READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
Whether you fell asleep early, stayed out too late, or simply want to watch it again, we realize it's not always possible to get your entire "Piers Morgan Live" fix from television. As an answer to this, we offer the below labor of love – "Piers Morgan Live, Rewind" – dedicated and designed to getting you caught up and connected to the conversation.
Amidst the shocking news from Cleveland, Ohio that revealed three women found alive after allegedly being kidnapped and held for nearly 10 years, on Monday evening, "Piers Morgan Live" spoke to WYKC reporter, Sara Shookman about her interview with alleged Ohio kidnapping suspect, Ariel Castro's son, Anthony Castro. Anthony wrote an article in a local community newspaper about the abduction of one of the three women found, then 14-year old Gina DeJesus, while he was a journalism student in 2004.
"He said he was stunned," said Shookman, who asked Anthony what he thought of the girls being located.
"He was stunned that something like this could possibly happen. He said, 'He's my dad. I don't know whether I should say anything else other than this is beyond comprehension."
Also on Monday evening, Piers Morgan spoke to Shelia Figaro, the cousin of Gina DeJesus. Figaro spoke of Gina's mother, Nancy DeJesus, who never gave up hope that her daughter was alive.
"Nancy never gave up faith, knowing that her daughter would one day be found."
During interview, Gina DeJesus' cousin, Shelia Figaro also confirmed that Amanda Berry, who was held captive with DeJesus, has a child.
Berry, who was kidnapped at the age of 16, courageously escaped on Monday and placed the 911 call that rescued DeJesus and the other captive, Michelle Knight.
"It's a confirmation that, in fact, Amanda Berry has a child," said Figaro. "It's a three-year-old. I believe it's a three-year-old girl. I heard speculation that there was another child, but that has yet to be confirmed. Being sexual predators, I'm not at all surprised that these girls now had to mother children."

I just wanted to comment on the 911 dispatcher that took the call from Amanda Perry. I have heard the audio several times and it just seems like the dispatcher was very rude. I just thought that he could have handled the call with a little more sympathy and professionalism. You have a women that has been held for 10 years against her own will and for the dispatcher to smart her off like that was truly disrespectful. And for a city as big as Cleveland no person should have to wait for a patrolmen to become available. I feel like an emergency should be taken for what it is an EMERGENCY. If you listen to the conversation at the end it just seems like he was getting agitated with her because she was repeating her name. Someone definitely needs to train that dispatcher in the future.
Seems to be a grinding experience either side of the Pond,Morris:phoned 999 once, drunk guy above me starting a fire, and without explanation you get a disembodied voice reading your cell number back–probably for hoax reasons though you have to surmise that for yourself. They tell you to wait outside, and I'd no intention of burning to death, and was gonna do that anyhow;next thing I'm barefoot in the snow holding a drunk man's hand talking to a policeman while
the fire brigade go to the wrong house...happy days.
These idiots that lived near Ariel Castro and did absolutely NOTHING while they witnessed bizarre incidents should be ashamed if not held accountable. Coming on these shows talking about what a 'tight knit' community they are is DISGUSTING. How you can witness naked women, daily McDonald's deliveries, screams from that house and do absolutely nothing is unfathomable. You stood by and did nothing while these women lost 10 years of their lives.
It's the 'nothing to do with me,guv' stance which flies in the face of civic duty–nobody wants to get involved, media
constantly baffled,it seems,by how this could go on so long.Easy.Nobody bit the bullet, and the longer you leave it...
Not being a Piers Morgan fan, at all, I am really suprised that he is not blaming the incident in Cleveland, Ohio, on the U.S. not having more handgun control and the CNN producers not backing him!!!
I don't think he needs to find you blameworthy at all:you've got ultraviolence never far away–which you're all rather blase about, too fatalistic–and he's trying to do something about it,with Americans constantly slinging it back at him.
Here's a solution:don't watch him anymore seeing as you're all cloth-eared and arrogant anyway.
Pride comes...
