintiffs. And I think AEG is going to have a tough time explaining it."
Asked by the host if Jackson should bear some of the responsibility himself, based on a history of cancellations and high-maintenance behavior, and the guests noted that AEG knew exactly what to expect when they joined forces with the "King of Pop":
"If they thought he was that flaky and they thought he was that disturbed, why did they enter into a contract with him to do all these concerts?" he asked Piers Morgan. "They invested over 30 million dollars before the concerts even began. If they thought he was that bad and they thought his reputation was suffering from all these other issues, why in the world did they go into business with him? I think it's an uphill battle for AEG."

I think its worth noting that it has been reported that Lloyds of London repeatedly said that AEG was not supplying them with information they were asking for in relation to their insurance claim. Then rather than continue the claim, AEG withdrew rather than provide the info Lloyds wanted, saying they had recouped their money and didn't need the millions they could have got (if the claim stacked up). Now why would that be I wonder??
Because it would open Pandora's box! It would reveal the fact that they murdered MJ & Murray was only the tool!
I like how you MJ fans find a way to blame everybody. He was a multi- millionaire who couldn't take care of himself. Way to go America. way to prove your capacity for human perseverance. It is as if MJ had the brain of a 12 year old, which actually answers a lot of questions.
I don't think AEG Live PLANNED to kill MJ and have Murray as the fall guy. BUT I do believe AEG Live planned to suck MJ dry of all his remaining physical and musical skills in terms of touring all for profit. I assume AEG Live's plan was to drive MJ into the ground for as long as possible and get as much $$$ left out of him until the inevitable happened..Unforunately the plane never even got off the ground.
MJ was a adult and had a choice!
Michael was tortured by cruel people. Why Michael could not sleep?. Tom Sneddon (prosecutor), the media – how they treat Michael?.
Innocent, good man was treated in such a cruel way?. Why?.
Why they were cruel? because People like Michael cared about the condition of the world and for the children of this earth, he donated his time and money into helping them and sang heart felt songs that encouraged unity, Every good person is attacked by others on all levels right from the 'normal' people all the way up to celebrity. To smash down someone who cares for the world helps their own concience. Oh yeah he helped the world but look at what he did! Oh yeah he should be defiled and ignored because his a drug addict.. you get the pattern? to smash down great people through defamation, to destroy their character allows the others to live selfishly, to care about no one but themselves and no one will look in their direction and think "Hey his very rich, he has both fame and fortune.. and his doing this in the world... what are you doing for the world? When has the rich like the owner of the tabloid press used their influence to promote world peace? or to take care of the planet or to donate to childrens hospitals or third world countries? Murdoch would prefer to be brought off by promoting political parties instead and Dragon Dimond worked in his media circus, Sneddon is a old grumpy, evil rascist narrcistic man who didn't like Michael Jacksons Success and the fact he didn't get a point for the 1993 case. There will always be good and evil in the world, when there is rich amount of good, you can always bet on there being a lot of evil coming after that good to smother it out. It's sad part of reality. The public that believe in the garbage they read without a proper investigation are no different, People will only believe what they want for their own reasons, Racsist people aren't going to believe regardless to the evidents, Jealous will not believe regardless, anything negative they will swollow without chewing first.
Micheal Jackson was a multi millionaire who couldn't take care of himself. Now you all want to blame anyone you can point a finger at
Tom Sneddon, Diane Dimond, media tortured Michael for so many years. They did everything to destroy him. Michael was humiliated. An innocent man was treated like a criminal.

It's painfully ironic that the very people who granted Murray an interview yesterday and allow Diane Dimond to be one of your correspondents, are now trying to paint Michael as a "pathetic addict" who was emotionally; physically and mentally tortured! He was bullied and tortured through the years through you and all your media counterparts and if you lot had been put through even HALF of what Michael was; I just ask myself how YOU would have dealt with it! You've never and will never accept any responsibility to his early, tragic death even though you most certainly contributed towards it and now are part of of the circus of vultures and parasites which still blight a great, kind and caring man and human being who's worth more than a billion of what you ever will be!!!!
I hope and pray for justice for MJ, and for the well-being of the Jackson family, and God bless Thomas Mesereau. 🙂

I hope all the haters and confused individuals listen to what he's saying, he does it so well, and he is about the truth.
We'll see more Jackson family bashing and horrible "journalism" everywhere with the trial on, so let's just pray for justice to prevail and for all people to stop being gullible tabloid-media-addicts.

Just after MJ's passing, I remember watching an interview of Randy Philips on Sky News. He said he had never heard of Conrad Murray and didn't sound convincing. During the trial, it became obvious he hadn't said the truth.
