As the residents of Moore, Okla. begin to rebuild their community after a devastating EF-5 tornado tore through their town, "Piers Morgan Live" spoke to RJay Hansen, Lynsey Hansen and Lynsey's boyfriend, Jeramiah Cozee, about their miraculous reunion with the family Corgi, Phoebe after the twister devastated their home.
"I found her in the kitchen, basically underneath the fridge in the corner scared," said Cozee who returned to the home with Lynsey and searched for Phoebe.
"She was buried in the kitchen under all that rubble," said RJay. "And I couldn't believe it because I was afraid she was buried under there and she was dead."
"It was the best moment any of us have had since Monday afternoon when this all happened."
What the clip, listen to the interview, and see the incredible site of rubble and destruction left from the tornado that Phoebe survived through.

"She was buried in the kitchen under all that rubble," said RJay. "And I couldn't believe it because I was afraid she was buried under there and she was dead." Saving the dog when all that destruction happened was the only ray of light this family had. The home may be gone but the familyis ok.
