John Miller and Paul Wolfowitz on Russian intelligence in light of the Boston Marathon bombing

On Thursday evening, amidst new reports that suspected bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had targeted New York's Times Square for another terror attack, this evening "Piers Morgan Live" invited CBS News senior correspondent John Miller to share his insight and expertise.

During the conversation, Miller, a former chief FBI Spokesman, addressed the Russian intelligence's process of tracking Tamerlan Tsarnaev while he was in the Chechen region of Russia in 2012. "I'd be very curious to say, 'If he was a threat to the Russians, what did they do with him while he was on their turf?'"

"When he went there for six months, one might ask, if they felt that Tsarnaev was such a threat, did they follow him? Did they tap him? Did they arrest him? Did they detain him? Did they question him? We haven't seen any of that material here."

Also, on the program, former United States Ambassador and the tenth President of the World Bank Group Paul Wolfowitz gave his thoughts on the lessons learned from this horrific incident.

"The one thing I think we know for sure is that when it happens the next time it will be different from this time," said Wolfowitz. "We need to learn everything we can from this episode, but we shouldn't think that these problems are ever solved completely once and for all."

Watch the clips and listen to the interviews as "Piers Morgan Live" continues their coverage on the investigation on the Boston Marathon bombings.

So apperantly that Conservative news channel ( its anchors and contributors) thinks they should arrest an American women for wearing an Islamic scarf. Imagine that what a Hippocrite! And also this week its O.K to Torture terror suspects . A total 180 degrees from their stand a year ago.................Yikes!

And I thought all you bleeding heart liberals elected Obama because of some of his promises, such as closing Gitmo, etc. and still after four years plus he has not done it! Apparently he must have a very good reason for keeping it open, I'm guessing it's because they can use what you call torture there to gain information. His Defense Secretary also said that they would never use drones over US soil, but they used them after the bombings in Boston. Maybe pay attention to someone other than Mr. Morgan and you will get the real news! There are lots of channels out there that do not pander to either party, so that should be good enough for you to trust?

dear piers morgan. i sent an email to cnn to you (or actually to pretty much any anchor that would like to read it) and i really think it may help some people to understand the likely/unlikelyhood that these suspects may or may not have needed to have any specific training to successfully construct and use the explosive devices that they allegedly used in the horrendous marathon bombings.
again i want to thank you for taking the time to read this

What makes me laugh is that they American culture but when they are here they partake in all of it. It is expecially funny to see demostrations against America in these countries but they are wearing Calvin Klein shirts or driving Mercedes!! Funny!

Does it really matter what happened in Russia? 1) We're gonna invade someone for this. 2) For consistency sake, it'll be a country that had nothing to do with it.

Piers – I'll listen to you and trust you on this one. I don't what they say about you, changing your name from O'Mera – who cares. And I don't care if your ratings are in the toilet – I'm still watching cause I relate to your point of view. I don't believe that stuff that the Brits wouldn't take you back or that you've been in scandals – don't listen to the negatives Piers – you got me and my whole posse watching when we can. We on the same wavelength – I'm counting on the stimulus to spread around some more greenbacks, and I know you got my back Piers.

What in the World is Piers having on Paul Wolfowitz for to ask him policy on ANYTHING? All of his choices were/are wrong. He does not deserve to be on national television. He gave us "weapons of mass destruction" and many other bad decisions
People like him should be ignored. Mr. Morgan you are scraping the bottom of the barrel with him!

Paul you are right. We need to learn everything we can from this incident. We need to become a hack of a lot smarter from this attack.
I would love to know what the Russians knew.
