READ about Piers Morgan's long career in journalism here.
Minutes after Christine O'Donnell walked off her interview with Piers Morgan, I walked into her green room to escort her and her team out of the building. It's standard procedure for a member of our team to walk each and every guest out after the show. Sometimes that means you get lucky and ride in an elevator with Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Other times, that means you're the first person Christine O'Donnell meets after she storms off the set, upset with questions regarding her stance on gay marriage. FULL POST
As we reach six months of "Piers Morgan Tonight," we take a look back, and behind-the-scenes at the show. Piers Morgan talks about the initial reviews, some of his favorite and most surprising guests and how social media has helped the show. He also looks to the future, and to the 2012 campaign. "The challenge now is to take it up a level," said Morgan. "We need to become a unique platform for anybody of any significance in that election to want to talk to me on Piers Morgan Tonight."

Piers Morgan is a busy guy – besides hosting his nightly show on CNN, he also remains a judge on the hottest show of the summer, "America's Got Talent." Last week he took us behind-the-scenes at a live taping – discussing how he balances both shows, what "America's Got Talent" says about America and his ongoing feud with fellow judge Howie Mandel.
"It's a snapshot of American culture, and that's why I like it so much," says Piers. "Ordinary people who do extraordinary things." As for those who say a "serious newsman" shouldn't be a talent show judge? FULL POST
Here's a look behind-the-scenes at last night's Twitter show – featuring Martha Stewart, Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Jack Dorsey and Biz Stone. It's what happened before they stepped foot on set with Piers Morgan – primarily, a lot of tweeting.
Also featured is a cameo from another CNNer.
Last week Piers Morgan interviewed "Red State" (and "Dogma" and "Clerks" etc) director Kevin Smith, about the movie industry and more.
But one part that didn't make it to air was Smith reflecting on his Southwest Airlines experience. Check out this web extra from the interview above.
With less than 10 minutes to go before "Piers Morgan Tonight" went live on the air, Charlie Sheen still had not arrived at the CNN LA bureau last night (here's some backstory). But his car pulled up, out came his friend Tony Todd and assistants Rick Calamaro and Stacey, and just a few minutes later he was on the air talking to Piers Morgan.
Check out the scene when Sheen arrived, including Piers coming to say hi before the interview. More below: FULL POST
Howard Stern sat down for a one-hour interview with Piers Morgan yesterday – airing January 18 on CNN U.S. at 9pmET.
It was at times hilarious, at times serious, moved from Sarah Palin to David Arquette, from politics to...sex. Next week we'll have clips and more from the interview.
Here's your first look at the new "Piers Morgan Tonight" set, taken after Piers Morgan interviewed former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, for a show airing January 19. We'll have more information about the interview – including previews and behind-the-scenes video – coming soon.
For a larger picture of the entire set, here's a TwitPic from our Executive Producer Jonathan Wald. Also, you can follow "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Twitter and Facebook for more behind-the-scenes images and video.
