READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
As last week's Boston Marathon bombings – and subsequent manhunt for the men responsible – continues to dominate the news cycle and polarize the nation, this evening "Piers Morgan Live" welcomes a handful of guests tasked with sharing the latest updates, and providing context and insight into the latest incident of domestic terrorism.
On the heels of a fascinating appearance Monday evening tonight Matthew Rojanksy will rejoin the program. The deputy director of the Russia & Eurasia Program at the Carneigie Endowment for International Peace, Rojanksy will speak to the notion that Islamic extremists, and Chechen ties, contributed to the radicalization of the suspected bombers, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
In addition, Iman Suhaib Webb will speak live with Piers Morgan, offering the perspective of the Islamic Society of Boston. As both Tsarnaev brothers attended a mosque in Cambridge, Mass., Webb will explain how leadership within the Islamic community would respond if asked to hold a funeral for the late Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
Meanwhile, with drama over television news only heightened since last week's incident, this evening Brian Stelter will join the program live, sharing details of the culture within an industry often referred to as the "TV Wars." The author of the new book "Top of the Morning," and a media reporter at "The New York Times," Stelter is expected to share various anecdotes and inside reporting that lead to the creation of his non-fiction publication.
Tune in this evening at 9 as Morgan advances the story of the Boston bombings, while also inviting Stelter to share his take on all things television and news.
