Netanyahu on a potential phone call with President Rouhani: "You want the sanctions lifted? Stop your nuclear program"
Coming up this evening at 9, Piers Morgan joins Benjamin Netanyahu for a wide-ranging and entirely candid prime time interview.
Welcoming the Israeli Prime Minister for a face to face conversation, the "Piers Morgan Live" hosts asks about the nature of the former's relationship with the leader of Iran:
"If President Rouhani picked the telephone up and called you, would you take that call," asks Morgan.
"Yeah, we’re not averse to calling," says Netanyahu. "I’ll tell you what I’ll tell him. You want the sanctions lifted? Stop your nuclear program. Why do you need underground bunkers, why do you need ICBMs, intercontinental ballistic missiles? The purpose is to carry nuclear payloads. By the way, not to Israel, to Europe and to the United States. They already have missiles that reach Israel."
As for Iran's claims that their ownership of dangerous elements is for a legitimate and safe purpose, Netanyahu quickly pokes holes in such assertions:
"Why do you need to enrich Uranium? You say you want to civilian nuclear energy? 17 countries: Canada, Mexico, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Indonesia with a quarter of a billion people – they all have civilian nuclear energy programs," says the Israeli Prime Minister. "They don’t have enrichment because enrichment, uranium enrichment is how you make nuclear weapons. So if you want to get a civilian nuclear program, if you want to convince us to drop the sanctions, drop your nuclear weapons program. No enrichment. No heavy water in the other route to nuclear weapons."

Mr. Netanyahu kept repeating that six million Jews experienced the Holocaust, but didn't mention the five million who are not Jewish who perished during the Holocaust. So who is the Holocaust denier?
Over 50 million people died during WWII, why must we hear only of the six million Jews.
Canter wants American tax dollars to finance the Holocaust Museum during the government shutdown. Why should the American people pay for the Holocaust Museum which is incongruous with our monuments in Washington when there are so many Jewish millionaires and billionaires who could easily finance their Holocaust Museum.
Among those who had Swiss bank accounts to avoid paying taxes in America were Holocaust survivors and children of Holocaust survivors. Does being a holocaust survivor or a child of a Holocaust survivor convey a right to cheat on taxes? A great American, Oliver Wendell Holmes, stated. "We pay taxes for a civilized society!" I guess Holocaust survivors and their children don't like to pay for civility!
Mr. Netanyahu served only to generate disgust and distrust for Jews and Israel.

Have you ever lost a close family member? You mother, for example? Your brother or sister? Your child or you loved one?
If so did you cry for ALL those who died of the same reason? or just for your own loss? and considering that ALL normal humans in such situation cry for their own loss do you think that ALL normal people are "deniers" of all other's losses or just the JEWS?
The Nazis deliberately murdered six million Jews because murdering people for their race or ethnicity is the ultimate form of racism. Denying the family members of the victims to mourn their loss is racism as well.
Palestine people had nothing to do with Hitler, Germany or the holocaust but today there land is occupied & they are dying in millions and living in ghettos. Don't Palestine people bleed the same?

The American people chose stay blind than challenge the law. Our wars to help with occupy Palestine land has put us in the dog house & we still chose to look the other way.

Thank you for such a great job at CNN. I was one of the doubters when you made a transition from America Got Talent to replace Larry King, but have become a fan especially with the humane stance you took against gun violence despite how taboo and sensitive that issue still is in US. You earned my respect.
I watched your interview with Benjamin Netanyahu tonight and have one comment to make. This is another taboo topic in US to criticize Israel or ask appropriate but sensitive questions. I have yet to see any of our journalists ask the question from Israeli government representatives (particularly Netanyahu) how they could ask for transparency from Iran on their nuclear energy while they are not willing to even answer whether they have nuclear weapons or not. Why are they not even joining NPT? Iran has been under the microscope for 10 years and the IAEA has almost unlimited access to their sites while Israel is known to have 200-300 nuclear warheads. Why such a double standard?
As a journalist, you owe that to the American audience to ask these types of questions. The difference between a good journalist and an outstanding one is the courage to go above and beyond the boundaries to give unbiased and pertinent facts to your viewers.

Nobody is denying the loss of so many more millions in WW II. The horrible point with the Jews is, that they were
targeted specifically BECAUSE they were Jews, were put in ghettos, and shot and gassed for no other reason
than a blind hatred towards them. The six millions that perished were a full third of the world Jewish population,
among them scientists and great thinkers who could have found cures for dreaded diseases by now.
It's was very tragic what happened in World War Two to the Jewish people & the millions of others who were killed. Let us weep for them all.
How long will Palestine people & land be occupied?
How many more have to die before the word leaders become truthful?
